Este condominio se está remodelando actualmente con un sofá cama nuevo, electrodomésticos de cocina nuevos, pisos nuevos, decoración nueva, pintura nueva, muebles de balcón nuevos, unidad de aire acondicionado nueva. Todo el trabajo está programado para concluir a mediados de marzo y continuaremos actualizando las imágenes a medida que se complete el trabajo. Esta unidad del quinto piso tiene una vista fantástica de la playa, la piscina y el Golfo de México. Este es un condominio frente al mar de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños y tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora / secadora, 4 televisores, DVD WI-FI y un balcón frente a la playa al que se puede acceder desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. Esta unidad también tiene su propio lugar de estacionamiento cubierto dedicado. La unidad duerme 8 con un rey en el maestro, reina en el segundo dormitorio, 2 gemelos en el tercer dormitorio y una cama de matrimonio en la sala de estar. Esta unidad alquila de sábado a sábado de junio a agosto.

Disfrute de la piscina del lado del golfo (climatizada en temporada), bañera de hidromasaje, área de parrillas para barbacoa, servicio de playa gratuito (en temporada) y gimnasio bien equipado durante sus vacaciones familiares en la playa. Amazing location on Okaloosa Island. Steps from the beach were our chairs and umbrella were waiting for us every day! Nice heated pool as well since the water in the gulf was a little chilly. The condo worked great for our family of 5, giving everyone a bed and having 3 bathrooms was so nice. The entryway of the condo could use a fresh coat of paint as you can tell it’s been banged up some from people coming and going but it didn’t detract from the experience. The handle of the sliding door to the patio broke - we contacted Legacy Vacations who had someone there to fix it within an hour! Would 100% stay here again.

**Amazing Stay with Everything a Family Needs**

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The view is absolutely amazing — we could have spent all day just soaking it in. The condo itself has everything a family could need, making it easy and comfortable to feel right at home. The owners were fantastic to work with — responsive, kind, and accommodating. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Amazing!

This property was everything and more! It was 110% clean when we arrived, fully stocked with all the essentials and more, and the view of the Gulf was AMAZING. We have never used VRBO before and now I think we will never stay at a hotel again! The location was perfect, right on the beach in a quieter area west of Destin. The white sand beach was perfect. It was an amazing family vacation with our adult children and 17 yr. old!

Beachfront Vacation

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location. The unit could use a few updates/repairs..but nothing that would keep us from renting it again. We stayed as a family of 5 and everyone had more than enough space. Plenty of family gathering space and enough space to go relax alone.

Great property and location

The condo was clean and comfy. Would have been nice to have blackout curtains on the front bedrooms to block the lights from the hallways. The dining room chairs need to be replaced, the seats are broken in 3out of 6.

Thanks Brent....although you left out some critical information. Particularly, that your issue surrounded wanting to check out early and receive a full refund despite there not being any issues with the unit. I can't say for sure, but perhaps the temp in the 50's with rain and clouds was the root cause of your concerns. You also left out that I personally offered to meet you at the unit to review your concerns, which you emphatically refused. And lastly, you left out that in our efforts to make you happy, we offered an alternative unit for the duration of your stay, which you also refused. Here again, I can't be certain, but it feels like your review will be much more helpful with this important context attached.

Property was well maintained and clean. Easy access to pool and beach. Had a great time. Construction was going on, so fairly loud from about 9am to 5pm. But since it was so late in the year, much later than I've ever been to FL, I figured it was fairly normal to have upgrades, etc being completed since it's basically after their tourist season.

Very Nice Unit and stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. We love the decor and color inside the unit. The view from the balcony is exceptional. Everything we could have needed was in the condo. My only item I’d request is a blender in kitchen. 😉 We will definitely consider staying here in future. My only con if I had to pick something would be the swimming pool down below can get loud into late hours of night but that comes with territory.

The bathtub in the hallway bathroom needs drano because the water doesn’t drain well.

Disappointed with somethings

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been to FT. Walton a few times and have stayed in Island Princess before, so it was a little disappointing to walk in and really have to clean. Now, some cleaning is just necessary being that we're stilling a pandemic but the place needed a deep cleaning, and for the price we pay for rentals these days, they should being doing it twice a month (all surfaces). Also, they cheap pots and pans. Again, a costco membership will get you a nice set of pots and pans for a little of nothing. The last thing is the washer stinks. It needs to be cleaned as well. Obviously, we had a great vacation, but I'll make sure I don't wait too late to book, so I'll get a condo with nice upgrades and hopefully cleans better.

We appreciate the feedback on cleaning as well. The units are deep cleaned a couple of times per year (pre and post season).
