The condo is the best location in Kihei in my personal opinion. Right between the two best beaches and a pool that is situated ocean front for great views. Amenities across the street easy to access. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai. Lower floor makes everything easy! Great condo with everything u need for an easy going vacation! The rental company is wonderful to deal with and available whenever you need them for questions.

No hot water for shower and hot air fm AC unit blowing onto lanai .

Pictures on website are deceiving. They make the unit seem bigger than it actually is. Good location in Kihei and grounds well taken care off. Sunsets beautiful.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice but not super updated. They were turtles to see every day off the rock area. Both beaches nearby were beautiful and not overly crowded for the most part. Minor issues we had were quickly and easily resolved

Great location , comfortable condo.

This is a great location for a family stay. There are 2 beautiful , guarded beaches minutes away as well as rich, rewarding snorkeling. This first floor unit was very comfortable and made for easy access to all that. Many amenities are within walking distance across the street.

Royal Mauian is truly royal

The Royal Mauian is situated in Kihei on Maui. It overlooks the ocean, has an outcropping of lava rocks that is home to 6 turtles. There are also many wonderful tropical fish native to Hawaii. It is close to the beach, Kamaole 1 through 3, with great snorkeling. Across the street you will find food stores, restaurants, amazing shops, and everything you might need. You could stay here for your whole trip, or see all of Maui and come back to a restful condo. It was spectacular.

This condo is beautiful! Great location with everything you need to enjoy your stay!

The condo location is great, restaurants within walking distance and a beautiful beach. Very clean and well appointed. Watching the sunset from the lanai or the rooftop deck was amazing. We did a couple day trips and there was a cooler for our use, they really thought of everything! Highly recommend!

Close to the beaches. Ground floor unit with air conditioning.

We stayed here from June 10 to the 16 2018. This was our second stay at this unit at the Royal Mauian, our first time being 5 years ago. We have stayed in two other units in this complex before but we liked this one the best so we decided to get this one again. I was not impressed this time, however and I would appreciate it if the owner of the unit would contact me to discuss it. The unit over all was fine but there were some details that could easily be addressed that would make it far better. I won’t write about them here, as I believe that this is a good unit still and I don’t want to sway any ones decision about it if they are thinking about renting it. The one major problem we had was with the dryer in the unit not working. But the manager for the unit was very prompt at finding a solution and even getting it fixed very quickly(2 days) which was very impressive. If the owner reads this, I hope that you will contact the manager and get my information. Then call or email me and I will be happy to talk to you personally about your unit. Overall though, I don’t think that we will be back to this condo, which is sad to us because we always loved coming here.

Lovely

Beautiful condo with such a warm feeling. Bedrooms and bathrooms are so nicely appointed. The view of the ocean is amazing and expansive. The lawn from the lanai is so beautiful. The pool is perfect and nice on windy days because it is protected by clear panels. Couch Hide a bed is comfortable enough, above average. Mahalo!

Conviniently accessible to stores, restaurants, and to two beaches.

We enjoyed our stay and found the ground level unit offered us easy access to the pool, and stepping out on the grassy area to watch the sunsets. The unit was well equipped. We would stay in this unit again.

Amazing Condo!!!

What a wonderful unit. We really enjoyed having a first floor condo for the first time. The unit was clean, well decorated and very well supplied. We would stay here again, no doubt!

Very Disappointing!

I had spent several months researching different condo units, prior to my booking here, and many of them were much cheaper. When I came across this unit that said "If only the Best Will Do" I thought I found my perfect unit. we wanted something really nice. this unit was anything but nice....the furniture was dirty, flat and worn out. Cushions on the outdoor furniture had holes and was very dirty. the bath rugs were full of sand and stains which we washed the first day. the coffee pot was full of coffee grounds and garbage was left from the previous renters. Upon the arrival the place was not cleaned before we arrived. we had to wait for a vacuum to be brought to us and there was no glass cleaner to clean the glass tables. carpets in the bedrooms had several stains, in need of a good deep cleaning. And the showers had black mold on the walls. Construction was going on in 2 units on both sides of us, (several doors down) but we could still hear the pounding and the saws during the day. Our Ali coordinator who greeted us the first day said she would follow up with us before we left to see how are experience was, but she never called. All in All, the Establishment is a nice place, but I think room our room had many old issues. definitely not worth the money. And definitely not the BEST! Best Regards, Jeff and Kristin

True Paradise!

