Hi Helen - thanks for your kind review and comments on how responsive I was. I regret the internet and TV streaming wasn't working during your stay...and I was happy to offer a refund to atone for such. I did learn the CATV/ ISP company was conducting repairs & upgrades in the area at that time, unbeknownst to me. Some things are at times beyond our control, as I know you understand. Out of an abundance of caution, I did also install a new router/ modem, and this coupled with ISP's work have the service operating as it should, and lightening fast!! As for not offering shampoos for your stay, I had not considered that, but I appreciate that feedback & I can add that to the amenities. Again, thank you staying with me and appreciate your comments.

Sandra - I'm so very sorry your stay wasn't what you expected. Out of concern & strong desire to provide the best experience for my guests, I took the day off &immediately drove to the property to investigate things for myself. I did find a few (e.g., 6-8) ladybugs milling around one single window, about 20-feet off the floor, but that was all. As I explained, it is very common for ladybugs in Lincoln to seek indoor environments when outdoor temps drop this time of year. I collected the ladybugs & applied a repellant spray – so there are NO LADYBUGS on the property! I appreciate you calling it to my attention. However, to say the premises was “infested” with ladybugs is a tad overstated, respectfully. As for linens, I do know my dishtowels need a refresh, but my dishwasher is brand new & dries perfectly! However, the sheets & quilts you used are in fine working order; I personally inspected them and observed no stains that you’re referring to. Again, though… Thank you calling it out, so I can address and seek to improve the overall stay experience for my guests. I have received numerous positive guest reviews, and have many, many repeat visitors, so we must be doing something well. I’m often complimented on the cleanliness of the unit and the pride of ownership that goes into presenting the unit to my guests. I’m sorry we did not meet your expectations, but glad you found the unit conveniently located and enjoyed the recreation and pool areas. Thank you.
