Hermosos 5 dormitorios / 5. Casa de 5 baños con piscina privada, paseo de playa, gran bar, parrilla, amplio estacionamiento, entrada privada. Esta casa frente al mar tiene el diseño perfecto para compartir con 3 familias. El piso inferior (1er) tiene 2 habitaciones con 4 literas de tamaño REINA por habitación y 2 baños completos. El piso inferior es ideal para niños. Cada litera tiene su propio cubículo para conectar el dispositivo. Ambas habitaciones tienen un televisor inteligente y una habitación tiene una Xbox.
La casa tiene un garaje para 2 autos con lavadora y secadora estándar.

El piso medio (segundo) tiene una habitación king, un baño completo, lavandería, sala de estar y cocina completa. La cocina tiene asientos en el mostrador y una gran mesa de tamaño completo con 2 bancos y 4 sillas. El piso medio tiene su propia terraza con vista al océano con 2 sillas en el patio y un sofá. TV grande

El piso superior tiene 2 master suites con camas King en ambos, balcones privados a cada lado y su propia mini nevera / bar / lavabo con su propia ducha y baño.

Hay 2 lavadoras / secadoras en la casa, 2 lavaplatos, refrigerador GRANDE, garaje para 2 autos, grandes balcones con vista al océano. IDEAL para bodas! Muebles de primera categoría, excelente diseño. Hay televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación y una gran pantalla plana en la sala de estar y una al aire libre en la terraza de la piscina. Contamos con estacionamiento para hasta 15 autos.

Remodelado completamente este año. Ligero y brillante y muy divertido. El patio trasero tiene muchos asientos, un bar completo al aire libre con muchos asientos, parrilla, un área de baño / ducha al aire libre y muchas sillas de playa para usar. Piscina de tamaño completo, jacuzzi de tamaño completo (con capacidad para 8) ¡GRANDE estante solar, su propio paseo privado e innumerables recuerdos para tener!

Great stay near St. Augustine. Views are amazing and the beach is quiet. Pool was great for all. Had a couple of quick questions and the host was very quick to respond. We were there early and the host had no problem letting us check in a few hours early as the house was ready. Would stay again.

Family Vacation

Great property overall, good location, beach is steps away. Pool was nice. Property owner was very commuinicative. Bedroom set up was good. My only wish was a bathtub, all showers, but we made it work.Otherwise house was well stocked with seasonings, didnt feel that we lacked anything in the kitchen. Wonderful communal area for gathering especially with easy access to second floor for the views. While we tend to bounce around to different locations for family vacations, we wouldnt hesitate coming back to this property if we were coming to st augustine again.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family trip-the pool was great and being able to walk the board walk to the beach was awesome! Great sunrises and view of the ocean. Everything you could want-dining, activites, groceries, etc was less than a 20 minute drive....fabulous time!

Great Vacation Home

We had a wonderful time at our yearly family vacation. The home was absolutely beautiful. Communication with the owner was fast each and every time. We had a problem with the hot tub, but the owners were very fast in getting it fixed quickly. The house was beautifully decorated and had all the beach and pool floats, chairs, etc. you could need. We would definitely come back again. Thank you Jamie.

The best beach view ever! Pristine and comfortable home.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. It is modern , beautifully decorated , clean and comfortable. The location and house are stunning with views from every window and the best of all furnishings and quality building materials. House is outfitted with everything you need to enjoy the pool , the beach, and cooking in the stunning kitchen. We will be back again !

Family Getaway

This was our second stay here and our family really enjoys this great property. We love the pool and being able to be just steps away from the ocean. It is a very nice home and Jamie is a wonderful host who answers any questions you may have. There are a few odds and ends that need to be worked on but that is to be expected at any property. Would recommend staying here for a nice relaxing getaway.

Total Bliss

This property has the ideal location combined with everything we love to do at the beach. Ages 5 months to 70 enjoyed the landscape, the sunrises, and beach walks. Best part of the stay for the grandparents is watching the littles experience activities that create smiles and memories.

Fabulous Beach House

Champagne Shores is beautiful beach house that our family enjoyed so much. The bedrooms are spacious and provide space for everyone. The pool, spa, bar cookout area was ideal for our family. The private walkway onto the beach really helped out the grandparents.

The Only Way to visit the beach

This home is amazing! The pool area and views are top notch. We scheduled a spontaneous trip for Mother's day and thankfully this home was available. I have a large family and we were all very comfortable. Management was great, and had clear instructions and communication. I would absolutely recommend.

