This breathtaking Tulum-inspired oceanfront home is located on the iconic PCH and just moments from Malibu's finest restaurants and shops. Thoughtfully designed, this 2 bed/2bath home is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Wake each morning with a cup of coffee as you experience dolphins swimming in your backyard or end each day with dinner and a sunset surrounded by the tranquil sounds of the ocean waves. This unit does not come with private beach access.
The Space:
The home's Tulum Chic design has been fully refinished and furnished throughout with luxe, high-end amenities and stylish decor for an elevated guest experience. The living area features a projector with an automatic screen for football Sundays and Movie nights. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in the living areas can be opened fully to fill the home with cool, ocean breezes. Take your pick to enjoy the ocean views from the sofa or head out to the balcony to sunbathe. The home is equipped with a full kitchen and BBQ on the front patio for those who love to cook and an office workspace for work on the go. Please note that guests do not have access to the garage.
The room configuration is as follows:
Primary Bedroom / King Bed + Bathroom 1
Bedroom 2 / Queen Bed + Bathroom 2
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property except the garage. The unit does not come with private beach access.
The Neighborhood:
The property is located on PCH, minutes away from one of the greatest restaurants in Malibu. Nobu Malibu is 5 minutes away, Moonshadows is 1 minute away, Geoffrey's is 20 minutes away and Malibu Pier is 5 minutes away. Santa Monica is 20 minutes away from the property. Venice is around 25 minutes depending on traffic. LAX airport is a 45-minute drive from the home.
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car as many activities are difficult to reach on foot. There is ample street parking and also a designated parking spot in front of the garage.

NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (5 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES
ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE EVICTION
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-9am) are strictly enforced. Violation of any city noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Any gatherings of more than 5 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check in.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
We may require a security deposit for some bookings.
There are surveillance cameras on the outside of the home, both for safety and to ensure rule compliance.
Camera 1 is by the house 1st door aiming at the street.
Camera 2 is by the house 2nd door aiming at the front-yard.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit if applicable, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

$200 charge per stained sheets/duvet cover
$200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning

Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge.
