Perfect Stay!

We absolutely loved staying here! The condo was perfect, with plenty of space for our family of 5. The community was quiet and peaceful and the short walk to the beach was the best for our kids! We’d highly recommend staying here!

Nice, clean condo

This is our 2nd time staying at Sea Place. The neighborhood is well taken care of and quiet. The condo was nicely furnished and clean. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our family vacation. It’s steps from the pool and beach with easy access. We would definitely book this condo again in the future.

Relaxing MDW!

Beautiful condo, and so kid friendly for our boys. We loved the green space outside, and the quick access to the pool and beach. Easy parking. We look forward to coming back!

My family had a wonderful week staying at this condo. It was super clean and while we ate out most nights, the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a quick walk to the beautiful beach and super close to lots of great restaurants. Would definitely recommend!!!

Wonderful stay!

We had absolutely the best time! The owners were wonderful and quick to respond with any questions we had. The condo was the perfect location to the pool and the beach. They provided chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. We enjoyed our adventures in Saint Augustine as well. Definitely, recommend this rental!

Perfect Condo

Amazing week at this condo! Great location. Loved the use of boogie boards, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys! That was very nice and they were in great shape. Kitchen had everything and it was nice they provided some staple start up items, like K cups, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, etc. The beds were comfortable, house was clean and it was quite. The beach and pool were perfect! Everything was wonderful and we would stay here again! Thank you.

Best property yet!

We have stayed in about 5 total properties in Sea Place. This is by far the nicest, most updated, etc. the owners were extremely easy to communicate with and all the extra touches (beach towels, wagon, beach toys, etc.) make it even better. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home!

Beach condo

We enjoyed two nights here. Our main interest was exploring the historical sites of St. Augustine. It was close enough but far enough away to be quiet. There were lots of restaurants in the area to choose from for good food. We did enjoy a few minutes on the beach before we left and found it easy to access.

St Augustine visit

Modern decorations, beds are comfy and sheets were soft, ice maker worked great. The condo had everything we needed. Beach is wide and beautiful. Owner was very responsive to our inquiries. Thank you!
