Condo condition

The view was awesome with a clear view of Lake Erie, The Jet Express and boats going in and out of the Portage River. The pool and beach area was fantastic.The condo was on the 3rd floor so we had a great view of the lake. Some down sides were the garbage disposal did not work, there were dirty towels in the washing machine unwashed when we arrived, the toilet ran so we had to keep an eye on that. There was a shampoo/conditioner/shower soap dispenser on the shower wall but it was empty, the couch in the living area really needs replaced because of stained or dirty cushions,and also the electric burners on the stove were really crooked.The condo is a little dated but it was a nice place to lay your head for the weekend. We were there for my sons wedding in port Clinton so it served it’s purpose.

Great view of Lake Erie

This is a great spot to have a panoramic view of Lake Erie. We were there during the winter so cool view of the frozen lake. Well equipped space and functional. Great spot in Port Clinton as well, walking distance to two bars.

Outdated

Disappointed. Condo is very outdated. Carpet is stained. Blood splatters in a couple areas on walls. The dining room chairs (2 tables) were stacked on the tables, and was not convenient to take down with a bad back. It would’ve been nice if the condo included napkins or paper towels. The soap in the kitchen and bathroom were very diluted with water. Would not stay again.

Spectacular View

The view from our condo was magnificent! The condo was clean, but needs updated. The carpet is terribly stained and appliances are outdated. But overall the condo was very satisfactory.

Perfect mother/daughter getaway

My mom and I go up to the lake every year, just the two of us. This condo was perfect for our 3 night stay. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen looked to be fully stocked. The big wall of windows provided a great view as well as a nice breeze. This unit is very dated with early 90s decor, worn places in the carpet and linoleum flooring peeling at the corners. However, it was very clean, affordable and practical. Would recommend!!

Can't beat the View!

Great area. I felt very safe there. Views of the lake can't be beat. Had everything we needed. Cons: very dated throughout and carpet could stand to be replaced. Also would be nice if the keys could be left at the rental instead of dropping off at a different location. Would definitely stay there again!

My Sister has never understood my draw to Lake. She gets it now as we sat on balcony to feel breeze and hear waves. The best sound, smell ever!! Just 1 hour away from where we live❤️❤️

great property dated unit

unit was clean and property was perfect for a family. that said, the carpet and linoleum floors were in dire need of replacement (so so stained). tall dresser in master br should be removed, most drawers were broken. couches were also starting to show their age /wear. kitchen was furnished as needed - could have used napkins or paper towels.

Most peaceful place

The location was absolutely peaceful everybody was friendly. The location was awesome. We slept great with the windows open listening to the waves on the rocks.Lots of things to walk to and a boat that we would love to try next time. We come to go to the islands. We will definitely be back. The place was beautiful clean we appreciate you very much!

Needs A LOT of work!

We were pretty disappointed with the condo. I wasn't expecting it to be modern (could tell from the pictures) but it is very run down. Stains on furniture, filthy carpet, peeling linoleum in the bathroom, drawers in the dresser kept coming off the tracks and were very dirty. I thought we'd be able to use the kitchen but we opted for paper plates, bowls, and plasticware as we didn’t want to use any of the dishes/silverware provided. The view is beautiful and location is great. A little TLC and easy fixes would make this a gem.

Super cute, clean, and cozy weekender
