¡Esta casa unifamiliar victoriana moderna recientemente comprada y actualizada será su hogar lejos del hogar en la ciudad turística más amigable de Ocean City, Nueva Jersey! Con sus 6 habitaciones, 4 baños completos y una gran sala adicional, ¡hay espacio para toda la familia extendida! Ven a sentirte como en casa en esta enorme y hermosa casa con todas las comodidades de la vida moderna. Ubicado en el centro (en 6th y Central), está a pasos de todo lo que Ocean City tiene para ofrecer, las playas, el paseo marítimo, las tiendas del centro, los restaurantes, el mini golf, los toboganes de agua, las heladerías e incluso la tienda de comestibles. Our family including 4 adult children and grandchildren totaling 11 of us had a terrific week in the house! The check in was as easy as can be and our contact always responded in a timely manner. Loved how immaculate and beautiful this home was! Walk to the Beach was only about 10 minutes and the porch was lovely with the lights! Would highly recommend this property!

Lovely Stay

The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. The location is great, short walk to all sorts of food, coffee, and the beach/boardwalk. Property manager was friendly and easy to work with. Great stay.

Large enough property for our 18 family members. Very nice house in a nice neighborhood. Distance to the beach was a problem for my wife and I who are both nearing 80. Only minor problems with property that did not affect out stay.

Great Home for a Family Vacation

My family and sister's family vacation together. This house was perfect for both our families combined. The rooms were very accommodating and kitchen was well equipped. The house was also very clean and check in/out was easy. We also liked how we could walk to the beach, boardwalk and shops.

Great house, location and host

Stayed here while in town for a wedding with a group of friends. The house was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space. It was also central to a good amount of nearby restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The host was friendly and helpful in the time leading up to our stay. Overall, great stay. Thank you for hosting us!

Beach house

This was a beautiful house on a quiet street. The location was great close to all the downtown stores and restaurants and just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The owners were great to work with. There was plenty of space for all of us even some beds to spare. Would love to rent this house again.

This beach house is great! It was clean and spacious with a comfortable atmosphere indoor and out. Owner was very attentive with anything you needed. Neighbors are extremely nice as well. House is in close proximity to just about everything.

Beautiful home, great location!

The home is beautiful and listing is accurate. The house is equiped with everything you could possibly need for a week stay. The homeowner and agent were a pleasure. Family-friendly neighborhood with easy walk to the beach, boardwalk and downtown shopping. Private parking on the property for 3 compact cars was a little tight but we had no trouble finding additional street parking. We would definitely rent again!

Great place for a family vacation

Cleaning crew was just finishing as we arrived. The whole house was thouroughly cleaned. As we moved in, it was surprising how many rooms there were. The house easily allowed us all room. Thr kitchen was very well equipped, but you must provide all spices and condiments.

Clean house. Plenty of space for three families. Young kids really enjoyed staying in the room with five beds. Backyard had plenty of space for our four carts and beach supplies. Parking in the back for three vehicles.

Great stay at the shore

This property has a lot going for it. It’s a beautiful older home that has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathrooms. There are two different common rooms with TV’s to hand out in, as well as a lovely front porch on a tree lined street with limited traffic. The property can literally sleep 20+ people so great for a large family or multiple family’s to share. It’s located just a block off Asbury for shopping and restaurants. One down side is it is a bit of a walk to the beach and boardwalk - a little over ten minutes. It was good exercise for the day. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to make for a great vacation to the shore.

A great family stay in OC, NJ

First, the best thing about the house is the front porch, shaded and breezy. It's a large house with plenty beds, a very well-supplied kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. Though a medium walk to the beach, it's very doable. Since it's in the old section of town, it's an easy walk to shops, eateries, a farmer's market, concerts at the high school 3 blocks away, AND the ice cream store. Though the layout of the house surprised me, in the end, it turned out great with essentially 2 living rooms so the adults could occupy one and the teens the other. We had a great time. The only problem was with so many cell phones and the TV streaming service sometimes the network was slow to respond,

Extended family beach week

With five families converging, we needed a big space, and this house fit the bill. Plenty of beds and full bathrooms for 10 adults and 4 kids. The location was good, but it is about 10 minutes to the beach and boardwalk. After a few trips per day it gets old, but 10 minutes is very close and you avoid the hectic areas adjacent to the boardwalk. AC units in the bedrooms kept us cool enough at night. There was one hot water issue that was just a bumped switch and the host response and effort to fix it was very prompt and we got it taken care of quickly. We'd consider staying here again...the bummer was non-refundable, and it is a somewhat hefty price tag. Overall, we loved the house, its location, the ample living space inside, and the large kitchen/island area.

Room to Spare

Great home. It is well kept and clean. We were 14 adults and 3 children and still had beds to spare. Easy access to Asbury, about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Quiet street with plenty of parking. We would definitely use this home again!

Granny’s Girls

Sisters, daughters and granddaughters had a wonderful reunion in Ocean City. The home was comfortable and accommodating for 6 of us and 2 children each adult with her own bedroom and space. Location was excellent. We loved the front porch. The inside stairs took a bit of getting used to and would be challenging for those much older or frail. Overall a lovely home and we enjoyed our time there together.

Lovely house, great stay!

We stayed at this lovely house for a retreat for a choral group of 17 people. We had plenty of space and absolutely enjoyed it. Spacious rooms and everyone had a place to sleep. It’s about a 5 block walk to the borardwalk. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. No problems finding a place to park on the street. Parking was ample for a van and an extra car.

Wonderful weeklong stay

Our group of 10 (all family, from 3 separate households) loved our stay in this house. It is in a great location for a short walk to the beach and even shorter walk downtown. It is very tastefully decorated and was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need for cooking. The lay-out gave everyone some privacy and room to spread out, and the common areas were large enough for our group. Having 2 separate living rooms was a nice feature. The front porch was everyone’s favorite place to be any time of the day. The neighborhood is very nice and neighbors were friendly. The owner and property manager were kind, helpful, and responsive. All around, it was a perfect stay!
