Not what is sounds like

The exterior and interior of the property are not being will cared for. The elevator looked like it had been clean in a month or two. Even though the balcony overlooks the pool and there is a partial, or small views of the ocean, the noise level is high from the maintenance building next door to the pool. The bed I believe is full size, and has a plastic liner which causes the fitted sheet to pop off everything you turn over. The mattress is not comfortable and the pillows were hard. Worst night sleep I have had in years. Cabinets in the bathroom are pealing, bathtub does drain right, so if you are taking a shower, you will be standing in 1-3” of water the whole time. For the price, next time I will book a nice hotel.

Great place and location!

This place was wonderful – just like the online description and the location could not have been better! Very clean and terrific amenities! The only feedback might be the instructions provided – they could be a little more specific to the place, for example there’s no parking pass required for the property, but the instructions state that you would be towed if you don’t have a parking pass. There is also no washer/dryer, but instructions stay to put the bedding into the washing machine. Other than that minor detail, we would love to stay again!

Nice location for 2

Cute area, about a 5 min walk to the main area in rosemary. We were very confused how to get to the beach, because no instructions were provided, we went down so many streets to try to get to the beach but it’s all private. The only place to get to the beach is about 10 min walk and the area is so small we only stayed at the beach two hours cause people were just packed into that small area. We ended up driving to seaside public access beach everyday. The room itself is nice, the balcony is cute, and the pool was good. Overall a good area to walk around if you like to shop and eat.

3 Night Stay

The condo is perfect for a couple who does not want to cook / spend time inside at the beach. It was very clean and well kept. However, the bed is SO uncomfortable and there is a lack of blankets / no comforter. That’s the only reason why I would not choose this condo again.

Great Location needs Refreshing

We loved the large balcony and location. The mini kitchen was nice with granite and full size fridge. However, the bathroom was very dated with a short sink, peeling veneer cabinets and basic older towels and just a shower curtain liner, no curtain. The bed was very thin, old and needed new sheets. Felt like a hospital bed. With a bit of remodeling in the bath and a new bed, this place would be 5 stars for location and comfort for a couples stay. Check in and out was easy.

Nice area

We love the area. We have been coming to this area forr 10 years. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants are within walking distance. We have stayed in this building before but not this room. The bed was the worse bed we have ever stayed on. The pool area was not always unlocked and we did not have a key. Everyone else in the building had a key for the pool area. But the area is our favorite.

This is my second time staying in this specific room and I love how walkable the location is and it feels very safe. The only complaints that I have are when you get in the bed, if you barely move, the sheets will pop off the mattress. Also, the screen door was broken and the cold water handle on the kitchen faucet was stripped, and you had to place it just right, so it didn’t keep running.

Not at all as portrayed online

The room is very tiny, with a very uncomfortable bed. Linens were thin and too small, mattress protector was shredded. Mold in bathroom. No response at all from local agents. After complaining we received emails stating someone local would contact us. It never happened. We stayed with friends in the area and were told we would be reimbursed 1/5 of what we paid.

Perfect for a quick get away for the 2 of us. Patio had gulf views and a short walk from restaurants at Alys Beach.

Great location, unit needs some work

I have stayed in the building before, the location cannot be beat! Walk to Alys, Rosemary and Seacrest in minutes. Tons of restaurants so close by! Great pool. The unit needs some updating and mainly the bed was really uncomfortable, pillows flat as pancakes. Overall great stay!

Uncomfortable

The bed and linens were very uncomfortable. The bed was a mattress that should have had a box spring and the fitted sheet would not stay on the mattress. There was a cheap worn out plastic liner covering the mattress which was quite uncomfortable when the sheet came off. The room did not stay consistently cool. I was bitten by a small ant.

Nice location disappointing room

Location is nice, that’s where it stops. First off no map in the room so we could not tell which gated community we needed to enter for the beach. The texting support did not know either. Our light was broken in the room, we had a musty smelling pillow, the toilet did not flush properly, the internet was spotty, and there is still NO hair dryer in unit. Frustrating to say the least….

Seacrest great lodging on 30A

Very pleasant accommodations if you love everything Bout 30A but don’t care for the beach. I have no idea how to excess the beach from theSeacrest Inn. But we drove to Seagrove for that. Nice and clean with everything we needed in the studio apartment. We would stay here again.

Unprepared arrival

Overall good experience, excellent location. It would be helpful to have orientation information in the unit discussing the surrounding area. Also I had a coffee maker, but no filters or coffee. Bottled water also not available. Prep folks need to start the ice maker before arrival.

Needs maintenance

A little maintenance would go a long way. It looked like black mold running down the wall by the tub. The shower curtain was moldy and cabinet paint was peeling completely off on corners of cabinets. Tub was lacking sealant (probably the cause of the mold running down the wall). And we killed a live roach the last night we were there. It smelled clean when we walked in and appeared the cleaning crew probably did the best they could, but they can’t help the maintenance issues that have obviously been neglected. Best part of the condo was the location. I called and text several times and they never did get back with me about a gate code so we could use the beach tram.
