Beautiful place with Amazing view!

My mother and I stayed for 2 glorious weeks at casa Salida and we just loved it! Our suite was amazing with a breath taking view of the entire Zewat Bay. I’m an early riser and I watched the sunrise every morning and watched the fishing boats coming and going from the harbour below. There are binoculars available in the suite and we enjoyed using them daily. We spent a lot of time in the salt water infinity pool and lounging on the deck.It took 10 mins to hike the trail which is quite steep to town which was convenient and I found Zihuatanejo very walkable and just took a taxi or taxi van (combie) back. We had a wonderful time and our place was everything and more that was advertised! The added secret ingredient was Jamie the care taker who greeted us,took care of us and was full of info and tips with anything we wanted to know! Having Jamie on the premises added a feeling of community and security that was a bonus! Ty! I would definitely stay here again!

Always a Great Time!

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Kym’s beautiful condo! It’s just perfect to share with another couple. Always spotless, beautiful views, and super easy to get into town. The Property Manager, Jaime, is onsite and just the nicest man you’ve ever met! The experience here is wonderful, you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect is so many ways!

From every vantage point the view cannot be beat! I have so many pictures on my phone of the amazing sunrises and the twinkling lights of the city at night. We loved the convenience of the combi vans right on the street outside and used the stairs to town on most days with no problems. Having the convenience of a kitchen was very handy for breakfast, especially with the homemade tortillas from just down the street! The little market there had nearly everything we could have needed for our stay. The pool and the entire property are so well maintained by the property manager Jaime - from the first moment we arrived he was the best onsite host! He gave us a great orientation to the unit and building, provided information on the area, and a friendly smile when we ran into him daily while he kept the property in tip top shape! We will definitely be back soon!

Best View In Town!

Such a spectacular view of Zihuatanejo Bay from this condo. Not only do you get the amazing sunrise over the hillside in the morning, but you get a birds eye view of the busy pier and fishing village activities daily. Communication with the owner Kimberely was great and we received superior customer service from the Caretaker Jaime (who ended up driving me to the doctor for a coral scratch. Jaime expedited my care and translated for me once we arrived at the medical clinic. We were very thankful for his knowledge & care). The condo has two bedroom/bathroom areas and a great kitchen. There is a wonderful breeze mid day and we only used the air-conditioning at night. The infinity pool is wonderful, but you also have that million dollar view of the bay while you are floating around, and that simply cannot be beat! This condo checked all of the boxes for our vacation and we cannot wait to return. Thank you for the attention to detail Kimberely & Jaime.

Amazing Vacation

This was truly an amazing experience. So many positives to renting this condo. The Condo - has everything you need for cooking if you choose. Very large space for 2 couples to share. Water jugs, start up supplies (toilet paper, paper towel role, garbage bags, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner). Washer was a must for us. Balcony View - WOW- beautiful view of the bay and the beaches within. Roller shades were necessary and wonderful to help keep condo cool. Table and 4 chairs were great for our nightly crib matches. The Area- World Mark down the road, Club M across the street, the Tienda on the other side of the loop, and many great restaurants. Convenience a short walk away. The Pool- perfect size, loungers, umbrellas, and tables were great The Caretaker- Jaime was absolutely amazing. This complex has its own caretaker who goes above and beyond to ensure the complex and grounds are clean and beautiful. Bonus was garbage pick up and water jug delivery plus many connections for taxis and excursions. His knowledge of the area and places to see was great. The Hosts- Best hosts we’ve experienced. So responsive and genuinely kind! They care about making your stay and experience positive. Amazing place to stay!

Spotless and Perfect!

This was the second time we stayed at Kimberely’s property, and we booked again for next year! It’s perfect for two couples, it’s spotless, and in a great location. The property manager, Jaimie, is fantastic! Super responsive and very visible throughout our stay, he’s a great guy! Stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Spectacular views!

Who needs a tv when you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the views and activities of Zihua Bay! The condo was the perfect place for us, two couples, visiting over breakfast, a swim in the pool and walking out the door to catch a combi to Centro or on of the beautiful beaches. Sunrises and relaxation! Owner, Kim, is just a quick message away to answer your questions. Thank you again for sharing your home so we could fall in love with Zihuatanejo!

We stayed in this condo in November of 2019 and fell in love with it and now own it. There have been prior guests from the first owner (this is a new build). Reviews have been amazing from former owners' guests. We work hard to meet all expectations and give the highest level of satisfaction to our guests.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Casa Herradura is located within Casa Salida del Sol, which is a new build of two towers with 4 units in each tower, keeping it small and quiet. Our unit is street level for easy access. The deck offers an amazing view of four bays, is located within a short walking distance from town or a quick taxi and yet in a quiet neighborhood. A bbq is located near the pool area as well as an outdoor dining table. The salt water pool had lounge chairs available for guests.

We have a local property manager to help you with any questions or concerns. We also have an on site caretaker for the entire complex.

We provide kitchen basics to get your started as well as shampoo and soap, towels and many other necessities. We have a cooler for use at the beach or pool side.
