Total de 5 habitaciones, 4 baños, cocina gourmet personalizada con encimeras de granito con gran cantidad de almacenamiento de gabinetes y mostradores, gran área de entretenimiento con características de alta gama: techo artesonado, pisos de madera y baldosas y techos altos. El nivel inferior cuenta con la segunda cocina / bar / sala de recreación para el mejor entretenimiento. Tiene 2 niveles de vida que lo acomodarán a usted y a sus invitados con Lake Gaston en su mejor momento. Lote del lago Cove-to-main suavemente inclinado con vistas excepcionales del agua desde la casa de botes de la terraza doble, buena profundidad del agua. ¡Rampa comunitaria para botes, pequeña cala de natación a solo 4 lotes del lago principal!

We have been going to Lake Gaston every summer for the past 17 years and I can’t say enough about this house. It had everything we needed and more. Our family is once again left with the best memories after a week at LKG. Thank you Brian and Anne for being the best hosts.

Amazing Family Vacation Getaway!

Above and Beyond

The house was "as advertised"! Great accommodations and amenities inside and out. We had an extended family long weekend at Gaston and couldn't have been happier with the quality of stay. But, also, the communication between the owners, Brian and Anne, was incredible. Due to some circumstances completely out of their control, the house might possibly not be available for the dates we booked. They were able to come up with plan B options for us just in case. As it was, all problems were fixed and we were able to enjoy their beautiful home. I would highly recommend not only for the accommodations but also because of the attentiveness of the owners of this property. We hope to make a return trip sometime in the not so distant future!

Well equipped, comfortable, and specious

The house was a bit low on paper towels and toilet paper when we arrived, but was otherwise very well equipped. Brian was very proactive and responsive, offering to have the handyman swing by with paper products and--when my daughter lost her new earrings at the property--drove from Raleigh himself to search for them.

Perfect Spot for a Family Gathering

Our family absolutely loved staying at this property! It was spacious, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for a large group. The lakefront view, game room, and outdoor deck was a highlight, providing a relaxing and fun space for everyone to gather. Beautiful home

Our family spent Thanksgiving and a milestone birthday at this beautiful home. This spacious home was very well stocked and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. My grandchildren loved the paddle boards, kayaks, hot tub, corn hole and all of us enjoyed the fire pit. Many thanks to our great hosts!

Peaceful and well appointed lake house!

We really enjoyed our girls trip to the lake house in October. We had beautiful weather and the house was spacious and amazing, yet cozy too. Our hardest decision was figuring out which of the great seating options to hang out at! The kitchen was well appointed and spacious. We especially appreciated the family friendly amenities for our infant son, including a high chair and bath insert. Couple of minor heads up- wifi was a bit spotty, and note upon departure that you'll have to bring trash off property. Communcating with Anne was amazing and she was incredibly quick to respond (and kindly!). Highly recommend this peaceful place on the water.

Lake Gaston-Old Ferry Estates

We hosted and enjoyed a long, late summer weekend family get together at Old Ferry Estates. The 2 story home was just as described with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and two well equipped kitchens (upstairs and downstairs). Parking was ample with hard surface driveway and parking available in front of home. It had been 25 years since I had visited Lake Gaston and I was surprised at the growth and development of large vacation homes. This beautiful home was located on a quiet cove and had a two level dock with plenty of tables and seating for sun bathing or having cocktails. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, water play mat, fire pit and hot tub. The dock house had inflatables and life jackets for children and adults. The home was beautiful, well equipped and spacious. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Highly recommend

Nice property with 2 full kitchens, which made it easy for 2 families staying together. The owners were very responsive and the house has many small details that made us very comfortable.

Empty nesters

One of the best properties I have ever stayed in. We had 8 adults and had more than enough room. The fire pit and hot tub were fabulous and the lake toys, paddle boards, kayaks, life vests, floats, you name it the house had it. The house over all was stocked with everything you could need. The only thing was our food and the hosts were fantastic! Very responsive with any questions we had. I highly recommend and would go back if visiting Lake Gaston

Amazing home

The pictures do this property no justice! It is a gorgeous home with all the comforts for all ages to enjoy. The back yard& boathouse are perfect for outdoor activities. All my family enjoyed our week-end stay!

Beautiful Lakeside Retreat

Our large multigenerational family stayed here over the New Year and enjoyed every second of our time. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures and Brian and Ann were very welcoming and helpful. The house was stocked very well, there were enough plates/cups/silverware for everyone and every appliance and utensil you may need. The multi-level home was perfect for the whole family whether you needed some peace and quiet away from the crowd or wanted to gather together. There were plenty of things for everyone of all ages to do! The hosts were very friendly and communicative. Well before our arrival they helped us by answering any and all questions we had about the area and anything we may have wanted to see or do. They were available at all times and replied quickly to texts and messages! Thank you Brian and Ann for a great trip!

Friendsgiving 2023

This most beautiful home was better than the pictures and the perfect spot for our multi-family Thanksgiving! The hosts were so pleasant and informative in their communications. They thought of everything we could possible need for an amazing stay! The amenities were great for our group. There was something for everyone, from the kayaks to the hot tub and the firepit to the 2 kitchens, etc! We give this property and the hosts 10 stars!

Fabulous well-stocked home!

Beautiful home and well-stocked. We had eight in our group and had plenty to do with all the board games and ping-pong and kayaks. We had nightly fires at the beautiful fire pit. The layout of the house was perfect for us--areas for quiet reading while another group is watching a movie, privacy of the bedrooms, etc. The hot tub was a great finish to the day. The hosts were responsive and flexible with our check-in and check-out (helps that we stayed in off-peak season!). Highly recommend!

A great family destination

Our 4 day stay was wonderful and accommodated our family of 9 with pets very comfortably. The hosts were also very accommodating with respect to pre stay coordination and staying in touch with us during our stay. The house was very large, very well appointed with bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, game room and water related outdoor activities. The hot tub was ready for our use when we arrived. The house was located on a quiet cove with just a short distance up to the main lake. The boat dock was very nice with plenty of seating both topside and on the main dock. Swimming and floating in the cove near the dock was enjoyable, although the access into the cove from the yard itself is not recommended due to the soft bottom/mud at the shoreline. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and both kitchens had plenty of kitchen and cook ware so that you really don't need to bring anything but the food. The nearest grocery store is about 20 minutes away so we highly recommend coming prepared with your grocery items prior to arrival. The fire pit area looked brand new and was equipped with lots of seating and firewood. This place and its owners were super and we do plan to make this an annual family gathering in the future.

Amazing soace

This house had everything you need for a fantastic weekend. Stayed with 12 guys and we were all comfortable. Plenty of space, plenty of room for activities, great dock and outdoor space. The lake was beautiful and it was a treat to use the kayaks and paddle boards. Would highly recommend this to any group of friends or family gatherings.

Relaxing family getaway

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time and the owners were very responsive and accommodating. It was two families of 4 (2 adults & 2 kiddos) and it was plenty of room. The cove was perfect for younger kiddos. It was a great retreat for two fireman and their families.
