This amazing cottage is a luxurious 2,000 sft with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths located right on Osoyoos Lake. The cottage can comfortably sleep 10 persons, and includes parking for up to 4 cars. This is the perfect family getaway with plenty of space and access to tons of fun activities.

Beautiful & bright 4 bedroom cottage is only minutes walk away from BC’s warmest swimming lake & steps from the club house, pool and hot tub. Gorgeous sun room, patio & BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioned. Our cottage is very family friendly, backing onto a large manicured green space for picnics, lawn games & children's playground. Launch your kayak, canoe, paddle board or even just your float chair and enjoy all Osoyoos Lake has to offer!

This resort style complex, aptly named “Cottages on Osoyoos lake” features:

• Private beach with a cordoned swimming area, beach volley, fire pits and lovely walking pathways.
• Huge Clubhouse with 2 large pools, 2 hot-tubs and gym. (The pools are closed from Sept 25 to May 18, but 1 hot tub is open all year).
• Private lawns for children to play in.
• Secured gated entrance.
• 10 minute drive to the towns of Osoyoos or Oliver.
• There are 40 plus wineries within a 20 minute drive, including the renowned Borrowing Owl and Phantom Creek wineries.
• Several fresh fruit and vegetable stands within 5-10 minute drive.
• Close to Mount Baldy Ski resort.
• Several Boat, Jet Ski and Kayak rentals within a 10-15 minute drive.
• Several golf courses nearby.
• Close to Area 27 Motorsports Race Track.

Osoyoos Cottage Stay

We had a lovely time in your spacious cottage with a group of friends and our kids. The beach is lovely (wish we'd brought a volleyball for the beach volleyball court!!), the playground kept the kids entertained each day, and the walking paths down to the beach made for a nice scooter path for the toddlers. Easy driving distance to various wineries. Would definitely stay again!

Annual Family Vacation

Everything about the property was accurate. The beach was easy walking distance with our kayaks and paddle boards. The cottage itself was perfect for our family with the 4 bedrooms. The only down side was the pool and hot tub were closed due to maintenance issues. However, the host was able to compensate us for the inconvenience. We will definitely be going back next time.

Great Birthday Stay in Osoyoos with Family and Friends

Walking into the cottage was a delight. The cool air from the AC was refreshing on the 35+ day. The cottage is even nicer in person than in the pictures. From the layout, to the spacious rooms and lovely décor, it was all very welcoming. Our party of eight adults had plenty of room. We enjoyed a wonderful weekend of swimming at the lake, walking the trails and playing games and reading by the pool. The cottage had everything we needed. It was easy to contact our host and they always got back to us in a timely and friendly manner. Thanks Rajiva for your hospitality. We hope to come back soon.

The property is beautifully appointed and situated at the end of Osoyoos Lake. Close to vineyards, and hiking trails it has an ideal location It was very comfortable for 4 couples We will definitely be back!

Great house!

We had a great stay at this house! It was even better than described, and I can't think of anything to improve. The house was spotlessly clean, and the communication with the manager was excellent. Everything in the house worked perfectly, and the BBQ and outdoor area were great. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect, close to golf courses and wineries. I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Great Spot

Great place to stay. Location is just outside of town, scenic and quiet. Can walk to the lake from the unit in less than 5 minutes. Beach at the lake is nice and clean. Great amenities for Adults, kids, and pets. Pool, hot tub, a playground, off leash dog area, and a great patio with firepit in the backyard. Had a bit of a misunderstanding with the booking but wasn't a problem as the host was very reasonable and easy to work with. Would definitely come back again.

Fantastic location and venue! Loved it!

We loved it! Perfect for our group. Hopefully we’ll be back annually Just a few notes….We couldn’t find a drip coffee maker would have been handy for making lots. We couldn’t get the firepit to work. The kitchen was not 100% clean. Used pod in Kuereg, crumbs and mess in cupboard, some dishes and cutlery dirty. ? Last guests?? ?dishwasher?? Not a single major problem. Not all guests are as tidy and clean as us!

Family Vacation

We spent ten days at this property and thoroughly enjoyed visiting the close by vineyards (great restaurants), pool time, and beach surpassed our expectations (do bring aqua socks as some rocks). One thing I would mention, if bringing a dog, need to consider driving to off lease dog parks, as dogs have to be on a lease at all times (small dog park, and great spot at the beach for dogs). Overall, house and property grounds surpassed our expectations (only request of owners is to make pantry available especially if two families staying in the house and you don’t want to store your food in the cabinets, otherwise owners had everything well stocked and appreciated the welcome basket upon arrival).
