We LOVED this home!! We felt so comfortable, and the personal touches like lap blankets on the deck chairs, was so appreciated. It is in a great location and the view is spectacular!!

Beautiful house, very clean, welcoming and comfortable. Views of the lake are incredible. Close to ferry to Mackinac Island as well. One word to sum it up: Perfection.

It was a business trip. The property was better than expected. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Great view of the water. Lots of great space inside and out. Owners were exceptionally accommodating. Highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a great place to start touring the upper peninsula and convenient to the Mackinaw Island ferry.

It's a beautiful property and fantastic location. Mary Jo was a gracious host and very thoughtful, making my husband's milestone birthday even more special. We would absolutely book again later in the summer if available. The area has a few natural challenges in late May between the weather and the midges. Then again, watching the ships go by, the fog roll through, and the natural changes of the Strait was exactly what the doctor ordered.

Amazing property located just across the road from Lake Michigan with unobstructed views. The host/property manager (Mary Jo) was absolutely great to work with. We enjoyed the view from the cottage when we weren’t taking in other U.P. Sites like the Soo Locks and Tacquamenon Falls. Many local shops were closed being we were there in the off-season but we expected that. Highly recommend this property!

Great Views-wow!

We had a great stay! The place as you walked in has a stunning view of the lake. We saw cool freighters and the bridge. Lots of seating and the place fit us well.

Great location

This was our first VRBO experience. Our kids are in college and it was nice for all of us to have our own space. The view was absolutely gorgeous. We had a great trip.

Beautiful Views!!

Beautiful home and property. Our kids had a great time and we all felt at home. The chairs on the front lawn and fire pit setting were perfect. It was wonderful to have breakfast every morning and enjoy the lakeview.

UP visit

We loved this property! It had beautiful views. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit one evening. It had everything we needed for a few days away from home.
