Amazing views and location

Everything about this condo was amazing. The views, the floorplan, the pool area, beach service, and the location were all top notch. Patty was also wonderful to work with and check in was easy. We watched dolphins, sea turtles, manatees, sharks, and devil rays from the balcony and walked to pier park and local restaurants every day. My family of 8 slept comfortably and I would definitely recommend this condo.

The floors were not clean. We had to wear our shoes or the bottoms of our feet were black. Lot of rough housing in the pool by older kids. Made it difficult for us with a 3 year old. Enjoyed the lay out of the room. Owner was nice. Having beach chairs already paid for was a nice bonus!

Great stay at PCB

The elevator was an issue- under renovation and only one in service which took a long time to get on, off to go to the 22nd floor. The room cleanliness could be improved and need for some maintenance items required BUT the property manager was quick to get back to me and assist. It was a great location to Pier Park and there is no such thing as a bad day at the beach! Chair service also a plus!

Would stay again if 3rd bedroom renovated

If this condo was rated from the front door to the balcony, it would have gotten a five star. The third "bedroom" which cannot be called a bedroom as it has no door or closet, is the problem. The bunk beds are in bad shape. That room would be much better with a queen size bed and a dresser that wasn't full of video games and equipment. The communication was fantastic. The location was incredible. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Perfect Beach Stay

The condo was the perfect size for our family to stay with a beautiful view of the ocean. The owner was good with communication and helpful. We will stay here again if we choose this location for future vacations.

Beautiful!!

Love the corner unit by the elevator with a more private balcony. You can see PCB and the Gulf!!! As others said, there were not enough elevators for the traffic of guests, but we made do. The condo was awesome for families! They provided so many beach toys, chairs and floats. While the bunk needs were very comfortable, even for adults, the top bunk, on one set, has a temporary railing which was not safe for young kids. We give this property a 9 out of 10! We would love to come back and visit!!! Thanks!

Another great stay

This is our second year staying at this property, and we had an amazing trip. The condo is in a beautiful location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The view from the 22nd floor end condo is almost panoramic as you can see the city and beach for miles. Owners are easy to communicate with, and we hope to stay again in the future.

Location! Location! Location!

Sterling Breeze is the perfect location. Walking distance to Pier Park but on the west end of PCB and out of the traffic. We had one small issue at check in but the owners replied to my message right away and helped remedy the issue. Excellent customer service from the owners. The pool, bar, hot tub area is exactly as pictured. The building is well kept and maintained. They even offer grocery carts for hauling items to your rental. The beach area is not crowded and offers a variety of different beach activities. Loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was packed with entertainment for our teens, video games, board games, beach/pool stuff, etc. plenty of room for everyone! They all loved the 22nd floor, I’m just glad it was right at the elevator, since I have severe fear of heights. Smaller resort that sits in area near end of busy strip, so not as crowded...highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great, just down from Pier Park, and the beach wasn’t horribly crowded. The accommodations were spacious and just as pictured. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Great for families/large group. Lots of room

We had a group of 5 and plenty of room. The place was clean and lots of additions. We were on the 22nd floor and only 2 elevators which was an inconvenience at times, but overall the place was great. Will stay again.

Everything you need

The owner was extremely responsive. The condo was as depicted in the photos. The bunk room was much larger than anticipated and nice to have somewhere other than the laundry hall. It is a very large unit. Overall great experience and great week. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great week on the beach!

Very happy with this property. Everything was clean and as advertised. View from the balcony was the best we’ve had at PCB. Location was nice, easy walk to Pier Park and close to grocery store and the highway. The building was clean and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Sterling breeze is a wonderful building, that is on the smaller side, so the beach is not quite as crowded as the other larger buildings. The front desk staff has recently changed and created an amazing new store front! The bar and grill just came under new ownership as well - Sterling Breeze is always looking for new ways to create an elevated experience!

Located on the 22nd floor the views are absolutely breath taking! Firework shows have a whole new meaning when you can relax away from the crowd and have the best view!
