Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light coming in from the windows purposely built for a 180-degree view of the ocean. The living area has soft, comfortable furniture for hosting a movie night on the TV. Hobby chefs will love preparing meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for two. The main bedroom has another TV, an amazingly soft bed, and a private viewing balcony. Don't forget to wash off the sunscreen at the end of the day in the roomy shower.

Things to Know
Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
