Servicio gratuito de playa! 2 tumbonas y 1 configuración de sombrilla al día (de temporada del 15 de marzo al 31 de octubre)

¡No permita que la falta de comentarios le impida reservar este fabuloso condominio! Nuevo en nuestro programa de alquiler para el año 2020, reserve este condominio frente a la playa con calificación platino. El propietario ha remodelado por completo este hermoso condominio. Los nuevos pisos de grano de madera LVT son absolutamente hermosos. La cocina gourmet cuenta con nuevas encimeras de cuarzo, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, protector contra salpicaduras, etc. Una nueva cabina de ducha y tocador se han agregado al baño principal. Se proporcionan dos camas dobles en la habitación con baño remodelado.

Una amplia sala de estar con muebles cómodos y televisión de pantalla grande se proporcionan para su completo disfrute. El sofá cama de cuero y los sillones reclinables son maravillosos para disfrutar de las vistas del golfo, mirar televisión, entretener a amigos o simplemente tomar una siesta muy necesaria.

La sala de estar y el dormitorio principal están junto a un gran balcón de 10x28. El espacio adicional para vivir en el balcón es perfecto para sus vacaciones en la playa. Cene con el sonido de las olas y las majestuosas puestas de sol o relájese en las tumbonas y tome el sol.

El área de cocina / comedor ofrece una cocina completamente remodelada con una gran barra de desayuno a la altura de la barra y electrodomésticos renovados que incluyen refrigerador de dos puertas verticales con dispensador de hielo y agua filtrada, estufa, microondas y lavaplatos. El comedor incluye una gran mesa de comedor costera de madera con banco y 4 sillas. La barra de desayuno ofrece 4 sillas adicionales.

El dormitorio principal incluye cama king, acceso al balcón, vistas al golfo y televisión de pantalla plana. Incluye baño privado con ducha a ras de suelo. El dormitorio de invitados ofrece dos camas dobles y acceso privado al baño de invitados. El baño de visitas ha sido remodelado con hermosos bordes de azulejos, combinación de bañera / ducha y puertas de vidrio.

Reserve este condominio de playa para unas vacaciones perfectas y cómodas en la playa. ¡Estaras contento de haberlo hecho!

Perfect Family Friendly Beach Condo

The location, cleanliness, amenities, and host communication were all perfection. And the view from the huge balcony was amazing! The added bonus of the beach chair and umbrella service was the cherry on top! Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to spend our annual family Summer vacation!

Amazing stay

This property is awesome. From the huge deck we saw many different sea creatures. Dolphins, stingray, manatee and yes a few shark. Chairs and umbrella that came with the rental was a great bonus. We will definitely rent again if we go back. The only issue was the hot tub was broke until our last night.

This condo is so well thought out. It had everything we want in a condo…a table and chairs for breakfast on the balcony; two very nice leather recliners and a large tv for my husband. A comfortable king bed; and it’s located on the outskirts of PCB, so it’s not nearly as busy. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again.

Amazing Vacation Condo!

We absolutely loved our time in this condo. The view of the sunrise and sunsets, the easy access to the beach all hours of the day, the complimentary chairs and umbrella as well as parking space, the beach toys and wagon, the beautiful rooms and living space….it was all perfect!!! The condo is in a quieter area of the Panama strip which we liked a lot after having driven down near Pier Park. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to use your great condo! We loved it!!!

1st week of Summer 2024 Smashing!

This is one of the best condos I've ever rented. The owners did a superb job remodeling the unit and furnishing it with all the right pieces, the best being a high top table on patio to see the view over the railing, 2 huge recliners, which you rarely find in a rental, and a high end super comfortable leather sofa. So many attentions to detail. The views and sounds of the sea are unmatched. I will be back and will highly recommend.

Need more transparency

The condo is beautiful, clean and comfortable. But, everything else about Tropic Winds condos was very disappointing. First off, please be aware the condo is only about 1150 square feet. The photos make it look much larger and if we would have had 6 adults, it would have been very crowded! Secondly, the parking is the worse! As long as you are driving a mid-size car, then you are fine. How this parking garage passed inspection for the parking spaces sizes in hard to comprehend. Where this place is located, there are NO restaurants or attractions that are within walking distance. So, you have to get in your car to go anywhere. We had a van and we just said a small prayer before pulling into the garage every time! NIGHTMARE! If you have a SUV or large car, you will not be happy. Those notes should be listed somewhere in the listing, along with the square footage of the unit. Now let’s add the elevators to the mix! The average wait time was 10-15 minutes and there are 3 elevators. The very small pool smelled so bad of chlorine, we couldn’t get in. This is a hard review to write because the condo was lovely, but everything else to do with the condo was not. We left a day early. I emailed the management company before we left and never received an apology or even a response. We will never be back. We heard many people on the beach with the same complaints we had. Also, remember you cannot walk to anything, except Mike’s Diner. If you can find another location, it would be best.

September 2022 Stay

The condo was perfect, from the decor to the balcony view. Everything we needed was there, the reclining chairs were my favorite for relaxing. We were able to see a Manta Stingray, a gigantic turtle and several dolphins from the balcony. This condo is in a great location, less traffic but close to everything. We have used Greta’s Beach Rentals several times and all have been great experiences. Our favorite restaurant was Firefly, it is pricey but well worth it. Be sure to get the crème brûlée.
