¡Lo que encontrará en nuestra más reciente incorporación a nuestro vecindario de Coco Plum Beach es una navegación en aguas profundas fresca, limpia, actualizada y excelente con vistas al canal expansivo! ¡A solo unos minutos por el carril bici a la playa de arena de Coco Plum!

Esta casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños es justo lo que has estado buscando en una casa de vacaciones. ¡Imagine tener su bote en su muelle de concreto de 55 pies disfrutando de la vista del canal de 200 pies de ancho con vistas de aguas abiertas de Bonefish Bay! La pavimentadora y el estacionamiento cubierto protegerán sus vehículos de los elementos, así como un gran espacio para el estacionamiento de remolques en la propiedad. Hay una escalera compartida a la entrada de esta casa.

Nice Place at a nice price

This is a very nice, clean, sizeable rental that is exactly as advertised. The location is good and Jessica, the realtor was a pleasure to deal with. Two minor gripes: Please tell the owners to change our the light switches, they are overly complicated and a royal pain in the ass to figure out. Two, the thermostat is locked and can only be set to 75. That's an excellent temperature, but it would be nice to lock the thermostat so that you could change the temperature within a certain small range. Anyway, minor gripes, and we will definitely rent again.

Perfect for the fisherman and/or family. Great location and very quiet. Plenty of dockage and well thought out amenities. I will book here again.

Annual Keys Spring Break

The property was nice, but the two bathrooms were very small. We are staying at a different property next spring with 3 bathrooms. Had there been a third bathroom or even an outside hot/cold shower and we would have re-booked at this property. This property has beds for 10 people, impossible with only the 2 small bathrooms.

Loved it!!!

We absolutely loved the property! The canal was perfect!!! We went out every day exploring. And the Coco Plum Beach was beautiful! Sitting under the trees and watching the boats was amazing! The A/C could not be adjusted and it felt a little warm at times, but we just turned on fans and it soon felt just fine. Highly Recommend!!!

Location was perfect for us. House was exactly like the pictures. Could have been a little cleaner. Floors needed to be mopped. Overall it worked out great for us.

Relaxing

The property is set on a nice canal where you can fish off the dock or bring your boat. There are canoes to use and a fish freezer outside. There were plenty of utensils and a linen for use. It was clean and comfortable. The only reason I did not give a five star was because of how small the master bathroom was made. The master bedroom was huge and I thought should be overlooking the canal, but it was facing the street. There are many iguanas around the property that are interesting to look at as well.

Location was perfect, but..

When we first arrived at the house, everything was perfect. Plenty of space for parking my trailer, plus a couple other cars. However, after getting settled, we noticed there was some water leaking into the hallway from the hvac closet. We opened the closet door and the drip pan was flooded with a small bucket already overflowing. There were also two filters stuffed into the slot. We had to keep an eye on this for the entire week to ensure the pan did not overflow and leak into the hallway. I emailed the property manager with pics on the first night, but never got any type of response. The rooms were spacious. The towels we found in the dryer were not dry. No sponge in the kitchen, no excess toilet paper, no propane in the tank, which I read in the welcome package I would be reimbursed for, but it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t seen a dime. The location was great and only a 20 min ride by boat to the Atlantic. Overall, the stay was great, but just the little things could use some more attention by whoever maintains the property.

Wonderful house

We really enjoyed staying here. The house was very clean and spacious for our family of four. It could easily accommodate a larger group. We enjoyed the view of the canal and the evening breezes on the porch. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was beautiful and comfortable inside and really met our needs. The iguana's that sun on the dock area are pretty cool! True what everyone says about the front room having NO privacy. Not sure why they haven't installed some simple pull across drapes on a rod yet. Such an easy fix. Also Jess knows very little about items IN the property itself. I think her standard answer is NO when asked about certain items. We found the items we had asked about there when she told us they weren't.

Fantastic stay, very comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at Key Colony Beach, Beautiful house very comfortable. I do want to mention that the room that faces the canal does have a curtain, that was a concern given other comments, but has been rectified. The only issue we had was that it was a little tight to get our trailer in the driveway, but our trailer is pretty long. I ended up disconnecting it and walking it in, which we were able to pull off with two guys. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

Nice property, modern and neat, but very poorly equipped

Overall, this property is as it appears online, if you adjust your thinking for a camera using a very wide angle lens. There are two smallish bedrooms with two beds in each - and the 3rd bedroom is basically the former back porch converted into a room (it is done well), but you are completely surrounded by windows on 3 sides. There are no curtains whatsoever on the largest glass sliding door that faces the canal (it runs the entire width of the room), so be ready for no privacy and lots of light. The wall into the interior is also entirely glass, but has some shear drapes over it. Nice room, but a little hot and no privacy (why no drapes or blinds?). VRBO is modern (has been redone recently), and looks good on the inside. Kitchen is modern but VERY poorly equipped. Cooking at a VRBO is always a challenge, but in this case it is particularly challenging. There are extensive, well written instructions on garbage and checkout,... but there is no extra garbage bags, no laundry detergent, no dishwasher detergent, no cleaning supplies of any kind. Nothing. There was a half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and that was it. No extra supplies anywhere. There was one towel in each bathroom. One. We contacted the property manager, and the next day a woman stopped by to show us the "secret closet" (small closet in the left most back bedroom), which has 4 additional towels and 4 beach towels,... and that's it. We had to buy our own TP and our own paper towels and any cleaning supplies we used and a dish brush. Condiments wise - zero. No salt, pepper, nothing. When we arrived, it was 90 in the condo and the AC was running wide open, but we found most vents were closed (??, no idea), and also that the filter on the AC unit was so filthy that it had sucked up inside the box, and the AC pan was filled with water, and there were two old moldy towels keeping water from leaking out into the hall. We removed and replaced the filter, opened the vents, emptied out the full AC pan, and the AC worked fine (AC units will not work with no inlet air and no outlets open!). So, AC unit was left working much better then when we found it. This is just a simple maintenance problem. Overall, a nice condo but the property manager needs to pay it a little more attention, or get on their maintenance staff.

Coco Plum

Property was great! Only issues we had were the AC was draining on the floor, had to put a bucket under the unit and empty twice a day or AC would shut off due to too much water in the pan. I sent a message to the leasing office and never had a response. Condensate line needs to be cleaned so unit will drain. This should be a ding on the leasing office and not the property, since the agreement states if any issues contact them and not the owner!

Great house on the water

We had a great time at this property. It had plenty of room for the 6 of us , and was a great waterfront location. We did have problems with the AC the first night, and tried to call and message the property manager, but we never heard back. The AC started working the second day, so it all worked out. Other than that, our stay was amazing and we would rent this property again.
