The building’s elevator takes you to the 3rd floor, then you walk up one more flight of stairs to reach the apartment. This superb apartment features a great layout spread over two levels, comprising three bedrooms—each with split king-size beds—and three en suite bathrooms. There is a nice, bright living room, a separate dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has been modernized to provide maximum comfort and make your stay unforgettable.

For large groups, this apartment can be rented in combination with any of our other apartments in the building. All our Palais Royal apartments are located in the same building.

MINIMUM STAY: We have a one-week rental policy, so the weekly rate applies even for shorter stays if the apartment is available for a full week. We can only prorate the nights if the apartment is available for fewer nights between other bookings OR ACCEPT A SHORTER STAY IF REQUESTED AT THE LAST MINUTE. So don’t hesitate to check with us—we usually have last-minute deals where we can accept a shorter stay without applying the one-week minimum policy.

Important Notice

: The French government has announced that it will ban all water-based air conditioning systems by October 1, 2025, as they are obviously a huge waste of water, and we all must do our best to address this environmental issue.
Therefore, since nearly all of our installations are affected by this new law, we will stop using such units (until now, they were the only systems we could install in old Parisian buildings) by the legal deadline. To ensure our guests’ comfort, we will provide portable air conditioners, fans, and air coolers, depending on the layout of each apartment.