Wonderful home

Beautiful home on a beautiful beach. Very spacious well taken care of home. Outside area well done. The hot tub was fabulous. The pool was cool and the built in grill did not work. There was another grill however.

Awesome House

This is a wonderful property, you will not be disappointed. We came down with three families each with kids age 11-14. The sleeping situation is incredible with the queen size built in bunk beds! The pool and hot tub are perfect, and the views fantastic. We had one small issue with the hot tub heating up, and the managers had some one out there to fix it the same day. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Stunning House and Views

We spent our spring break week at Champagne Sands. The house was spectacular...views everywhere you look, comfortable furniture and everything you could possibly need and more. Enjoying coffee in bed while watching the sun rise over the ocean will be hard to beat! The pool and all of the available beach toys kept the kids thoroughly entertained. Our family has been to the St. Augustine area for the past 3 years and still find new experiences every visit.

Family Thanksgiving Celebration

Our family loved Champagne Shores! There was plenty of room for ten of us (4 kids and 6 adults). Even though the weather didn’t cooperate the week of Thanksgiving, it didn’t stop us from enjoying the heated pool & hot tub. There is plenty to do in the area. Our favorites included exploring downtown St. Augustine, the Alligator Farm and mini golf. Jamie was very easy to work with and immediately responded to my inquiries. The best part of this house is the amazing view. It was glorious to wake up to the sun rising over the ocean. Overall a fabulous stay and we are already talking about a return trip.

Beautiful Beach House

We arrived in Florida just as hurricane Nicole was leaving! We had a wonderful time and the home was beautiful. The house very comfortably accommodated nine of us. There had been some damage done to the fence and the steps down to the beach from the recent storm but the Vrbo manager was extremely responsive and attentive to the details and so I know that won’t be an issue for the next guests. Highly recommend Champagne Shores.

Amazing beach weekend

We had the absolute best time staying here! It was my whole family and we brought the kiddos too. The oos and ahhs over the property were had all weekend. We were so impressed with how beautiful the home was and the location as well. Waking up to a sunrise on the beach each morning was breathtaking. We can’t say enough good things!

What a delight!!

From the moment we opens the door we were just thrilled with our choice of places to stay! The house was clean, smelled nice, light and airy with just the right amount of art throughout. AC set at a comfortable temp, the the blinds were open so we could take in the fabulous views of the Atlantic!! Beds were comfy, showers were roomy, and the kitchen and dining area were awesome!! We spent many hours relaxing in and around the pool and hot tub. I guess the best compliment I can give is we WILL be back!! 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awesome House, Awesome Location

The house was awesome with lots of room for a large family. Communication with owner was easy even with forgetting my cellphone at home (thank goodness I remembered my Ipod). The pool was the family favorite. The beach was never crowded which made this a fabulous location. Found the house to be too cold at times even though we came in August when it was VERY HOT. House was very clean. Loved how beach towels were provided along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I would highly recommend staying here for a wonderful beach vacation. The only suggestion I have is to bet BBQ tongs for the grill. Thanks for sharing this house with us. The kids loved it.

My Dream House

I don’t know that I can articulate any better than every other review of this property…bottom line….this house is amazing! We’ve been coming to our family ‘beach week’ in St. Augustine for 31 years and although this house is quite a bit more pricey than anywhere I’ve ever stayed; I would book it again in a heartbeat. As a matter of fact, we left earlier today and I have already booked it for next year! It is the perfect vacation home! Perfectly designed and decorated. We take our Margaritaville Machine everywhere we go-this house already has one! Along with every other appliance you could possibly need or want! Communication with property manager is stellar! My 5-yr old grandson thinks it’s ‘my house’; I had to tell him only in my DREAMS!

Todd & Jamie and another Family purchased this house in 2018. We remodeled it completely, to see original-photos are still posted on Zillow. Both of our families have traveled together since our kids were young and we were always coming to St. Augustine and staying at various places. We looked for 10 years before we purchased this house. It took about 2 years to complete construction and the remodel and we are excited to share our home with all of you!

Location is the best. Convenient to all tourist attractions yet still on a part of the beach that is not as crowded as some of the other spots. Pool and Hot tub are our favorite. Sitting in the Jacuzzi with the Ocean wind or sitting on our balcony and looking at the moon, there is never a bad view!
