Absolute Paradise Villa es la villa muy frontal ubicada en Pineapple Village. Se compone de tres habitaciones separadas y una unidad principal que contiene una sala de estar, una cocina completa y un baño completo. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño completo y entrada exterior y patio. Nuestra villa se encuentra en Pineapple Villages Villas y es la más cercana a Smith Bay y Margaritaville Resort. Está a aproximadamente un minuto a pie de la playa, así como de las instalaciones públicas de Margaritaville.

La villa en sí es de 1800 pies cuadrados y se puede alquilar en tres configuraciones, dependiendo del tamaño de su grupo. Puede alquilar toda la villa de 3 habitaciones, alquilar la unidad principal y las dos habitaciones conectadas, o puede alquilar la habitación que solo se conecta a través del patio. La villa es extremadamente privada, a pesar de que está esencialmente en el medio de un complejo turístico importante. Debido a nuestra ubicación, hay una entrada cerrada ya que debe ingresar a través de la puerta de seguridad de Margaritaville. Además, nuestras unidades tienen patios cerrados llenos de plantas tropicales.

Toda la villa ha sido remodelada en 2019, incluidos todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, pisos, nuevas unidades de aire acondicionado dividido, colchones de lujo, tocadores de baño, ropa de cama, utensilios de cocina, etc. Hay una televisión inteligente en cada habitación y la gran sala. La villa ofrece alojamiento espacioso y la proximidad de Margaritaville es un buen servicio. Sin embargo, la verdadera atracción son las islas mismas. Primero, TODAS las playas de la isla son públicas por ley. La villa se encuentra en Smith Bay, que ofrece restaurantes / bares, además de nadar con delfines. La playa de Coki se encuentra en nuestra península, a solo cinco minutos a pie de nuestra villa y una de las playas más hermosas de la isla. Puede disfrutar del esnórquel en un arrecife confiablemente lleno de peces de colores debido a la ubicación del parque Coral World y su hábito de alimentarlos dos veces al día. Yes the place was clean, courtyard area could use a little TLC, ( ground always wet ). AC was effective, It isn't exactly a beach view from the house. But still a great location.

I cannot say enough positive things about Karen. She is a wonderful host. Our return flight home was canceled and we were unable to leave the island for 6 more days. Karen was so helpful and gracious during this time. We were able to book the villa for 2 additional nights until we found alternative accommodations. Karen even contacted her cousin to find is alternative arrangements in the event we did not find anything else. Karen provided great tips and recommendations for restaurants and activities. As far as the property, it is located in a great location. The views, especially the morning sunrise, are amazing. Beaches and Red Hook, as well as Charlotte Amalie, Magens Bay and many restaurants are all within easy distance and access from the villa. We walked the path to Sun and Sea and really enjoyed the views, great food and tarpon viewing. Having the Margaritaville restaurant onsite is great for when you don't want to head out after a long day, or for cocktails before heading out for dinner. We rented a Jeep, but when we didn't want to drive at night to dinner, it's a 3 minute walk to the Margaritaville lobby area to catch a taxi to anywhere you want to go.We used all 3 bedrooms in the villa for our family, and it was great having the space to spread out. The pool was quiet and while we spent most of our time out exploring the island, when we did go to the pool, we were usually the only ones there.

3 couples stayed for 3 nights. Extremely happy with our decision to stay here. It is a perfect location and we couldn’t be happier with the accommodations. The place had everything even to the finest details. The beds were comfortable, room temperatures perfect, spacious, location and cleanliness great. The communication was solid and responsiveness very expedient. Karen is a great host.

Great time with friends

We have stayed at the nearby Margaritaville on several occasions prior to this. We decided that we wanted a more shared space for us and friends visiting so we rented this villa in Pineapple Village. Paradise village condo

Family of 6 adults one infant loved staying in the condo. We had all three rooms and enjoyed the luxury of space. We used the grill one night to grill chicken and salmon! Loved the close proximity to Corki beach. We loved walking to Sun and sea restaurant, and seeing the Tarpons in the water. A wonderful 6 day stay.

