Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Our host was welcoming and responsive. The unit was a good size for our family of 3. Loved the proximity to restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again!

Delightful condo- thank you so much for letting us stay! First, the elephant in the room. Yes, the rec area (including pool) is under construction. The beach is 2 or 2.5 blocks away, so this wasn't a hardship for us at ALL. The construction noise was minimal the week we were there, and there was zero dust on the lanai. The property itself is well maintained, with loads of adequate parking. Note: if you're renting a car, consider getting a smaller vehicle (like a Civic). There is low clearance in the garage and the spots are fairly narrow. You're able to park on Lev. 2 and above and there is easy access to the elevator. We found level 3 to be always open and we weren't ever more than 40 paces from the elevator. The area was well-lit and safe, with easy walking access to shopping. We came back after dark multiple times.The condo is small, but thoughtfully laid out. Others are correct that there is not a dresser, though we found the shelving in the closet to be adequate. It would have been nice to have a few more washcloths, though if you're planning to do laundry, it won't be a problem! There is a laundry room just down the hall. The kitchen & bar was luxurious for a space this size! The only suggestion I would have is that the furniture could do with a bit of a refresh. The space was very tidy and clean- it's just the things that typically wear first that are showing age. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and wholeheartedly recommend it!

A Wonderful Unit and Perfect Location

The description did NOT state there was major construction going on immediately outside of the lanai. The noise and dust was unbearable. Tore out pool, hot tub and deck area. Could not find another place within cost while on ‘vacation’..would like to be reimbursed bc of inconvenience and VRBO accurate description. Poor communication with VRBO

Awesome location

Very good location walking distance from many shops, restaurant and beach. Property manager replies very quick. Comes with a guarantee parking spot which in a very populated area is super convienent. Condo became our home away from home for the week. My family and i will definitely stay there again when we go back.

Great location!

Brought my parents back to Hawaii. Our location for stay, perfect! Short walk to Wakiki Beach , food , stores, entertainment! Love the partial view of Diamond Head from the unit! This unit is very lovely! Beds and pillows most comfortable. Communication with management, timely and efficient! I would definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our family of 4! Location was about a 4 minute walk to waikiki beach. About a 2 minute walk to our favorite breakfast at Mac 24/7. The building is old, but well maintained. Some construction was going on, but did not seem to bother us. Condo itself was beautiful, clean, and included all the necessary amenities. Laundry room is located at the end of the hall. There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the whole floor, but it didn't seem to be a problem. The property has a pool (not heated), play area, coffee shop, and convenience store. The convenience store came in very handy for small items that we forgot and didn't want to run out to the store. Definitely would recommend this property and we would stay there again in the future!

Perfect location

U can't say enough about this place. This is my first time using Vrbo so I was pleasantly surprised that the check-in and out was so easy. Anytime i contacted the manager (1x before check-in and 1x during our stay) they responded back so promptly. The place looked just like the pictures and we were only a block and 1/2 away from the beach! I also loved that they provided beach towels and a body board for my little one so she can feel like she was surfing too.

Great location.

This condo worked well for my family. It’s close to the beach. The pool area is nice. We were always able to park in the garage although our rental was oversized. The elevators are fast. There is some construction but it didn’t affect our stay. My only complaint is one of the sliding doors was off the rail so we could never completely close the bedroom off from the living area.

Great location and prompt property management company

We enjoyed our time in this unit as it had the amenities and location we were looking for. The elevators worked fine as we had no issues with them in terms of it being over crowded and having to wait for the next ones. The only slight drawback is the parking since it was always full in the evening and took a while to find parking in the parking garage. Overall, I would recommend staying here.
