Increíblemente única cabaña frente a la playa en el corazón de una selva tropical

Esta cabaña muy singular, aislada y prístina se encuentra a menos de 90 minutos de Seattle en la Península de Key en un bosque de cedros y arces de 17 acres con vista al mar. Amplias vistas del monte. Rainier son una característica de la propiedad de Oberon, junto con un acceso a la costa muy aislado para lanzar su kayak o peinarse en la playa. Los navegantes y marineros pueden hacer uso de la boya de amarre privada también. Privacidad y tranquilidad te esperan mientras te relajas en la bañera de hidromasaje bajo los altos cedros o caminas por la playa y recoges ostras para la cena. Si desea explorar más el área, la "Clave", como la llaman los lugareños, es una joya no descubierta de bosques enredados rodeados de parques estatales y el océano por todos lados. Además de la espectacular belleza natural, The Key tiene una historia colorida. Un pequeño iceberg llamado "Hogar" en la parte inferior de Key, donde un grupo de anarquistas se estableció a fines de 1800, ahora alberga una estación de servicio, supermercado, lavandería, lanzamiento de botes y oficina de correos. What a fantastic magical stay! Waking up to the sound of birds, the ocean and the breeze in the trees is a perfect recipe for relaxation. The bed is so comfortable with soft bedding. There is a small indoor kitchen and outdoor griddle. Cap a relaxing day off with a fantastic soak in the hot tub surrounded by nature. Cozy and relaxing.

Another delightful stay at Oberon Cottage! It is the perfect retreat for my husband and I...close but far enough from our day to day to be a truly recharging retreat. The improvements made by the owners over the past year in elevating the outside are beautiful and make the space incredibly functional in any weather (yes, we had summer rain!). The interior is cozy and well appointed. The small beach is private and very secluded. Once we turned off the main road, we did not see another person the entire time we were there. Love this place...will definitely be back!

Perfect relaxing getaway

Cutesy and quaint, this place is tucked away in nature. It gives treehouse vibes with the perfect outdoor space. We loved the hot tub, fire pit, and blackstone. This is a new favorite and cant wait to stay again.

Two day getaway!

We absolutely enjoyed our little getaway at this cabin after our wedding. It was tucked away in the woods and near the ocean, which led to it being so relaxing. The place was decorated so nicely and every little extra detail led to the atmosphere being cozy and relaxing. We hope to make it back soon!

4 Sisters Retreat

A beautiful refuge perfect for four sisters who needed space from everything. The cabin was clean, organized, and well stocked, although we couldn't find a ladle. Something to note is that there is no oven. We really couldn't have been happier!

Perfect Retreat!!!

Oberon Cottage is the perfect retreat! Everything about the listing is accurate and the photos really do not do it justice... From the moment we arrived we enjoyed every part of the property. It was the perfect size for the two of us and the sitting area and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the patio and hot tub very much. The well appointed, efficient kitchen and barbecue made meals easy. The outside has so much to offer...a fire table with comfortable furniture, large grass area with another fire pit and oh, the private beach!!! We enjoyed watching the tide come in and out, beach combed and even saw live crabs and sand dollars in the water. We really appreciated the outdoor shower to rinse off after. Our favorite memory was watching a sea otter come up the stairs from the water and disappear into the wooded area next to the house at sunset the 2nd night. We cannot wait to visit Oberon again...thank you for sharing your amazing, secluded and very private cabin with us!

Great getaway

Oberon is a sweet, relaxing, private oasis. It is very well appointed with everything you need. We were lucky that the mountain was out our first night and we had a gorgeous moonrise as well. We had the beach to ourselves aside from a few frisky otters and sea lions who swam around just off shore. The cabin is tucked into the trees, giving it a treehouse feeling. We had a very relaxing stay.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

My wife and I fell in love with the property within the first 2 minutes of arriving. The cottage is well stocked, cozy, and comfortable. The grounds are calm, peaceful, and the sound of the waves was glorious. We will stay there again when the temperatures are not as hot as the surface of the sun. There was a small misinformation that was quickly taken care of. All in all, it is an amazing place

Absolutely adorable house. <3 We loved the propane powered outdoor fire pit for smores and staying warm outside in the evening, and chatting. And we really enjoyed the hot tub!

Perfect, magical northwest getaway

We had only been there a few moments before we mutually agreed we must come back! Over the 4 days we spent at Oberon that feeling only grew stronger. We spent our time soaking in the hot tub under the shade of tall cedar trees, lounging and playing games on the beautiful wrap around deck, and collecting oysters and sand dollars on the beach. The home is so thoughtfully designed, built and decorated! It's a small indoor space but equally functional and beautiful, and the expansive private outdoor space makes it feel huge. This place is such a treasure, we hope to be back soon!

Absolutely Spectacular!

Our three-night stay at Oberon was absolutely magical. The property is stunning and accommodates everything you could ever need. The photos of the immaculate cottage, the picturesque fire pit, and the secluded deck don't begin to do it the justice it deserves. From the moment we drove onto the property, we were enchanted. Following the signs for Oberon, you have to drive down a long and winding perfectly maintained gravel road into a secluded forest of Sitka Spruce trees. The anticipation is palpable. Then, the cottage, along with a fantastic view of the Sound and Mt. Rainer comes into full view and the adventure begins. The cottage itself is clean, well decorated, and yet has a comfortable "at home" feel. We were some of the first few guests to stay at Oberon and even though it's a new listing, almost every detail you could think of are included. We often travel with a few kitchen gadgets to fill out the shortcomings of most home rentals, but none of them were necessary with Oberon. The space is intimate and would be a bit crowded for four adults (especially if the weather was rainy) but there is enough room to spread out and the upstairs "crows nest" transports you back to being a kid and building a fort, filling it with everything your imagination could conjure up. The only thing I would suggest bringing is a small portable night light for the bathroom. Climbing down the ladder from upstairs in pitch-black darkness can be a little tricky. Perhaps the best part of Oberon is the magnificent deck that wraps around the cottage. There's plenty of space to spread out, a completely secluded private hot tub, and amazing view of the Sound through the trees. All in all, this is one of the most incredible rental properties we've ever stayed at, especially if you're looking for a quiet, beautiful, relaxing, remote getaway for two people. Aside from a quick trip to the grocery store, we saw not a soul and wanted for nothing over the course of three nights. This place is a rare gem and we will definitely be coming back in the future.
