Ubicada en el piso 33 del Ala Moana Hotelcondo, esta suite Penthouse única en su tipo fue diseñada originalmente como la residencia personal del desarrollador del hotel. Con 2 habitaciones amplias, 2. 5 baños, 2 salas de estar cómodas, cocina gourmet, lavadora / secadora estándar, televisión de alta definición y Wi-Fi de cortesía. Usted y sus invitados disfrutarán del lujoso interior mientras disfrutan de espectaculares vistas desde cualquiera de los 6 balcones.

Nuestro dormitorio principal cuenta con una lujosa cama King, baño grande y 2 balcones. Un balcón tiene vistas panorámicas al océano y el otro con hermosas vistas a la montaña. El segundo dormitorio, ubicado en el extremo opuesto de la unidad para mayor privacidad, está equipado con una cama Queen y su propio baño personalizado. Con dos cómodas salas de estar, un gran comedor y balcones suficientes para tener una vista de Honolulu desde todos los ángulos, encontrará que nuestra suite combina perfectamente el lujo con la comodidad.

Si bien nuestro Penthouse tiene todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones cómodas, encontrará que está muy cerca de muchas atracciones, tiendas y restaurantes. De hecho, nuestro edificio está junto al centro comercial al aire libre más grande del mundo, con más de 290 tiendas que exhiben los mejores nombres de moda y una deliciosa variedad de restaurantes.

El centro de convenciones de Hawái también está a solo unos pasos. Cuando se hacen negocios, el parque Ala Moana Beach Park, de 76 acres, da la bienvenida a la natación, el surf y el sueño en un entorno sombreado junto al mar. Waikiki está a solo un corto trayecto en tranvía.

Clean and comfortable

Room was clean upon arrival and was a huge area, affording all the amenities expected. More than enough space for 4 adults. Close to a great beach that wasn’t that busy, plus great dining options. Overall everything was a great value and would stay again.

We needed to travel for a medical procedure for our 2 yo. It was so nice to have such a large space and have everything go so smoothly. The location allowed us to be very efficient and have fun. We would definitely recommend this as a rental and would be thrilled to stay here again.

Big apartment with lots of common area. Only room to sleep two couples comfortably. Second bedroom a bit small. Well equipped kitchen. No local information guide given. Excellent location near Ala Moans shopping Centre with grocery stores nearby.

The condo is very large and roomy and the beds are very comfortable. We did have issues with the dishwasher and washer but nothing you couldn't overcome. The noise from the mall below were loud enough to need earplugs for a light sleeper and the unit could be a tad cleaner but overall it was well worth it. Kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, this building is perfectly located and is within walking distance to everything! The lobby has all amenities you will need. The unit itself is beautiful with amazing views of the beaches and city. We definitely had plenty of room in this very spacious penthouse! Our only issues we had were with the cleanliness of the place. You definitely need a new cleaning service! The sheets in the second bedroom were not clean! We had to change them right away. Next issue, the washer is so off kilter, every time we tried to use it took about three hours because we had to keep moving clothes around to get it level again. You can tell this has been going on a while, the wall is all beat up. The kitchen was a mess. The was sticky and gummy stuff on the stove top. Next the glass coffee carafe was broken and the coffee make was so dirty we ended up buying a new one for the place. We went to use blender to make some cocktails and there was dried up food all over it! We never did figure out how to use dishwasher. Overall, place is beautiful, the kitchen just needs a very deep cleaning!

All about that view

We splurged and stayed in this suite as a getting ready room for our wedding day. It's a huge space and was perfect to accommodate for our bridal party getting ready and the groomsmen to hang out. The view of Ala Moana Beach is spectacular, especially at sunset. The suite was well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels and the full bar set was a nice touch. The half restroom toilet was being a little finnicky but other than that, we felt it was worth the cost for our occasion.

Reviewer Comments: Photo 1: 2nd bedroom -a double bed, when clearly a queen bed belongs in that space. Not up to standard! Photo 2: Very dirty carpet at the end of the bed in the Master room Photo 3: Dirty Stained Dining Room chair Photo 4: Dirty grease from the range hood above the stove. As I advised you I was cooking bacon yesterday morning –not only was there a old dirty grease smell coming from the fan but then there was a very loud noise then it sounded like something came apart in the fan unit and it stopped working. We then had to open all the doors of the Penthouse to suck the cooking smoke out of the Penthouse and were afraid that the fire alarm and sprinklers were going to go off. Photo 5: Another dirty/stained dining chair Photo 6: A big mess of cables etc hanging/beside the Living room TV area Photo 7: Master bedroom Closet –stuff crammed in everywhere. There is no way we could have used this space. Photo 8: Master bedroom TV cables hanging out everywhere Photos 9 & 10: The bottom of my husband and my feet after walking around the apartment on the first day. Photo 11: Carpet beside bed in Master bedroom Other issues; • Ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom would not work. This was reported to you and you organized a maintenance man to come. He did come and look at the fan. He advised us he would be back yesterday to fix the fan. He did not come back!! We were out for the day but know he did not return because we left him a note and about the range hood fan and it was still in the same place when we returned. • No instruction manual with information about the Penthouse....where to take the trash etc! • I received no information leading up to our stay advising check in procedures etc!! As you can tell by this email we ARE NOT HAPPY. We paid a lot of money to stay here and we feel we need to be financially compensated for the below standard