A cute gem

This property was super clean and set up perfectly for a group of 12. Plenty of room inside and Out. The outside courtyard was a hit for the teenagers and perfect for grilling. The full kitchen and many bathrooms definitely came in handy. Karen the owner is super attentive and easily accessible. She sends you an information packet with suggestions and explains everything from the time your plane lands till you take off.

The most perfect spot for groups

This place was so amazing for a big group. It’s almost impossible to find a place that has multiple bathrooms and space for a large party. Most listings that claim they have space for multiple people don’t and certain guest end up getting blow up/floor/pull out etc. Not here! So many full size beds/rooms/ bathrooms Was the most perfect spot for a group of 8 girls! Everyone got a fair and equal space for the weekend

Great Stay except Shower Temps!

We stayed here as a group to celebrate multiple friends birthdays from Friday to Monday! Mostly everything about our stay was great! However, the shower temperatures were the biggest issue. The first night all was well but by the second night; only the shower near the kitchen had warm water while the other two showers were very cold. I contacted the host about this who said the plumber would be by to take a look but this never happened. By the 3rd night all 3 showers were with cold water. The host claimed it happens if multiple people take showers at once but that also wasn’t the case during our stay. Overall, we definitely had a great stay and would recommend to others as long as the shower temperature issues are addressed!

Perfect for families!

We love, love, loved our stay at the Pineapple Villas! It’s conveniently located within Margaritaville, so we often found ourselves wondering to their bar and pool in the evenings. The villa was nice and clean, and plenty of room for our party of 12. The only thing I would fix would be the outside door to the main courtyard. It’s hard to shut and lock. You have to pull up on the door while locking, so it probably just needs readjusting. We did have a few crabs break into the main courtyard, and the kids thought that was awesome, but it gave some of us a little fright! Our showers were mostly always cold with little water pressure, but we assumed that’s just the way it is with the water system. Karen was a great host and was very responsive when I thought I didn’t receive our checkin instructions. Note to self, always check your spam folder! We dined at the Shoreline bar and grill our first night. Decent food, but great atmosphere! All in all, this was a great stay and we can’t wait to return! We’ll be back!

Great base for 2 families with boat

Karen's place was awesome for our two families vacationing in July on St. Thomas - we needed a place close to an anchorage to serve as a base for sailing day trips and for time relaxing ashore. The size, amenities, and value all exceeded our expectations! Parking was easy and close for our rental minivan. The nearby Margaritaville resort restaurant and shops are also decent, although we preferred the smaller local restaurant and bar on the south side of the bay. Would highly recommend even if you have to go around via the road to get there due to beach access being difficult with the seaweed. That was the only real negative; like others have mentioned the sargassum is a broader problem. During our stay it seemed to be affecting the beach closest to the condo more than others we visited. We could land the dingy no problem but did not want to swim and noticed the odor couple times in the immediate vicinity, never inside the condo. World-famous Coki Beach was a great alternative and we walked there several times. It is about 10 mins on foot, when we visited there was minimal seaweed, crystal clear water, and some of the best sand and snorkeling ever. Simply be aware the beach closest to the condo can have a lot of seaweed to the point where we went elsewhere. Finally, Karen was an outstanding host and provided a lot of great info. We would definitely stay here again, thank you Karen!

