Este Malibu Beachfront Rental es un complejo de casas adosadas de cuatro unidades. Esta unidad está orientada al norte y tiene impresionantes vistas de la bahía de Latigo.

El alquiler ofrece un enfoque fresco y amigable en el momento en que llega a nuestra propiedad. Nuestro objetivo es proporcionar el mejor conocimiento y servicio al cliente para ayudarlo con toda su estadía. Una vez que llegues a la propiedad, te estará esperando un saludo para mostrarte y responder cualquier pregunta que tengas.

Malibu ofrece algunos de los mejores restaurantes, caminatas y surf en todo el sur de California. Encontrará un folleto en la unidad con muchas actividades locales como parapente, cabalgatas, kayak, surf y surf de remo.

Unique apartment with incredible views.

Unique apartment with incredible views. A beautiful apartment in every respect where you can feel very comfortable. And the view from every room, you can't get any closer to the sea, is incredible. We saw dolphins from the living room....Thanks to Nathan for the always quick and courteous communication. The stay couldn't have been nicer.

Amazing Views

Simple trip, looking for a place to relax and unwind with great views and this didn’t disappoint. The views from the living area and the bedroom are hard to beat. It’s not the most “updated” property, but it definitely serves its purpose and is priced great given other Malibu options. The property privacy is good to feel safe, but can be a hassle if you’re getting food delivered after dark because it’s easy to drive right past the location. All communication with the host was great, quick, and very helpful. All around a great stay.

Unbeatable Location

Nothing like on the sand in Malibu! This building is somewhat solitary, so no buildings on either side & plenty of less populated beach front right down the steps. There were 6 of us and we didn’t feel cramped, but the kitchen is a little tight for group meal prep if that’s your thing. Nathan was incredibly responsive from beginning to end. This place was perfect for our needs.

Fantasy vacation

Such a special place! Could never imagine living right on the beach in Malibu - but that's what we did here. Saw dolphins and seals just outside the unit and enjoyed the waves crashing just below our deck. Truly an amazing location. Kitchen, two baths and three rooms - all with gorgeous views. We body surfed, went hiking, walked on the beach and enjoyed great restaurants nearby. The beach is quiet and perfect for families. Nathan was always available and helpful via text and took great care to make sure everything was as advertised. We could not have been happier with our vacation. Thanks so much, Nathan!!

Our family had such a great time celebrating our daughter's graduation from college at this beautiful place! Everything was just as described. Nathan was very communicative and made sure to check in with us upon our arrival to make sure we had everything needed. The location and view are incredible! We would love to come back!

Great location compensates for dated interior

Ideal location for a Malibu stay. On the beach, amazing hiking trails within walking distance, best of Malibu restaurants nearby. Well equipped with everything you might need to dine, entertain, keep the place clean. Clear instructions for enjoying the place. Interior a bit dated and shabby looking, some electrical outlets didn’t work, floor tiles appeared cracked, hot water inconsistent—but it’s a beach shack and to be expected. Host was always accessible and accommodating.

Beautiful corner ocean view property

This condo has breathtaking views to the west as well as the north. Every room has an ocean view. The living room is very spacious and allowed my daughter and her bridesmaids to have their hair and makeup done before her wedding. The first words out of everyone's mouth when they walked in was "Wow, what a view." The unit was extremely comfortable, clean and parking was not an issue as there were 2 garage spaces and ample room on PCH. The host, Nathan, was easy to reach for questions. i would highly recommend this property. We all were very happy with our stay in Malibu.

The Perfect Stay

This was an amazing property for our long weekend stay. We had 6 in our party and the comfort level was perfect. The location is idyllic (just a 3-5 min drive to Malibu restaurants and shops) and the views were spectacular as the property is perched over the crashing waves. The layout is spacious and yet had a real cozy feel. Would definitely stay here again!

The definition of paradise. Amazing views, private beach, property right off the main highway. Best seafood I’ve had in my life 2 minutes up the road. Nathan responded to my txt within 30 minutes; very responsive. This location is definitely in my top 3 best visited. I can’t wait to come back

Perfect spot

If you are looking for a light and bright place literally on the water and easy to get to East and West Malibu this is the perfect location. 3 of us enjoyed our stay very much, will come back again for sure. Nathan was great too, made everything very easy! And the parking spots were a big plus!

Your Own Piece of Malibu!

This condo was a wonderful beach getaway for our family, another family and our kids. The views from the house are stunning and the private beach access is second to none - the kids had an amazing time. Nathan, the property manager was very responsive and helpful and check-in/check-out were a breeze. Very close to grocery and restaurants, and we were also able to order delivery. We're already thinking of booking for next year!

Fantastic Location

Spectacular Oceanfront Retreat

Looking for a clean, right on the ocean getaway in Malibu? Look no further! Book Nathan's "hip" 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in a small, private building right next to the waves - plus a very secluded beach with views to die for. Like to surf? Latigo Bay is walking distance to catch some great waves ( 3-5 feet while we were there). Like to lounge on a wrap around balcony and gaze into the deep blue? 2 comfy chaise lounges, patio table seating for 4 on ocean side- a plush lounge area on the beach side will satisfy any sun lover. The beds are comfy, bathrooms super clean and the living room speaks for itself, mirrors maximizing water views everywhere you look! Double gated property and 2 parking spots in the garage! The condo common area is really cool- open patio with incredible views, tables, chairs etc... An easy access to the sand down stone steps. We were in Malibu for our daughter's graduation and this place is very close to Pepperdine University, Malibu Country Mart ( eating, shopping , Whole Foods) and Geoffrey's restaurant ( not to be missed)! We have stayed at several places over the past few years and Nathan's is by far our favorite! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Spectacular Views

Lovely house with unmatched views and access to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable. We found the two back bedrooms to be rather noisy. You can hear the PCH traffic which took some getting used to ; however, the views and access to the beach was unmatched. The host was also incredibly prompt and accessible. Much appreciated!

The Perfect Getaway

Nathan was kind and easy to work with. The property is beautiful with gorgeous views of the ocean. The property faces towards the south, if you’re looking for sunsets over the ocean it won’t happen here during April, however this can be used to your advantage. Head to Westward beach and get a beautiful sunset it’s only 10 min from the property or the famous matador beach, watch the dolphins swim by surfers. Eat at places like Malibu farms, Ollo, Nobu, dukes and more. All within 10 min of the property. We travelled with my 5 month old and my sisters 15 month old, when we came home for hikes and put the kids down for their naps, the adults sat in the living room or the patio, drank our caffeinated beverages and soaked up the view and the sun, the best part was that we didn’t feel like we were missing out being at the condo. We say dolphins each day. Property is located very close to solstice canyon, within walking distance or a short drive. We also went to LA and did Runyon canyon which is about 45 min away, and overlooks LA, you can also see the Hollywood sign and Griffith observatory. I could go on, in short we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

Fantastic Ocean View

Stayed for a few nights. We had great weather and the view is fantastic. One on the best things about this location is there are no other houses next door. It is Avery relaxing setting. Will stay again.

Very lovely

The house is amazing. Very nice area and the views where Breathtaking I would most definitely recommend this house for anyone. I didn’t want to leave it was so wonderful and I will be back for sure.