My husband and I and our three girls had the absolute pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo for two weeks in August 2015 and I can't praise it enough. This was our second trip to Maui and I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else again. Perfectly clean, comfortable, nicely remodeled and amazing views. The view from the lanai is beyond perfect and the kids loved both beaches to either side of the condo. We absolutely love Kihei and this condo could not be in a better spot for local restaurants and shops. We loved the ease of a ground floor unit and close proximity to the pool. The king size bed in the master bedroom so comfortable and my oldest daughter even said the pull out couch was extremely comfortable. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us and we would highly recommend this to any one else... although the pictures speak for themselves! The Peters family

Wonderful Condo

Our family spend 10 days at this condo and we were very impressed. With the pull out couch, our family of 5 (3 adults, 2 kids) had more than enough space to fit comfortably. The condo was clean, and well stocked with the necessities. Beautiful finishes, a very nice remodel. The best thing about this condo is the location. Only steps away from the pool and a hop skip and a jump to two wonderful beaches. Wonderful snorkelling right outside the door with sea turtles playing all day long. We were able to easily go paddle-boarding right off the patio every morning. We did not use the A/C as the sea breeze kept the condo at a comfortable temperature. Washer/dryer were very useful but a little loud, so don't plan to wash the towels just as you are putting the kids to bed:) I would highly recommend this condo and would rent it again if we are lucky enough to come back to Maui.

Enjoyed three wonderful weeks at the Royal Mauian for our 40th anniversary. Honeymoon was also here. Resort management was very helpful in accommodating our request to allow delivery of medical equipment before our arrival and after our departure. Being a three week stay, there was no mid-stay cleaning or replenishment of paper products and we purchased ourselves. Unit was well maintained and accommodating for our family of four. Location/Location/Location. We prefer the ground floor unit for its ease to and from the Pool and grounds and refrigerator. Beds were a bit soft for our liking, especially the back bedroom. Have previously stayed in other units but enjoyed this one the best. Already planning our return trip to Maui for late next year. Great place if you want to do nothing or hit the road for the various attractions of Maui. The sushi restaurant in the Foodland complex was a hit with our daughters and we loved Mama's Fish House but it is expensive. Needless to say, we would recommend the Royal Mauian to anyone and everyone. Mahalo.

Condo in paradise!

Just got back from a 2.5 week stay at this property. The staff onsite were fabulous. The condo is as pictured, clean and very well maintained. The location was perfect. I would certainly stay there again. Can't beat watching the sunset from the roof!

Would stay here again and again

We came to Maui for a 9 day family reunion. Once we chose Royal Mauian, my husband, sister and I jumped on reserving this condo. I'm so glad we did. The pictures and descriptions for the listing are very accurate. I had a chance to compare to a few other condos as our family reserved a total of 7 units. This was by far the largest. Our party consisted of 6 people, 4 adults and 2 children and I never felt like we were walking on toes. The décor was tasteful and uncluttered. The kitchen was well stocked, which was important as we prepared all of our meals. The roof-top deck was essential; every night we had a potluck with our entire family. The grills were large and well maintained, and the deck itself was enormous. There are several souvenir shops right across the street, along with restaurants and a general store. My parents were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary, and we were able to have a renewing -of -vows ceremony on the grass right outside our condo. This a ground level condo which is important with small children. Our kids aren't so small anymore, however, we found the pool entrance to be 10 feet from our lanai, a BIG plus! And finally, I would like to compliment the management. They were always available, attentive and friendly. All of our questions were quickly answered. My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer. I would definitely recommend this property!

Fantastic Family Vacation!

What a wonderful condo! My family and I (all five of us) had an absolutely fantastic time in Maui, partly due to our accommodations. We had everything we needed for a great time at the beach (chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas), and you couldn't have wished for a better place to watch the sun set then your own patio. The condo was well appointed, clean, and well maintained. The barbeque on the roof was used several times, and provided a great way to watch the day turn into night. We would absolutely come back to the Royal Mauiian again and rent this unit.

Wonderful Beach Front Condo

We recently stayed at the Royal Mauian condo 114. The room and location exceeded my expectations. There is a beach on both sides of the complex and a reef in front. We saw turtles along the reef, and the beaches were great. The unit came with six beach chairs and two boogie boards. The unit was clean, and nicely decorated. Across the street there were lots of shops and resturants. I highly recommend this unit, and plan to return.

This condo is everything it looks like and more. The view is outstanding, property location is excellent, easy walk to shopping and food. Roof top BBQ area is a great place for dinner and meeting people. Would stay here again and again.

We loved our stay!

The view was amazing! The price was great! I loved looking at the ocean from the property while drinking my coffee first thing in the morning. I also had a fabulous view from the master bedroom. We had everything we needed. There were actually 7 of us staying in the Royal Mauian. We bought an air mattress from Costco and there was room to lay it in the living room each evening. The property was clean. The owner answered questions promptly. We will be returning!

Perfect Seeting

We returned to the Royal Mauian again for a mini-family reunion (the owner has three units in the building we rented). The setting of this unit is perfect, on the ground floor, near the pool, unobstructed view of the ocean. The new on-island management company is doing an excellent job, all new towels, etc. We'll be back again for sure. Thank you.
