Great vacation rental

One of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in. It was perfectly clean, and had every imaginable kitchen tool. Living room was very comfortable and the huge private deck a great bonus. We loved the place and will be staying here again.

Everything we needed plus more was supplied by the owner. We were able to drive to many local trails and wineries and lakes from this well centrally located place.

Vacation with friends

We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and never have we been in one where the owners have done such an incredible job! The property was beautiful inside and out, equiped with everything, there was all the information that you could possibly need to know about vacationing in the area, & instructions for everthing at the property. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Had a deck of an experience!

Loved the large deck first thing in the morning - cup of coffee and the firepit to take the chill. Later games at the deck's round table followed by bbq outside. Our boat was moored at Finz and driving the 7 min from house to dock turned out to be a huge blessing. We were used to long walks to and from the boat carrying our daily stuff but this trip we simply drove to the dock to unload and parked in Finz moorage parking lot. Heaven!

Simply the best…

This accommodation was amazing. Complete privacy…high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail so that we lacked for nothing. Plenty of room to stay there long term for 2 couples or family . Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Fabulous place, well appointed, accommodating host

We enjoyed our stay at Rose's place. Every creature comfort was provided, and then some. Rose supplied lots of info for attractions in the area. 3 stars for location simply because you need a vehicle unless you are going for a walk 'around the block'. Beautiful treed neighbourhood.

Fantastic Accommodations, Terrific Spot

My wife and I attended a function in the Blind Bay Area on the September, 2022 long weekend. We were fortunate in finding accommodations, our host, met us as we arrived and proceeded to help unload the vehicle and show us the unit we had rented. We were extremely surprised by the accommodations, it is beautiful from a spacious deck to a wonderful interior. It is set up for travellers to absolutely enjoy. The spacious bedrooms each have their own on suites and the living room and kitchen area are set up with everything one could ask for. It was a wonderful experience to stay here and hopefully we will have that opportunity again. Our lovely host was a delight and made our stay even more enjoyable. Without question anyone who stays here will enjoy the fantastic experience as we did.

Our new favourite place

We had the best time in this beautiful suite! It’s huge with lots of natural light and fully stocked with everything you need. Rose is so thoughtful and provided absolutely everything we needed including farm eggs and veggies from her garden. The deck is massive and so relaxing. We spent every night out there playing cards. We’ll be back for sure!

Awesome place to stay in Blind Bay

This is by far the best vacation rental we have stayed in. Myself and my family truly loved our stay, and did to want to leave when our vacation was over. Rose has made this rental cozy, with no forgotten details. It truly was our home away from home , and we will defiantly be back.

Exceptional place to stay

The host Rose is super nice and very helpful with tips on what to visit in the area. The suite has lots of room and was fully equipped lacking nothing. Would definitely recommend it for a comfortable, relaxed place to stay.

The owners were fantastic, showed us areas to hike and view.

This place is by far the best VRBO we have stayed at. Everything is there, great BBQ for use and everything in great shape. Very nice.

I (Rose Fritz) had been dreaming about building a home in Blind Bay for 30 years! My
father bought the land our home is located on in 1975 when the Shuswap Lake Estates was first being developed. When I was a child my family vacationed here and we were amazed how clean and warm the waters of Shuswap lake were. I inherited the land from my late father and promised him that I would one day build my dream home here. Finally, in 2017 the stars aligned and we put the plans in place to begin building our dream home. Now we would love to share our passion for our community with you and open up our home for others to enjoy and explore our beautiful community in the resort area of Shuswap Lake.
