Ubicadas en el corazón de Kihei, las playas de arena blanca están a tres cuadras de distancia. A solo dos cuadras de distancia, llegarás a las salas de cine, restaurantes, biblioteca, bares, mercados al aire libre, parque de patinaje en línea, canchas de tenis y mucho más. Hay una piscina pública a una milla de distancia. Ubicado en un vecindario tranquilo, disfrutará de la paz y la tranquilidad, pero estará ubicado en el centro para facilitar el acceso a todos los destinos deseados. La cabaña de la casa del árbol es una de las vistas de alquiler que ha sido aprobada por el Condado de Maui (número de permiso BBKM 2009/0013) que brinda a los huéspedes la seguridad de saber que su reserva está confirmada y que el alquiler no se cerrará debido a un alquiler ilegal.

Die Kommunikation mit Pam war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause.Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles vorhanden und sehr sauber. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick und die Gegend ist ruhig. Wir sind jetzt seit drei Monaten unterwegs und das war bisher die beste Unterkunft. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

We LOVED everything about our stay. It is airy and comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen. Complete beach supplies (umbrella, towels, boogie boards, chairs, mat, cooler and cold cubes). The host is welcoming and available and keeps a beautiful yard and garden. We loved being in a neighborhood, within walking distance of beach and Foodland Grocery.

Nice place in Kihei

It had everything we needed. Close to the beaches, restaurants, shopping, and main roads. Comfortable beds, and a nice kitchen. Pamela is very helpful. We had very good time.

Restricted use of A/C made for uncomfortable stay!

Pros:Spacious kitchen and bathroom. Patio space great for early morning breakfast. Good location to restaurants. Neighborhood a bit noisy Cons:A/C. When we first checked in at 4 pm, all of the windows were open, and the temp inside was 85 degrees. Instructions listed at the end of the long list of amenities are to turn the A/C off when vacating the unit. When we returned from our activities each afternoon, it was VERY warm in the unit (81 to 85 degrees). Though the bedroom cooled off quickly, not once during our entire stay was the A/C in the bedroom able to cool the entire unit, even after it had been on for hours. We even set up an fan we found in the closet at the door of the bedroom to try to draw cooler air in the rest of the unit, but it was still 81 to 83 in the living room hours later. Most evenings around 9 p.m. it was still much warmer inside than it was outside, even after opening upThe unit description stated they had a hot tub (#1 in the list of amenities). When we inquired about it, we were told that there wasn’t one and that we were the 1st people in 17 years to ask about it. When we replied that in lieu of a pool, the hot tub was a big reason we chose the property, the reply was they could give me directions to the public pool located a mile away. By the next day, the hot tub was removed from their listing.We were unable to locate instructions for the tv. We texted for help, but no response from host. We finally figured it out on our own.

Quiet, with very good location

Peaceful property in a locals neighborhood. Wake up to birdsong. Close to all amenities, including the beach, by foot and by car, which was very nice. Enjoyed our stay. Mahalo!

Tree house cottage

Enjoyed staying in a quiet peaceful neighborhood within walking distant to the beach. Having our own space and deck was relaxing after a busy day exploring the island.

A Fantastic stay in Pam’s Treehouse

We had a fantastic stay at Pam’s Treehouse. She made us feel like at home from when we arrived. Pam is passionate about the island and we were amazed by her story. We were amazing by how well stuffed her place is from the water filter to the aftersun and antifog for the snorkel masks. We hope to come back in the future!

Fabulous Treehouse Stay

I loved everything about my stay at the Treehouse. It was such a wonderful, calm place to stay but still had everthing I needed (and want) in a vacation stay (including a laundry hamper and a full legnth mirror which are just so nice to have, but many places don't include). The kitchen and bathroom are perfectly stocked with everything you might need. The bed is so comfortable and the bonus of the AC in the bedroom let me get a great night's sleep every night. The neighborhood was very quiet, but within about 5-7 minute walk you can be at Starbucks/restuaratns and just around the corner from that is Foodland. I did have a car, but I could see how you might not need one in this location. Pam was incredibly welcoming, checking in on me when I arrived and during the stay, just to make sure I had everything I needed, but was not intrusive. This was a fabulous stay and I would stay there again in a second!

A Perfect Fit

The Treehouse suited my wife and me perfectly. I think it would be a challenge to fine a place that is more peaceful and tranquil, as far as a vacation rental in Kihei. It is also a nice place to view the sunsets.

Best place ever!

I’ve stayed in Kihei about two dozen times, and often in some of the better condos (like Maui Kamaole.) This was better than anywhere else, but don’t tell anyone—it’s simply too pleasant, and would become too popular for our return.

Wonderful place. It was beautiful, clean, quiet and had everything we needed to feel at home. It was so nice to have the deck to sit and have our morning coffee on. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. Bed was super comfy and the bathroom had a great shower. It was nice to have laundry right there if we needed it. You also have beach chairs/ umbrella and boogie boards to use if you like. Communication was great and Pam was there to answer any questions and gave us some great recommendations. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. Thanks for everything Pam!

Perfect Spot

We did not rent a vehicle in Maui - just walked, bus, and a couple of Uber rides. This location was so convenient to all we needed. Pam is very hospitable and helpful. The deck is my favorite place in Kihei!

Home away from home

Wonderful quiet home!

What a treat! We felt so comfortable here. Everything we wanted and needed was right here. Small yet spacious, it was perfect for the two of us. I highly recommend for a couple! Our hosts, Pam and Juan were wonderful people. Mahalo nui loa.

The perfect place to stay

I have so many wonderful things to say about this cottage and Pam, the most gracious host ever!!! The pictures don’t do this place justice….it’s so cute and the perfect size for a couple. Perfect location- walking distance to the beach, shops, grocery. Pam is so nice and caring - she even shared some herbs and produce from her organic garden with us. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful and Relaxing Stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at the treehouse cottage while visiting Maui for our anniversary and my birthday. Everything was comfortable, clean, and quiet. We felt very much at home here. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance, as well as groceries, and a local beach park where we saw a couple of beautiful sunsets. The bed was super comfortable, shower was heavenly, and the kitchen stocked with all we needed to make a few meals. Pam and Juan were perfect hosts, making us feel welcome but also respecting our privacy. We would love to return someday! Mahalo for making our short stay here so wonderful!

Juan and I moved from Alaska to Maui in 1987. Well fell in love with this neighborhood, and bought our ranch-style home in 1994. Our dream was to build a vacation rental cottage on the top to help us with our retirement plan. We did not realize how much fun we would have meeting people from all around the world who love Maui and the cottage as much as we do.
