This sixth floor, oceanfront, luxury unit opens up onto your very own private patio with stunning, FULL ocean views. Complete with lounge chairs and outdoor seating, just steps from the turquoise waters of the Pacific Ocean, your paradise awaits.

Relax in your king sized bed in the master bedroom and enjoy it's doors that open up onto the private lanai.

Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan and their own private bath. Each bathroom has granite countertops and a beautiful block style shower boasting soft pebbled floors.

The living space has an open style floor plan with a plush sofa that doubles as a queen pull out. Split AC system in every room, a smart TV, a washer/dryer and wifi are some of the amenities this space provides. Open and airy, the stainless steel, granite counter topped and tile floored kitchen is the perfect place to try a new recipe or test your culinary skills.

This unit comes equipped with beach gear including beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and an umbrella for your enjoyment!

Discover a new read from the library on the second floor. Venture up to the rooftop garden and enjoy the BBQ's (available for your use), and the breathtaking ocean views.

The Royal Mauian is located on Maui’s most pristine beaches, Kamaole I and II. Just steps from the complex you will find restaurants, shopping, health food stores, snorkel rentals and a surf school.

Overall this condo was a 5 star. The only reason I gave a 4 was the bed was too firm and uncomfortable. Other than that it was amazing.

We had the best beach vacation. The location is perfect. The views from the balcony were gorgeous. Direct access to the beach. Great snorkeling. The food trucks in the area were delicious. Property was clean and well appointed. The owners were very responsive. Staff on property were very nice and helpful as well. I would recommend this property. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

The kitchen had everything we needed (other than food of course), the lanai has everything you need and more for beach days and there was plenty of paper towel, toilet paper, dishwash/washer detergent, etc. Would definitely stay again, and I am a snob when it comes to renting places like this :)

Superb unit and stay!

Everything about this trip was excellent! This was our 6th time at the Mauian and it didn’t disappoint. The location and unit can’t be beat and the property managers were so easy to work with and accommodating. The unit had everything we needed for meals, sun and sand. The furniture was comfortable and the view from the lanai was an added bonus each evening. Definitely will stay here again! Warm aloha and Mahalo for another great stay in Kihei!

Family Trip 2025

We had a wonderful time. A perfect location and great beach just steps away. The only thing I would recommend is a new mattress for the hide-a-bed. Our adult son slept there and he could feel the springs through the mattress.Not a deal breaker for sure but something to think about.We would return to this condo any time.

Georgeous condo & view!!

The condo is freshly updated and we loved being close to the ocean and hearing the waves roll in. With the high humidity the AC and ceiling fans in all rooms kept us super comfortable. I highly recommend this condo to everyone.

The softest sand you have ever walked on 100 yards from condo

Room as described. Everything worked great. Easy access to rooftop from 6th floor as well. Great grocery store across the street Hawaiian Moons with a fresh made to order deli shop 8 am to 8 pm. I have to suggest the Cinnamon Roll Place across the street anytime after 6 am stocks runs out fast. The also have great breakfast sandwiches. Take the few steps to Kamaole 1 beach so soft. Love swimming here always see giant sea turtles every visit. Wonderful snorkeling as well. Kamaole 2 beach is just the other direction still just a short walk out back of property along reef.

Beautiful

The place was just like the pictures online. We loved our stay. The only issue we had was that there were no frying pans or spatulas. I called the property management team and had two frying pans and a spatula by the end of the day. Everything was clean and as promised. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area and the beach and snorkeling out front of the condo were amazing.

Perfect Location

Loved our time at this property. The unit was very clean, filled with amenities. Great location in Central Kihei. The unit itself offered spectacular views of the ocean. It really was a home away from home. Would highly recommend this unit to all, and we look forward to visiting again.

The condo is just perfect! My husband and I had our elderly mother with us. The floor plan accommodated this as there are 2 separate areas with their own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked and the view is awesome! Just steps from the rooftop deck where we cooked many dinners and met some great people..

The views at this condo were spectacular, felt like I was walking into a postcard everyday. Very clean and accommodating residence. The location was great, easy access to everything we want to experience. Would definitely recommend this property.
