Family Vacation

The property and location were awesome. It was above our expectations and plan on going back again. Restaurants were within walking distance and beach walk was a minimum.

Great Beach House Fun in St. Augustine!

We had 10 people (friends and family) celebrate my wife's 60th birthday - everyone enjoyed themselves and were very impressed and happy with this beach house. House is great and right on the beach - everything as advertised! Highly recommended!

Amazing View for an amazing time

Thank you for sharing this beautiful beach house with our family. There was plenty of space for everyone and plenty of linens, kitchen utensils, dishes, cups and everything we needed. The beach access was perfect and everyone enjoyed the pool. It was a wonderful time for us.

Great location

The home is in a great location to walk or drive to restaurants. The beach was a 5 minute (if that) walk to beach. Easy to take wagons full of beach gear. The space in the house was set up perfectly for my daughter, her husband, and their 2 year old to stay downstairs. My son, his wife and their 5 & 2 year old had their own space (2 bedrooms and bath) upstairs. My husband and I were in primary suite near living and kitchen. Plenty of beds, play space, and private space. Sets of washers and dryers were upstairs and downstairs. Kitchenette area downstairs helped tremendously…plenty of refrigeration. Access to garage was huge help with its own fridge/freezer and plenty of beach gear. Porch was big, comfortable and shady. Top deck was fun for a beautiful view! Pool and deck were quite large with plenty of chairs & loungers. Good grill area with gas grill. Kitchen was well stocked to cook family meals. Loved our stay and would stay there again!

Was a great vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location is fantastic. I was able to ride my bike on several 15 mile rides and felt very safe. The house is walking distance to several fantastic restaurants and really anything you could want is within a couple of miles. Beach access was easy, almost entirely level and convenient. View from the roof balcony was wonderful, and the variety of outdoor seating was fantastic. The provided poolside and outdoor furniture is top notch. Very comfortable and some of the best I’ve ever been around. The furnishings in the home were great. The beds we used were very comfortable, the linens were so good and the provided appliances, cookware, utensils and outdoor grill were fantastic. A great house in a wonderful location. We hope to come back again to this house.

Post Graduation Kick- off to Summer

Our family and a couple of our daughter’s friends stayed at this fantastic beach house as a graduation gift. The website/photos cannot do justice to the amazing ocean views, the breeze and sounds of the beach, and the openness and size of the home for gatherings. The house is very well laid out with much thought put into the bedrooms and common areas with regard to both supplies and functionality. The neighborhood is perfect for walking access to great restaurants and shops. We live in Florida and have stayed at many St Augustine beach rentals and this has been our favorite—we look forward to staying here again someday!

Beautiful property

The house was just as described and had many extras such as beach toys and chairs. Lots of dishes and pots and pans. Very clean. Owners very responsive when we discovered grill was in bad shape. Reimbursed us for renting one. Only problem we had was kitchen table. It had been painted and the paint was chipping off. With several small children this was not good. Remember to bring a large plastic tablecloth if staying here to cover the table. Pool and hot tub were warm and clean. Overall a very nice property.

Birthday Getaway

We booked this home to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. This home was perfect for our family! It was exactly like what was advertised. Communication with the owners was great. The beach is right out the backyard. I would recommend this home especially if you have a large group. We would stay here again!

Great location, few issues.

We had 8 adults and 2 small children. There was plenty of space and the "split" bedroom upstairs with bath in between was perfect with the kids. Location is right in beach and you can see sunrise from the large porch. They had plenty of beach chairs and toys and fridge space etc...While we did enjoy the stay we had a few issues. Upon arrival the WiFi was not working. We had service out twice (had to wait around for them as manager was not on site) and it was never consistent, cutting out while watching National Championship and numerous other times. This was magnified as an issue as the 5g is not great in location. We also had issues with the pool heater. It continuously was freezing up and pool guy said that it would shut down to try and defrost. This meant the pool never really heated and spa took hours to heat up. This was one of the reasons we rented and paid the premium for this unit as we wanted to be able to have the grandkids splash around in pool. We instead had them swim in spa which was about 85 degrees. The unit, while surface clean, was in need of a deep clean / straightening out. There was some mold around toilets, floors needed a deep clean, as well as grill and things were kinda scattered about. 4 or 5 old remote controls, glasses etc.. kind a mismatched and everywhere, they had a cool shuffleboard table, but was unusable as they did not have the proper wax / sand for it. Nice spot but issues impacted stay.

Great Beach House

The property was great! The house was well appointed with plenty of space for the 9 of us. We enjoyed the deck and pool area when we weren't at the beach (such a short walk and you are there). The dining table seated 10 and was perfect for puzzle-making. Loved our experience there!

Great house, great location

We loved the short walk to an uncrowded beach, the pool and hot tub, and the billiards table. Plenty of space on two levels, plus a rooftop deck to watch the sun rise. The Sunset Grille just down the street was a fun place to eat, and the alligator farm/zoo is worth a visit.
