This condo is at Beachers Lodge…. In crescent beach. It had a nice pool, convenient to ocean and great balcony with ocean view.

It was a wonderful condo with a beautiful view from the terrace. We saw the sunrise each morning. Very convenient to go to beach and pool. It was a little compact but that was ok

Reviewer Comments: Beacher’s Lodge was well located a drive from historic St Augustine & the lighthouse, and on a beautiful beach on the ocean with a heated pool as well. Our pet friendly rooms slept 4 cozily and had a comfortable kitchen and bathroom, with WiFi and TV for movie nights. We had everything we needed from room service and will return.

Picture is deceiving

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Furniture is not as pictured. The chair in the picture isn't there and the one that was in the living room area was extremely dirty and worn out. The bathroom had a musty odor and the door frames were in dire need of painting. The AC unit in the bedroom leaked on the floor and the TV in the bedroom didn't work for our entire stay. The front desk associates were extremely rude and told me that the hotel didn't allow trailer parking even though I clarified that bringing a trailer was allowed when I made the reservation and they said they would have to go back and review the call as if they didn't believe me.

Road Trip With Our Pup!

This Condo was exactly as described ( a bit small upon first glance at entry) but non-the-less, as described. It could use some updating/upgrades. Kitchen was TIIIINNNNeeee, I mean itty bitty. So if you plan on meals at home make them simple ones. No prep space and the sink is 12x12. All that being said, the location is A1, top rated in my book. Dog-friendly beach just steps from the elevator. Gorgeous beachfront sunrise views from the lanai daily. Sugar white beaches and crystal clean water. The property is just a few minutes from downtown St. Augustine, where most outdoor establishments ( and there are plenty) are also dog friendly. We stayed mid august and have booked another stay for mid September. Lots to do and see - Iwould recommend this property to friends and family.

Unpleasant

The good, the view was perfect, the bed was comfortable and the shower head was nice…the bad…constant bugs crawling on kitchen counter and other places. They sprayed after I was there for 4 days but it didn’t help. The overall place was shabby, rust throughout, peeling paint, floor boarder around all walls was old and dirty. There was no broom or any type of vacuum which is odd seeing your bringing sand in everyday from the beach. I asked the front desk if they could drop one off and they said yes but it never showed. One of the bath cabinet doors was broken. Could use a door stop for very heavy front door when carrying luggage in and out. The overall place is very small but that wouldn’t be so bad if it didn’t have all the other issues.

If you love the ocean and walking along the shore, there isn't a better place to do this. The Lodge has excellent management and responds immediately to any concerns. The cleaning staff makes sure you have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We highly recommend it as a place to stay. Each unit is owned and designed by its owner. 319 is a good place to stay. We recommend the Lodge to everyone we know.

Awesome location and reasonably priced. Unfortunately I don’t think we’ll return during the summer. The pool is heated, sits in direct sun most of the day and is literally hot. Floating in the pool is one of my favorite things to do on vacation and it’s really unpleasant.

We looked out our beachfront window, hearing the waves, smelling the fresh air 24/7.The place also has great Management. Shout outs to Shannon, Jill, Paulette and the rest of the staff. The maintenance staff is easily accessible for any problems within our unit. The pool when all the heaters were functioning was a wonderful place to play, exercise, get some sun. Our Unit was very nicely decorated. I have happily recommended Beacher's to many friends.

A wonderful getaway.

Condo was well equipped. But I didn't cook a thing. Wonderful restaurants close by. 319 is in the very center of building. You have to go up flight of steps or ramp to get to elevators. Elevators are at each end of building.

Spring break

Communication with the property manager was quick and accurate and the lady at check in was really nice and had no trouble even though we didn’t get there until 8:30 pm. We enjoyed our stay. Love the easy beach access and pool area and the condo was small but perfect for our needs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is right on the beach. It was great to watch the sunrise from the balcony every morning. However, I stayed for a month and this unit is not equipped for guests staying that long. It does not have an oven as stated in the description. It has an old toaster oven on top of the refrigerator.There is no counter space in the kitchen to prep any food.There is no dishwasher either. The small table and chairs there are wobbly and uncomfortable. The fan in bathroom does not work. This is a dog friendly property which is great. The price I was quoted online was suppose to be with a fee for the dog but when I arrived I was told I needed to pay an additional fee. For a week this place works but I would call them to make sure you are getting everything it states and to avoid any discrepancies.
