Family trip

This property did not disappoint! It was beautiful and the perfect spot to get away from the grind of our busy lives. It was close to everything and the golf cart was a great way to get around to the beach, shops and dinner. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back!

Much Needed Getaway

We decided last minute to come down to Miramar Beach Florida to get away from my 34th birthday and to bring my newborn daughter to the beach for her first time. We were able to find Paul’s condo and jumped on the deal since it included a golf cart and one of our favorite places to visit. The property was lovely tucked away and a great location clean private and Paul is very prompt to respond to any questions we had give this a 10 out of 10 and will definitely back

We love this condo. 2nd time renter.

We love this condo as this is was our 2nd time staying there. The host Paul is always easy to work with and communicates great. The condo is clean and has everything you need. The location is great and having use of the golf cart is fantastic. Fish right out the door in one of the ponds, watch the golfers, great to walk/run, easy ride on the golf cart to the beach or Baytownwarf. Location to the Destin area is great. Would highly recommend.

Spring Break Getaway

Our trip here was nice. Check in was easy. Communication was great with Owner. It was clean and the location was good. A lot of steps to get into condo. When we arrived there was a sign on both patio door walls that stated “only 2 people allowed at a time”, which was super inconvenient considering what we paid for the week and we have a family of 5. We like to visit Florida to sit on the patio with family and enjoy the view and this wasn’t possible. If we knew this we wouldn’t have stayed at this location. The golf cart is beyond dated….Most of the time we didn’t even think we were going to make it to our destination within the resort. Back of golf cart is rusted beyond belief leaving a lot of concern for young kids to get cut getting in and out. Tires on golf cart are bald. Having a good golf cart here is important because it’s easy to use to get around the resort. Overall this was a nice place to stay, as long as they lift the 2 person restriction on patios and purchase a newer golf cart I would recommend this place!

Could have been better

We had never been to this area before and were curious. There are quite a few things to do in the area. It would have been helpful if we had a map and instructions about the golf cart and area. Had no idea where the golf cart was parked, or where we were allowed to drive. It’s a bit confusing. As for the property, they (the association) had painters doing all the decks. Wasn’t able to use them at all. Luckily we wanted to get on The road early bc they were there at 7 to paint the front steps! We would have been stuck! The owner apologized but it didn’t really help the situation. I understand that is on the association, but very inconvenient for us staying, even though it was a weekend! We had to ask them questions on the first day about when they would be finished and had to get them waters. That was fine, but not what we wanted to be doing for the first hour of arrival. Overall we had a nice time but expected a bit more. The bathrooms are way outdated too.

We were thrilled with this unit. The kitchen is all updated and beautiful, all was clean and the location and golf cart were perfect for us. Fridge has filtered water. :) We could take the 4 seater golf cart to Baytowne Wharf, Publix grocery store (I think the neighboring area was called Harbortown?), and through the cart path tunnel under 98 to the public beach. It gave us a lot of choices and options to do together and separately, including golf. Miramar Beach has actvities you can walk-up and rent, incl jet skis, parasailing, banana boats, etc. Hot dog vendor is best deal on the beach @ $6 for hot dog and $5 for some adult beverages, but they only take credit cards..no cash. Free water offered, but take your own cups. Larger new pool has a tiki bar, and looks out over the bay. Baytowne Wharf has many restaurants and activities for young kids. Publix sells EVERYTHING you could want or need, including prepared sandwiches and salads (restaurants are pricey), portable coolers, and beach toys. Thank you, Paul, for your quick response time to all our questions!

Convenient Location and quiet

We enjoyed our vacation here and glad we chose a place off the beach a little where it was quiet and no nonsense while trying to sleep. The golf cart made it easy to get to the beach in a few minutes although the front headlight was out which meant we had to leave before dusk. Everything you need, Publix etc all close by.

Can't beat the location

We had a blast, thanks to the great location of this property -- and with the golf cart, you never even have to leave the resort. We jumped with our kids and scooted over to the Beach, to Baytown Wharf, to the Pool -- you name it. We'd definitely recommend.

Baseball Trip

We stayed here during a baseball tournament. It was a great choice for the family with plenty of things to do on property… the beach was Double Red the whole trip which was disappointing but thankfully we could find other things to do.

Quiet and relaxing stay !

The weather didn’t cooperate but the property was clean, quiet and relaxing. Our teenage boys enjoyed the catch and release fishing and getting around on the golf cart.

Great Property, Convenient Location

We recently stayed at this property for our annual family spring break trip. This was our first time not staying along Scenic Hwy and don't regret it at all. This property was clean, beds were comfortable, and location was fantastic - the golf cart an added bonus, making getting around more fun and easy! House was well stocked and complimentary toiletries were a nice addition. Taking off 1 star as some items could use some updating - showers don't drain well, wire towel organizer in main bathroom needs replaced, bar in spare bathroom shower was broken, and there were notices on both balconies only 2 people at a time for safety reasons. We tried to adhere to it, which was difficult as we were a family of 4. Communication with the owner regarding an AC issue the last day was met with swift response and they had an AC company out ASAP. Community on a whole quiet, friendly, and the newer heated pool was wonderful! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thanks, Paul!

Great location!

This property is in the perfect location. Really never have to leave the resort! From swimming, golfing, tennis, sight seeing, shopping, eating, adventure zone, beach, fireworks was all done from this location. Quiet property tucked in on the bay side. Yet, a quick golf cart ride to the beach. The golf cart is a must with kids and all their beach toys! Greatly appreciated that amenity.
