Our unit has 2 wall air conditioning units - and 2 floor fans for use during stay. We are at condo now and temps still in 90’s the bedroom temp is 69 degrees. Most units here only have 1 room air conditioner. The closet has 20 hangers and shelving unit in it has the towels and extra sheets and comforters for our unit; we want to make sure rental guests have all they need during stay. We have extra blankets in dresser drawers (only using 3 drawers) there are 10 open drawers for guests to store their clothes in. Our condos were built in the 80’s so if you have all the ceiling and floor fans on with tv’s on and computers and cell phones gaming systems all charging ; yes it could cause breaker to trip which is sign too much electric is being used due to age of our units. Scott, when you texted me on this issue I immediately called you to remedy the situation. Once you told me everything you had on (both TV’s, both air conditioner units, all the kitchen lights and fans, hallway light and bathroom light and closet light) then u went to use microwave and that’s when everything shut off- I immediately told you it was the breaker and told you where it was located. I told you that was way too much electric being used at the same time; our units were built in 1984. I know you had children with you not sure if they had gaming units with them plus all the cell phones being used and charged at the same time. I’m sorry you felt our unit was “dated” as the kitchen was all redone with new flooring throughout and in living room. Last year we got a $4,000 couch with queen pullout. This year we updated deck furniture and mounted the TV’s on wall to add more space in our unit also put new thermostats in. We are always updating different areas each year but again it’s not a “new build” and that’s what gives our complex its charm. We are the only complex with such beautiful grounds and patio with fountain and water fountains . We also have direct lake access and tennis courts and pickleball with a beautiful pool and hot tub.