St Thomas villa

Spacious, comfy but did not find it clean upon arrival and I had to clean when I got there. Steps to the water? Not the water in front of Margaritasville.. definitely not going in that water, however a short walk to Corki. You will need to get dropped off if you have small children. At this beach you are constantly harassed by the locals who are trying to sell everything from brackets to weed but it is very pretty we had a nice time there. The pool was very nice but Margaritaville was not all it was hyped up to be. Food was subpar and carful … tip is included. Back to the villa … we had the main house and a separate villa which had a beautiful bedroom and a kitchenette. It was perfect for my daughter and her spouse … they had there own space. My two grandkids stayed in the main house with my husband and I. The kitchen had all we needed to cook the TV area and dining area was nice with plenty of room. The villa is laid out nicely there was plenty of room for 4 adults and two kids and two more would have fit in the bunks off the kitchen. Patio areas were just ok … white patio cushions had black mold in them … overall with some fine tuning this place would have been a lot better but I get it the owners are off site so they have to count on their cleaning people to be honest and do a great job. As far at ST Thomas goes I will not be back. Long flight for just beach … and the food that is available is low quality for high price . Terrible! We even went to a grocery store and decided to cook our own only to find low quality food. And if you are not adventurous you will DEFINITELY will not like driving around there. On the wrong side off the road and steep curvy crazy roads lol. To me and my husband it was nerve wracking. I personally did not drive the entire trip. We went to St. John a few days which was basically the same just different beach spots. But it had a nice mall area. The host was very nice and helpful. Best advise … don’t come here for the food! Come just for the beach. My daughter and her husband enjoyed this trip .. they are more adventurous than I am. 😂

Great space, very affordable, paradise.

Villa is older than properties we’ve visited before but furnishings are updated and comfortable and the villa is very clean. AC worked great. It is a very large villa with more than enough room for our group of 7. Pool was nice and villa is located inside the Margaritaville resort with easy access to their bars and restaurants. Short walk/drive to Coki beach which is one of our favorites. Host is easy to contact and very helpful during our stay. We highly recommend this property.

Great villa on St. Thomas!

My family had a great time at the villa and Karen was an awesome, responsive host. The villa had a nice kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and lots of patio / beach amenities. The villa community also had a pool that my kids loved. Also, its location next to Margaritaville and very close to Coral World couldn’t have been better. The only challenge to be aware of for USVI visitors is the extra seaweed (has odor) impacting some beaches nearby - it’s a broader area concern.

Perfect villas for a weeks stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Villa!! Beds were especially comfortable & plenty of space for our group of 8 to hang out together, while still providing separate areas for privacy. Loved being so close to Margaritaville's pool & bar. Taxi service was so efficient all over the island. Would definitely recommend this comfortable, relaxing island villa!

Loved staying here. Very convenient to Red Hook. Great to be so close to amenities of Margaritaville. Condo is spacious - plenty of room to spread out for our group of 5 adults. Very clean. Karen is a very responsive owner - gave us lots of tips on things happening on the island so that we could make the most of our time there. Would definitely book again!

Great location, well equipped!

The group of rooms that made this villa were very nice. A great variety of bedding and Mini kitchenettes with a nice living room and full kitchen. There were lots of staples, condiments and even bottles of alcohol. The private courtyard was an oasis and our fun place. The proximity to Margaritaville was great for easy takeout or dine in. The beach was close and fairly private. Shortcomings were few - could have used more than 3 beach chairs and there was a slight smell of septic from time to time just outside the entrance, but not inside. Highly recommend!

Amazing trip!

We had such a great time staying at this property. The host communicated consistently with updates on travel and even provided a curated list of places to visit while staying in the USVI. Great for big groups

This property was amazing for our big group of friends celebrating our 30th birthdays together! Host was just a text away and very informative! We were able to cook meals and eat at Margaritaville with ease. Ordering taxis was super easy and we enjoyed the short trip to Coki beach as well as Red Hook. We would definitely stay here again and had a great time!

Fun in the Sun

I stayed at this property for 3 nights and my experience was amazing!!! From the start the host was very responsive and accommodating. The property was clean and spacious, everyone was comfortable and gave me kudos on my choice. When I return to St. Thomas I plan to check on the availability and hopefully I can stay at the property again.

This Pineapple Villages Villa was purchased as an investment property. It was fully renovated in 2019 and originally rented corporately throughout that year. Currently we are transitioning to a vacation rental destination. We are excited to list our property on VRBO. It has been so much fun to renovate and turn the property around to be a beautiful vacation villa. The island has so much to offer and explore. From snorkeling at different beaches, to trying tons of new restaurants, happy hours, sunshine, blue skies, clear blue skies and sand between your toes, nothing beats it! It's always summer here in St. Thomas!❤️🌴🌞🐚🌺
