70 Pinecrest es una impresionante casa de dos pisos en la comunidad cerrada de Pinecrest de Inlet Beach. Las características impresionantes de esta casa incluyen una gran cocina, plano de planta abierto, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, techos altos y amplias habitaciones.

El primer piso de esta casa cuenta con una habitación familiar extra, dos habitaciones de invitados, una habitación con literas y cocina. Las dos habitaciones de invitados incluyen camas King size con baño privado. ¡La habitación con literas tiene dos camas individuales con dos camas individuales y también tiene su propio baño privado!



El segundo piso de esta casa tiene la espaciosa sala de estar, comedor y cocina. Con un plano de planta abierto, esta habitación tendrá más que suficiente espacio para que su familia se relaje y disfrute de una comida juntos. También en este piso se encuentra la suite principal con una cama King size y baño privado en suite, ¡no decepcionará!



ATRACCIONES DE ÁREA:

A pocos pasos de su paseo marítimo privado hay lugares sin multitudes para pasar el día en las playas más hermosas de la Costa Esmeralda. Si la playa no está en su agenda para el día, las mejores tiendas y restaurantes que el área tiene para ofrecer también están a pocos pasos de distancia, desde Rosemary Beach hasta 30Avenue y más, nada puede superar esta ubicación. Ubicados dentro de la comunidad privada y cerrada de Pinecrest, los niños tienen espacio para deambular, andar en bicicleta o patineta, jugar un partido de fútbol en el jardín delantero único de la casa o darse un chapuzón en la hermosa piscina compartida de Pinecrest.

This was the perfect house for our family and friends. We loved having coffee on the patio and spending time by the pool in the quiet community. The walk to the beach was easier and closer than we expected. We especially enjoyed being able to walk into Rosemary and also stroll over to the restaurants in Inlet. The location was absolutely perfect!

The perfect location and such a comfortable stay. Having a 2 year old can have its challenges but we were actually able to relax with plenty of room, a pool and the beach so close. There are so many places close by to eat as well.The management company reached out throughout our stay and we had no problems. They made sure everything was more than accommodating. We look forward to staying at the house again!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to Rosemary and we were only 50 feet from the beautiful neighborhood pool. The house needs a few minor repairs and updates, but was certainly more than adequate for our group. Wonderful trip!!

Everything about this house was awesome. Property manager was great and communicated immediately when we needed something. She even contacted the HOA about the pool, so went over and above. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic!

Beautiful home, perfect location adjacent to Rosemary Beach, but had our own convenient private beach with its own access one block away. Rode the bikes everywhere including the beach with provided beach chairs that can be carried like back packs (bikes and chairs provided at house). Whole experience was wonderful and we will definitely stay again!

Nice place!

This place is right in the center of everything! Close to the beach and shopping! Have bikes that you can take, i think there are 4. Very roomy l, cozy and nicely decorated. Will definitely come back again! The only down side was we couldn't use the beach at the shopping center area, they said we had to rent their condos

Great location …. Showed and water temp.

Perfect place for us to stay, the only issue we had was the lack of hot water. Called the management company who were very attentive but the water was never more than warm for showers and sink use

Excellent Spring Break

We loved this house, in a great small Community. Easy to rent and mgmt responded right away on a Sunday to provide us with gas for the grill. It was perfect to be just on the outskirt of Rosemary and Seacrest craziness but close enough to easily walk/ride bikes to those areas. Only con is not related to the house, but the closest public beach to the house does not have restroom.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful property and very clean! Great location…. Beach area kind of small with Rosemary boundary on one side and private owners’ boundary on the other side…. Not a problem for us but I could see where it would be a problem during busy season! Easy walk to Rosemary restaurants and shops!

Perfect stay with family and friends

Check in process was quick and easy. Never had to contact owners/property management. The house was well decorated with comfortable amenities. It was cleaned perfectly and a shot walk to the beach! It was nice also having smaller children and the pool right outside the front door as well as a large sandbox in the back yard! We would stay again!
