Esta suite del balcón del cuarto piso está llena de sol de Florida. Una ubicación perfecta en el piso superior, este condominio está convenientemente ubicado cerca del elevador en la sección norte de nuestro edificio frente al mar. El condominio es alegre en amarillo. Hay un nuevo sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar y una butaca roja. Disfruta de la gran televisión de pantalla plana. La cocina está equipada con una estufa de cuatro quemadores con horno y todas las comodidades estándar de cocina. El baño se actualizó con una nueva bañera, tocador y espacio adicional para guardar ropa de cama. La habitación privada tiene azulejos y tiene un cómodo colchón Serta de tamaño Queen y un televisor de pantalla plana de 26 ". Este condominio es alegre y cómodo, y podría ser tu refugio favorito junto a la playa. NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS

There's a great seafood market not far down the road, and we made delicious meals, starring flounder, crab cakes, and sea scallops. I do wish there were recycling bins for bottles and cans.

The only negative comment I have is that the hot water flow is throttled down so much thats it's hard to get a good shower. We managed anyway. Parking was easy and elevators were quick. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of positives. Suites are small but adequate for a couple. Furnishings were fine, outside was well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the shower. Tub surface was very slippery, no grab bars, water temp was prone to going from pleasantly warm to lobster scalding hot without warning. Easy solutions - provide a bath mat, install grab bar, turn down the water heater. All in all, would return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Beacher's before, and have always loved it! The beach location is perfect for enjoying the views day and night, and the boardwalk offers easy access to the beach for walks and other recreation. Parking was fine, and it was helpful to have carts available for taking our belongings up to our condo via ramp and elevator. We were very happy with our rented condo- a little bit shopworn, but well arranged, stocked with basic appliances and amenities. Very comfortable, well maintained and clean when we arrived. Office staff are outstanding- so helpful and patient with questions! We did not use the pool, but it is beautiful, and many guests enjoyed it during our stay. We will come back!

3 day getaway

Overall experience was not so great.Housekeeping never came during our stay. Had to go get towels and washcloths from downstairs ourselves on the 1st day. On the 2nd day we were told there were no clean washcloths available. The mattress on pullout sofa is in terrible shape. We had to go buy a mattress topper before we could lay on it due to the springs coming thru. Also, very hard to get a comfortable water temperature in the shower because faucet needs to be replaced
