Clean and roomy!

Very impressed with how clean it was. Everything is well stocked in the kitchen. Communication was fantastic! Everything was very nice! There is plenty of space for a big family which we loved. I would love to give 5 stars, but I do need to mention our first night there we did have an issue with one of the overhead lights in the bedroom. The lights and fans are high tech and not very user friendly, and it simply would not turn off. We spent a good amount of time on the internet trying to figure out what was wrong and if we could fix it ourselves because we checked in after hours. This affected our sleeping arrangements that night, so it definitely caused some stress. The next day when maintenance came, we found a remote that helped control it,but it still did not work from the button mounted on the wall, so we just left it off the whole time. Other than that it was a great place for our whole family to stay.

Home away from home!

Two week stay end of January 2024 in this lovely and comfortable home. Appreciated the necessities to get started like liquid soap in each bathroom, laundry pods, and welcome package by Vacasa. Bed in back bedroom by the largest bathroom extremely comfortable! Would book here again for sure!

Great getaway!

My husband, daughter, and I stayed here for a week and LOVED it! We enjoyed the convenient location in Sea Pines - shopping, restaurants, golf, and the beach are all within walking distance. The house came with all of the amenities we could need, and property management was extremely prompt and helpful! Will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing Play to Stay in Hilton Head/Sea Pines

Our family just spent a week here in early October. We love this place. Its in a great location in Sea Pines. Golf course out back. Pool is close, and so is the beach.... The place has been newly remodeled and is well equipped and stocked. Just a special place to stay. Highly recommended. Can't wait to go back next year. Love it!!!!

Great condo!

We always book in the Plantation Club condos and this unit is one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. Beautiful decor, and the kitchen has everything you need. High end appliances, furnishings, bedding--so nice. There was an ongoing plumbing issue during our stay (damage caused by previous renters) but Scott, the property manager, was outstanding in communicating when repairmen would be in the unit. It was all fixed in a prompt and tidy manner. Scott was so gracious and we really appreciated the timely updates, etc.

Too many high tech issues

We spent a good deal of time learning how to work lighting, TV, washer, dryer. Water sensor woke everyone up in middle of night. No good place for the ladies to apply make-up: mirrors too high, lighting terrible! Never rent this one again!

Fore! Beach and golf and bike bike bike!

Five weeks of heaven in this villa for a late winter retreat with my husband of 50 years and being with friends we’ve met over the years at HHI. A perfect place to enjoy the view and the close proximity to the Sea PinesCenter, Beach Club and Harbortown. Don’t be afraid to bike to Coligney Plaza, or through the gates to put groceries in your bike basket. I miss you already, Beach House! This villa is a slice of the good life. Beds were all great. All appliances in great working order. You won’t be disappointed.

Villa was great! Disappointed pool wasn’t open. Great location. Kitchen needs oven mitts no large bowl for salad. Washer really small but we made it work would stay here again

Friends Beach Trip

We took a group of 6 (24-27 years old) so to Hilton Head for a week. This property was the perfect set up for us. There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. There was ample seating in the living space and dining room. And the bike racks just outside the front door made renting and storing bikes a breeze. The kitchen was well equipped. The grill out back was a huge bonus. And having a washer and dryer in the house made throwing a load of towels in every night a simple task. Also, having four bathrooms was a life saver at times. The proximity to the bike rentals and the beach access is phenomenal. It was a four minute ride to the beach. And we never drive more than ten minutes to a restaurant, and they were all amazing. My only complaints really involve cleanliness. The unit was fairly clean, but there were several dead bugs in obvious places (by the front door, in light fixtures, on the bathroom counters) and there were not enough trash bags, paper towels or toilet paper to last the week. (There was one partial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom upon arrival, one partial roll of paper towels and two trash bags.) It would have also been helpful to know prior to arrival that the washer and dryer are tiny. (It took two to three loads to do a normal single loads worth of towels, thus I would have brought more towels and wash cloths to have to do laundry leas often had I known.) Also, only one towel and one wash cloth were provided per guest, so this meant daily loads of laundry were necessary. Overall, our stay was wonderful. We will definitely return to this home in the future. I would just caution future bookers to plan for purchasing or packing extra paper goods and bath towels, and planning to do a lot of laundry.

Great property. Close to everything. Short .5 miles walk to the beach. . Quiet area. House itself was perfect. It would have been nice to have had a few essential items needed in the kitchen/provided by rental property. Otherwise, a great stay.

Great family spot

We just finished a one week stay at this property. Overall we had an excellent week and we would definitely stay at this property again. The location was perfect for our family of four (including 5yo and 8 month old) and was more than spacious - we could have easily shared the unit with another small family. It is walking distance to the beach (Marriott Beach Club - which has toilets, food and drinks (perfect when you have young kids)) and to the Atlantic Dunes and Heron Point golf courses (my husband played both courses and rented clubs from them). It is a short bike ride or drive to Harbour Town and Lawton Stables. The pool was warm and perfect. Although the washer and dryer were small, they worked well. We checked in after hours and the process was pretty simple. However, a few improvements could be made to make it a better stay for anyone. First, the property was not entirely clean. The master bedroom and bathroom were spotless, but a couple of the other bathrooms were not (eg there was hair on the floor and things like paper towels in the drawers). Second, there was zero communication about the area or the pool. For example, you need a code to get into the pool. Luckily we had friends staying at a nearby condo that shared the same pool and they were able to provide us with the code. A little welcome sheet with this information would have been helpful. Finally, we had some questions about the property’s amenities (wanted to see if we should pack or rent certain things) and we emailed our questions and it took Vacasa more than a week to respond. Overall, it was a great stay though and we would definitely return!

Place was rest.

Pictures represented the place well. Check in was a breeze, and it was just a short bike ride over to the beach. Will definitely stay here again next time we roll into town.

Wonderful

This villa is centrally located, very clean, and nicely decorated! We loved every moment there and hope to return. The washer and dryer is tiny, so prepare to do continuous laundry, but other than that- it was perfect!

Check in process not great

The villa was nice as was the resort. However the check in process was not seamless. I was sent questions for an identity verification and the questions had inaccurate info. I called in to do the verification but never got a confirmation email. Had to call again after I reached the property for the wifi password and they said the ID verification has to be done again. Also there were no instructions on how to handle check out (bedsheets etc) so I had to call yet again. Also no information on the area - pools, bike routes etc- on the property. It would have been helpful to have some neighborhood info regarding restaurants, etc.
