Perfectly located beachfront condo

DejaVu is perfectly located directly on the beach! Two beachfront porches to enjoy the view and easy walk out to your beach set up! Chairs included are an added plus. Upon arrival house was very clean! We have been visiting Carillon for several years and this location is great! Parking can be a bit tight due to location at the end of the street however, garage parking helped for one of our vehicles. Beautiful memories were made during our stay! Thank you for sharing your home!

We had a great stay at Deja Vu. The kitchen is superbly stocked. Loved being directly on the beach. Bedrooms were comfortable. I saw a concern about garage parking. We fit a large Ford Expedition in the garage with room to spare. Easy. They have lots of floaty toys.

Perfect beach vacation

This is third time we’ve stayed in this home. The owners have done some nice updates to the bathrooms and it’s well maintained. We also appreciated the extra beach chairs by the water making it 8 total chairs for our family to enjoy relaxing. The Carillon community is very charming to drive through and we love how close it is to 30a (Rosemary is just 8 minute drive). We had double red flags for two days of our trip, which was a first for us, otherwise it was a perfect beach trip and house. Very family friendly. Highly recommend.

Great location

Walkable to the pool and can’t beat being on the beach. Bunk bed room was great for the kids. Kitchen was big enough for a few adults to prep dinner. Large pantry was clutch. Seating in the living room and porch was great for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. Only complaint is that the chairs that come with the house aren’t together, but we were grateful for there being chairs regardless!

Perfect Property for Multi-Family Vacation

We vacationed here along with my sister and her family. The proximity to the beach is unparalleled! When they say the beach is steps away, it is the truth!! We loved the gathering areas on the porches. The kitchen was well appointed, we ate most of our meals at home and had everything we needed. Carillon itself is a beautiful community. Our family ordered pizza from Lake Powell Pizza, and it was delicious! We also obtained a weeklong pass for the gym and took lots of walks around the community. We all agree that after spending a week at this property we can never go back to staying in a condominium complex. We can’t wait to return to Carillon!

Great location

Needed a few house keeping items. Bathroom door handle kept coming off. Refrigerator freezer door come off. Couldn’t open downstairs doors for fresh air. Great location Though. Very clean. Furniture was aging

Great views!

Great property with fabulous location and gorgeous views of the ocean. The rental chairs were awesome and that in itself was a fabulous surprise and can get very costly so we were so happy with that. Was super disappointed that the rate doubled for next year because we were about to book it again - with that being said, I have some suggestions with that new rate. Beds are uncomfortable consider an upgrade with the new rates, add ceiling fans to both porches facing the beach and warn guests about the steps. We had two people fall down the lower steps to the front door because they are much shorter than the top set. We would love to stay here again if rates were the same or slight increase.

Good week, some improvements needed

Great location right on the beach and the community is nice. Very dated furniture, fixtures, back slider door desperately needs fixing (super hard to close once open), Vacasa gave us incorrect keys upon arrival. Not enough trash bags or paper towels so bring your own dishwasher detergents and paper goods. Envious of neighbors on either side nice outdoor furniture, ours was plastic and dated. Again good week, but house needs updating.

Great location, needs a few upgrades

We stayed here as a family of four (with a teen and tween) for a week in peak June. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend it—with a few caveats.Pros:Incredible location—right on the beach with beautiful viewsOutdoor shower for rinsing off sandAccess to community poolsGarage full of bikes, boogie boards, and beach toysWell-equipped kitchen (Keurig, Crock-Pot, etc.)3 full bathroomsWalkable to a cute area with a coffee shop, wine bar, snack shop, beach store, and pizza placeCons:TV is very outdated; while it has Apple TV, the picture is poor and the remote is confusing. Updating to a simple smart TV would solve this issue. Mattresses are extremely firm—none were comfortable, which was disappointing given the 900/night priceOriginal outlets don't hold chargersVery few blankets; pillows were flat with only 4 per roomNo keypad entry—uses an old-fashioned key lockVacasa (management):Check-in was easy, and they followed up shortly after arrival to ask about cleanliness. I mentioned the primary bed sheets looked dirty or stained and sent a photo—they thanked me but didn’t offer a solution. Also, late checkout must be requested by 4:00pm the day before departure. When our morning flight was canceled, they wouldn’t allow even a short extension—no flexibility.Summary:A beautiful, well-located beach house that’s stocked with extras and has lots of potential. For 900/night, we expected better comfort, but still had a lovely stay overall.

Not clean

We usually love coming here, but this year was not a great experience. The house was not clean. Ceiling fans looked like they had not been touched since last year, sand on the floor, dust everywhere. I don’t know what’s going on, but this is the first time it’s ever been this way. I’m sure the owners don’t know about it. Still enjoyed the beautiful views and gorgeous beach.

Wonderful stay at Carillon! The house was very clean and contained all things needed for a beautiful vacation. The garage is well stocked with plenty of items for use at the beach. The kitchen contained everything we needed to cook our meals. The house was very clean. My only complaint would be regarding the washer. It is completely off balanced and our handy grandfather couldnt even get it leveled, so the washer would almost crawl out of the closet upstairs when used. It needs some serious attention! However, Would def stay here again!

Great family trip

Our second time at Deja Vu and Carillon Beach. It’s such a gem, so close to 30a but less crowded. Home is very well kept and equipped for a family stay. Washing machine was unstable and rocked all over the closet though. Otherwise it was a perfect family vacation.

We had a great stay at Deja Vu! We have been vacationing at Carillon for 20+ years and this was one of our favorite houses. Plenty of room and the ocean views from the main floor and master bedroom were great!!

Location-Location-Location

Let me start by saying you simply can't argue the beachfront location of this house and therefore the key rationalization for staying here. However, my standards and expectations in return are very high for this type of stay. My expectations would be for an impeccably cleaned home, with curated linens, a top condition grill, and excellent services as part of that, which seemed meh. Not that the services were shabby and the Vacasa personnel, and on property merchants were very nice, its just that by comparison, we could choose to go to the Caribbean, or even the South of France for comparable spend. In the end, the house location is amazing, the amenities are nice, but I would expect to have all expectations mentioned earlier, and to not have to deal with rowdy partiers across the street, tepid and semi clean pool water, home construction awakening me each morning across the street during my stay, and for the house to be equipped to the highest standards while being sparklingly cleaned. These were fair to middling in my opinion. Would I stay here again, the answer is yes, but only if those aforementioned issues were addressed to provide the value I desire for my stay, but if the market dictates a certain economic, then I find no fault in the owners charging such, as I obviously willingly paid it. Perfect Beach Vacation Home

Deja Vu sits right on the beautiful gulf, with its turquoise water and white sand. We enjoyed sitting on its wonderful porches and in the very comfortable beach chairs that are provided. The kids loved playing in the water with provided toys and floats, and the adults loved the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The home is very pretty and very clean. It was big enough that our group could spread out. The teens loved the room with the bunk beds. The living room and gorgeous master had incredible gulf views. We liked walking to the closest pool, and taking a golf cart to the other two pools. The teens enjoyed walking to the Little Beach Cafe in the evenings. We parasailed, took an airboat ride, went to a water park, shopped and did activities at Pier Park, and ate out each night. My favorite part of the trip was the time at the beach, right in front of Deja Vu. What a perfect home!

First time in Carillon

Loved the location of the house. Easy access to beach. The house was fully equipped and had plenty of space for the 6 of us but could of easily accommodated 8.

Wonderful vacation house1

We loved the house! Large bedrooms, nice bathrooms, kitchen had all the necessary pans, dishes, glasses and anything you needed they had provide it. Loved being able to use the chairs and toys in the garage.
