Bienvenido a Waterpointe 1 Unit 701

- AVISO-- Los invitados potenciales a menudo preguntan si las fotos son precisas y en este caso no lo son. Este condominio está experimentando una renovación total, todo, hasta las cucharas y tenedores, será nuevo y estará disponible a partir del 31 de mayo de 2020.

Hoy el condominio es un cascarón vacío, sin embargo, a medida que avance el proyecto, agregaremos fotos. Pronto deberíamos tener algunas representaciones de diseñadores para mostrarle cómo se verá el lugar cuando esté terminado.

Para celebrar el nuevo condominio y las renovaciones que se han completado en nuestro edificio, ofrecemos tarifas especiales para alentar las reservas de un condominio invisible.

El precio especial de renovación será de $ 200 por noche para junio. $ 245 por noche para julio. $ 175 por noche para agosto.

Las tarifas anteriores son solo para el alquiler, además hay una tarifa de limpieza de $ 165, 12% de impuestos y cargos por servicio del sitio web desde el que realiza la reserva.

Esta unidad cuenta con 3 habitaciones (cada una con televisión) y 2 baños completos.

El principal tiene una cama king size con baño principal adjunto con cabina de ducha. La habitación de huéspedes n. ° 1 tendrá una cama queen size y la habitación de invitados n. ° 2 tendrá 2 camas individuales, permitiendo que hasta 6 invitados duerman cómodamente. Las habitaciones # 1 y # 2 comparten un baño de visitas con ducha.

Ubicado en 4619 South Ocean Blvd en la sección Windy Hill Beach de North Myrtle Beach SC, Waterpointe 1 es el lugar perfecto para una escapada tranquila. We truly enjoyed our time at Waterpointe 1. The condo is exactly as posted on the site. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of the starter items (paper towels, garbage bags, tp)Decorated so “beachy” yet very homey feeling! I would definitely recommend. The views from the balcony at the ocean are beautiful

Beautiful and relaxing!!!

I don’t believe I have ever been to a condo on the beach that was as clean and homey as this one. It was well worth the eight hours of traveling to get to. Everything we needed was provided in this home. With all there is to do in Myrtle Beach I think the best thing was just coming back to the condo and hanging out. Nothing else was needed. The funny thing is the moment my husband and I saw it online we said this is the one. And it was!!! Working with Randy and Debbie made it even more pleasant. They were always ready to help in any way possible.

Beach Week

As always Water Pointe 1 was great. The grounds and pools are nicely kept, the grill area is clean, and the access to the beach is wonderful. The condo we stayed in was immaculate. We had a wonderful week here and the weather was great!

Another GREAT Stay in NMB

Hurricane Ian came through Noth Myrtle Beach on Friday and we arrived Saturday. Not only was our unit ready when we arrived, but we were offered the opportunity to check in early. Randy, Debbie, and their team at Happy Crab went above and beyond to ensure our stay met expectations throughout our stay. They were always available and responded promptly. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, quality linens and towels are provided, and the kitchen is well-stocked with everything we needed. Windy Hill is a nice beach and a great location. We've been vacationing in North Myrtle Beach for 25+ years renting from many different agencies and owners. This was our sixth time renting with Happy Crab at Waterpointe 1 and it will be our first choice when we return to North Myrtle Beach next year.

Perfect condo for family

Super clean, stocked with everything we needed, nicely decorated, amazing ocean views, perfect space for our family. (2 adults, 3 kids (7,3,1). Perfect location, quiet, nice common areas, pools were great! Communication was thorough, easy check in and check out. Stayed an additional night because we didn’t want to leave! Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here next year!

1st time experience could not have been better

After many years staying at a different location in the Myrtle area, we elected to try Waterpointe 1 and Happy Crab, having no prior experience with either. After an excellent vacation we can now 100% recommend the building and the Happy Crab crew. The common areas were very well maintained, the unit was exactly as shown in the pictures, and the cleaning crew did an excellent job having it ready for us. We most enjoyed the high level of communication from Happy Crab before and during our stay. Not once were we left wondering about anything, nor was the answer to any inquiry longer than 10 minutes in coming. Thank you Randy, Debbie, and all others. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful vacation

This is a beautiful condo! Often, pictures online are misleading, but not this time. The pictures are spot on. My family of six stayed there for a week. It is very, very clean and well decorated! The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked with dishes, glassware, eating / serving utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets and many extras - crock pot, two coffee makers, etc. The dining room, living room / TV area has comfortable seating for everyone. The two bathrooms are clearly updated and bright. They have table / board games there to play. The oceanfront view from the balcony is beautiful. The owner's are very good with communication and making sure you have everything you need. I would recommend this condo rental to anyone! I would definitely stay there again.

This place was GREAT!

This condo could not have been more perfect. It was extremely cute, very clean and the layout was perfect. It was an end unit so it was very quiet. The entire condominium was very safe and secure. The owners added the cutest touches all throughout the condo. It was very updated and they had everything that you could think of that you would possibly need. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending this place to anyone.

Slice of heaven

Waterpoint 1 has always been our home away from home since we used to own a condo in the building. Unfortunately we had to sell it a few years back. We missed going to Myrtle Beach for our family vacations so we decided to go back and actually rent in Waterpoint 1. We started out with Vrbo and really did not like the site or the fact that we couldn’t get a hold of anybody to talk to. Then our friends who also have a condo in Waterpoint 1 told us to try booking with Randy at Happy Crab Vacations. Randy and Debbie were amazing! Answered every phone call and every text that I sent them. The condo that we stayed in had been updated and was absolutely gorgeous and I can’t say enough about the mattress! The mattress was perfect in the master bedroom! I slept so well! The first morning we realized that the toaster did not work so I texted Randy and literally within an hour there was a new toaster at our door. I mean seriously, who does that? Randy and Debbie do! I highly recommend booking through Randy and Debbie. They make sure you are booked properly and have a great stay. They also have other buildings that they rent condos from but my heart is at Waterpoint 1. Thank you Randy and Debbie for making our booking so smooth. Sorry it took so long for me to write this. But….here we come again! Thank you again for yet another smooth booking for our 2022 stay! Hope to meet up and play some cards!! 🏖 🏊🏼‍♀️🏐🐚🦀🍹☀️🃏

Fun with friends

We are 6 neighbors, age 58-80, enjoying a short beach vaca.. We came to golf, gamble, sun, swim, play cards, eat good food, and drink and we did all and enjoyed every minute.. Condo was lovely, beautifully decorated and for most well appointed. Was missing Wine opener and only had 2 wine glasses!! Bedrooms a bit crowded for 6.. but everything’s else was perfect.. on-site rep was very fast in helping to adjust our TV.. some written instructions for th cable would help Great vacation in a beautiful condo

Wonderful rental

Everything was just as described. The rental was very clean and had everything my family needed. Location was perfect... right on the beach and just a short drive to anywhere we needed to go.
