Located in the Ocean Block of New Orleans Street in the heart of Dewey Beach, Unit F of THE SURFRIDER CONDOMINIUM is a custom 1250+ square foot, two story town home.

Ready for your family’s enjoyment this Summer. The Surfrider unit F sleeps 8 and offers three bedrooms and two full baths consisting of a queen in the master bedroom, 2 twin- over- full size bunk beds in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. Other amenities include air conditioning, wireless internet, washer and dryer, microwave, and dishwasher.

Our units are spacious, clean and well kept. When returning from the beach we have an outside shower to rinse the sand from your feet and any articles you may have had at the beach.

The perfect place for your family's vacation! Unit F at The Surfrider is just a short walk down a residential street (with no other streets to cross) to Dewey's famous, well guarded beach. The Surfrider unit F has two wonderful, private balconies as well as a large common area deck complete with picnic table and comfortable seating just out the back door. Complimentary beach chairs and beach umbrellas are provided for our guests! This property also features on site 24 hour property management for your convenience.

Family fun in Dewey includes skimboarding, Bon-fires, movie nights on the beach and the exciting amusements at the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. Families can access the Boardwalk without ever touching their car by riding the Jolly Trolly which picks up right on the corner.

Dewey Beach is known as the walking resort for a reason. Everything is in walking distance, the beach, the abundant fine restaurants, and the fabulous entertainment venues.

For early checkin or late checkout we are happy to be flexible as long as the schedule allows. Please contact us if needed. An early checkin or late checkout is prohibited without prior approval from management.

We offer a keyless entrance and will provide you with the door code to enter the house upon check-in. Our guests can checkin at their own leisure anytime after checkin time.
