The house was very nice and served its purpose. My kids enjoyed the pool the most. Very centrally located. My family had a wonderful vacation. One suggestion, provide cushions for the lounge chairs down by pool. Have a wonderful and blessed day!

Family Vacation

Whole family loved and enjoyed our stay. It was clean, anthony was very helpful and explained everything perfectly. Anthony always responded right away. The loacation is spot on to take a short drive either way to start exploring. Perfectly located for all the different things to do in marathon also. Had a nice, relaxful, and fun filled stay. Sad we have to head back to the real world.

Tropical Retreat

The home is beautiful inside and out.. definitely the neighborhood is up and coming.. restoration can be appreciated. The pool is small but mighty.. we enjoyed a day soaking up the rays.If you are beach goers like ourselves plan on finding parks with rentals of beach chairs and umbrellas as they were not in condition to use, we had no problem renting for the week but would have been nice as advertised available with rental property.We as well purchased a cooler that we left for the next to enjoy but again because we love spending long days relaxing beachside!!We never cooked there.. but I would say stocked well if your choice.. plenty of room for the three of us. Plenty of towels for use and plenty of beach towels for use.. very friendly to chat with owners, many great recommendations! Pretty easy to navigate around and into the Keys.. we appreciate our stay!!

Perfect spot to explore the keys and soak up the sun

Our family loved this house! The pool was warm and perfect for relaxing. Easy drive to Key West for a day trip, and right next to groceries and dining.The AC got the house COLD and there were so many little things the owners thought of to make our stay convenient and stress free. Highly recommend!

Great time!

We had a great stay in marathon key! The house was very clean. Access to the backyard/pool was through the front door - we wished the back deck had stair access down to the pool. But that certainly didn’t stop us from enjoying it!

Nice one week stay

The home looks recently renovated and had designer looks. Plenty of space. Lovely next door neighbors. Centrally located. Not a lot of storage space for our things. The owners could provide more upfront instruction with regard to pool controls.

Winter Break 2025

Our family stayed at the property the last week in January. The process was smooth from start to finish. The listing was very accurate, the house was clean and well stocked with the necessities, and the owner communication was outstanding. The neighbors are very close in this neighborhood but other that a little noise from them and a helicopter from the airport multiple times a day, everything was great.

Wonderful house!

We really loved our stay at this beautiful house. Agree with a lot of the other reviews - house was super clean, centrally located, kitchen is about as well stocked as you could want, decor is beautiful, pool and downstairs hangout area are super fun, though it is a little odd the access is only from the front. Overall, it was everything we could ask for and we enjoyed our time here immensely.

Extended winter vacation

The pictures of the property do not do it justice. The home is beautifully decorated , we loved the outside pool area. The kitchen was well stocked. There is a beautiful beach close by and many great restaurants. The ease of check in was great. Would definitely recommend this property!

Fabulous week in the heart of the Keys

My family of four spent a week here, and enjoyed it immensely. The house has a pool in which we spent most of our early mornings and late evening and is a five minute drive from Sombrero Beach were we spent several afternoons. Very conveniently located for our vacation plans - a little over 2 hours drive from Miaimi Int'l airport, and just over an hour's drive to Key West. All the amenities we needed (kitchen with all the necessities, 2.5 bathrooms, three separate bedrooms) plus a bunch of nice add-ons (billiards, pool toys, beach gear). Couldn't have been better.

Family Birthday Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and well stocked. The outdoor area is great underneath the house. Pool table, table top jenga set,heated pool, beverage coolers and lots of seating! It also came with a lot of pool towels which was amazing for our family of 6 to not have to constantly be doing laundry. Not only was great for our family but I could also see it great for couples and more of a party atmosphere too! I would say the only thing that at times was a bit frustrating was that there weren’t stairs directly off the back porch to outside. I know that’s a small thing, but walking to the front off the house and up the front stairs wasn’t always the most convenient. I knew this going into it based on other reviews and it wasn’t enough to stop me from booking. But we would absolutely stay at this property again for its great space, location to everything and accessibility.

Family vacation

We had a great time staying in Marathon. We had all the comforts of home. With a location near the center of the keys, we were able to do day trips to several state parks and Key West.

The only problem was that check-in should be more flexible if the cleaning and truly available. We arrived at 2:30 and we knew cleaning was complete.and could not enter until 4p.

GREAT Family vacation

We had an amazing family vacation in the sun. This property is perfect for families of all ages. Lots to do within the units and close to other activities. The pools and lagoon were fun for the kids and the pier was great for barbecuing and evening drinks watching the sunset. It looked exactly like the photos and we were extremely pleased. Highly recommended.
