The property and this specific condo were beautiful. Definitely the best vacation property we have ever stayed at. Other than a minor hiccup and miscommunication at check in our stay was wonderful will definitely stay here again. Amenities were exceptional and condo was well decorated and up to date

Spring Break Fun!

My friends and I stayed her for a week and we definitely enjoyed the place. It is right across the street from the beach, so a very easy walk over. Pineapple willies is also right there and I definitely recommend getting it! As for the place it was clean, had a good view, was roomy, and had everything we needed! We ran into a view minor issues like the code and sheets, but Canlice was right on it! She will get back to you as soon as possible and is very helpful with anything that comes your way. I would definitely comeback and stay here!

Condo is very spacious with great views….only a five minute walk to the beach. Property Manger is great and on top of things….quick to respond to you. If I had any negatives was the elevators. Very slow and not enough of them. Other than that I would recommend this condo.

PCB Vacation

Our stay at the condo was great. We stayed for 5 nights, 3 adults and 2 kids. It was very clean, very spacious, everything worked as it should. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked great! The view from the balcony was the best for a cup of coffee early in the morning. The condo looked exactly as the pictures. Canlice was a great host and very very responsive. She answered to texts and phone calls in a very expedited manner. Check in was a breeze and Canlice provided all the information we needed to make check in and check out seamless. We thank you Canlice for your hospitality!

Could not have been better !!

My husband, I and our five children loved our stay here! It is gorgeous - the views of the ocean are spectacular- you can literally hear the waves crashing from the huge balcony with lots of outdoor patio furniture. We had everything we needed and more. It is so simply and tastefully decorated. It was meticulously clean and I felt like I was at home. The beds were comfortable, the storage and dresser space is more than adequate. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. The furniture all looks brand new ! There are extra blankets, pillows everything. There is nothing I would have changed about this property. The facilities are beautifully kept. We loved swimming at the pools , saw an alligator at the lake and grilled out several times on the grills by the lake. Mrs. Canlice our host would respond in a surprisingly quick and helpful manner with any and all questions! You will not regret booking here - I am so thankful we did ! We can not wait to go back! Thank you for having us 😊

Could not use dishwasher because grey water kept backing up through garbage disposal, floors had sand on them through out when we first got there, was not told if we needed to wash used towels or not.T..V in both bedrooms was stuck on one channel.We really enjoyed ourselves though THANK YOU so much for the condo.

Hi David, Thank you for your feedback. As you're aware of garbage disposal is out of order, I can only think the dishwasher's issue is coming from that which I wasn't aware and I apologize. In regards to this and the sand, my cell number was sent to you with the check in info, it would be great to learn it first hand of the issues you were experiencing, so I can have it taken care of asap so your stay will be much more pleasant. And the cleaner is on site, and would not mind to take carte of the area she had missed, although it really doesn't happen often at all, but I know things happen and I am prompt to get it taken care of, but can't if I don't know about it. Regarding the used towels, it's listed under the house rules. The cable has over 100 channels, also on the smart tv, you can switch to Samsung TV to watch other shows as well. I am disappointed you didn't take advantage of my assistance as I am prompt to reply lol I am glad to hear you all had enjoyed the condo still. I promise your next stay will be much better if there is a next time ;)

Great Property - Would Definitely Stay Here Again!

My family and I had a great time staying at this property. This was our first "real" vacation since the COVID-19 pandemic started and it was blast. The property is very nice! You have direct views of the Gulf from the large balcony. While it was too hot for us to make use of them during our stay, the balcony doors open super wide - I'm sure there is a great ocean breeze when cool enough outside. The larger property has an ice cream/candy shop, a general store, grills, four outdoor pools (two on the ground level, one on the tenth floor, and a kids pool/splash pad on the fourth floor), two spas, a putting green, a large lake with lots of wildlife (our kids a large alligator, lots of turtles, birds, etc.), and a Vegas-style light/water show set to different music each evening around 8:00 P.M. - 8:15 P.M. Directly in front of the property and sitting on the beach is Pineapple Willy's that has a restaurant, bar, and offers to-go frozen drinks. To the side of Pineapple Willy's is the private beach access for the property. The property is also located within walking distance to many things including a Wal-Mart. Otherwise, you are pretty much located right in the heart of PCB so there is a lot to do within a short driving distance. The unit we stayed in was nicely decorated and well furnished with kitchen essentials, towels, etc. As others have said, the biggest issue with this property (as a whole) is the elevator situation. The wait to get an elevator can sometimes be long and often when they do come the elevators are full, so you have to wait for another one. That said, there are stairs and as you explore more of the property you can find shortcuts to make the trip up faster. The only other suggestion that I would make is to include a vacuum (a broom and dustpan are provided) as the sand tends to build up over the week. Overall, had a great time and would stay here again!

During the perfect weather where I don't need the AC to cool or heat, I will leave the sliding glass door wide open, it's extremely calming while listening to the waves. Love to hear you're able to take advantage of the location and what the resort has to offer. The old vacuum didn't do too good of a job, and I find the broom doing a better job getting the sand from every corner of the condo, so I got rid of it..., but I will definitely look into getting one that'll work well. Great Rental

Property is spacious and clean. The owner was great at sending messages with detail instructions and responding to messages. Great for families!!! Beach is across the street and property has a few pools to go to.
