Property was nice and clean. Great location. Please add the door code to towards the beginning of the house rules as it was 3/4 of the way into the document and not easily found. There are a lot NO's and can't do's which I understand, but the constant reminder that the owner lives & works below is too much. Thank your guests for staying, rather then telling them NO.

Had a great 4 days in Capitol Hill. The location was perfect for all we wanted to see and do.This home has everything you need for a comfortable stay.We never had meals in but if you chose to cook the kitchen is well stocked.Chris's attention to detail did not go un noticed!!!Thank You!!

From our very first inquiry into this home, the process and results have been excellent. The host is responsive and always ready to lend a hand and answer questions. He was gracious and kind.The location was perfect for us. This home more than Met all of our needs. It was comfortable well stocked and furnished with style and class. It provided us with all the information as to the home, city, sites, transportation, and dining that we could ever have hoped. In the end when we return, we will again stay in this home.

Wonderful property and location!

This property was perfect for our stay. The house was in a great location, easy to navigate to all the sights of DC, and the home itself was very clean and just as described. Also, the owner was great and easily accessible. If we’re back in DC, we’ll stay here again.

Christopher thinks of everything to make the visit comfortable. Coffee, conditioner, lotion and even toothpaste! We did not see or hear him but if we needed him, I’m sure he would be accommodating.

Superb property. Immaculately clean and well furnished. The neighborhood is lovely and safe and close to all Capitol Hill attractions, metro, retail, restaurants, etc. Christopher was a great host and very responsive during the booking process. Will definitely look forward to renting this unit again in the future!

Washington DC Visit

My sister and I spent 6 nights staying at this beautiful home. It is central to everything that we wanted to do. Just about everything was within a 2-3 miles radius with most places within 1 mile. The home is clean and nice and we had no issues. The host, Chris, was wonderful and very helpful when we needed him.

Great DC House and Location

We came to DC with our three grandsons ages 10 and 11. Chris’s home was perfectly located in a quiet residential area in Capitol Hill. Just blocks from the Eastern Market metro station, it was so easy to get to all the sights plus dinner options. Our boys navigated the neighborhood so easily. The house was great. Everything we needed for a lovely stay. Very clean. Chris made checkin so easy. His house was well stocked with linens, towels, and toiletries. We didn’t cook meals there since we wanted to take advantage of the great restaurants nearby, however the kitchen was great. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks Chris!

Modern classy condo, great location!

My folks and I stayed for a few days in this beautiful condo. Nicely decorated with lots of thoughtful touches. The location is perfect for walking to the Capitol and other DC sights. Over the weekend I found street parking easily right in front. Friendly communication with the owner. We appreciated our time there. I highly recommend!

This property is extremely well located, walking distance from the Capitol and Mall. The neighborhood is very quiet. The property is well appointed. Top appliances, very clean, well decorated, everything well stocked-up. Parking is easy nearby. Will definitely recommend.

Hello! I’ve been hosting since 2020 and strive to provide a perfect stay in what is probably the nicest neighborhood in DC, right next to some of the country’s most historic sites.

This is an elegant two bedroom, two and a half bath, two story unit with a modern kitchen containing new stainless steel appliances. There is also a queen size air mattress, for a total of up to six guests. The space is ideal for working remotely, with incredibly fast Fios WiFi (speeds up to 1000 Mbps) and two comfortable and bright office areas. The deck, large kitchen, and in-unit washer/dryer also make the home perfect for extended stays, which are heavily discounted.

The unit is fully equipped:
• Premium sheets, blankets, towels, toiletries, and laundry supplies
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and much more
• Brand new appliances: microwave, toaster, refrigerator, gas stove and oven, Nespresso machine, and OXO 9-cup coffee maker
• Queen beds with premium mattresses and bedding in both bedrooms
• Two full bathrooms (one with a tub) on the second floor; half bath on first floor
• 65" QLED TV in the living room and LCD TV in the master, both with YouTubeTV (cable) and access to Netflix, Prime, AppleTV, and HBO accounts
