Este espacioso condominio (1050 pies cuadrados) ha estado en HomeAway / VRBO durante años y acaba de cambiar de propietario. Decorado con buen gusto con arte hawaiano y muebles de estilo tropical para una sensación de espacio abierto. Grandes ventanas en cada habitación proporcionan mucha luz y una hermosa vista de Haleakalā. El océano es visible desde el lanai. 5 minutos a pie de Kamaole Beach III, ideal para familias. Cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. Acceso a la piscina del condominio. Estacionamiento cubierto ubicado debajo del edificio. Ubicación perfecta para vacaciones familiares.

Este condominio está ubicado en el lado tranquilo del complejo, lejos del ruido de la calle.

La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito y todos los electrodomésticos necesarios (estufa, microondas, refrigerador, lavavajillas). Está totalmente equipado con todo lo que uno necesita para cocinar cenas memorables. Hay asientos adicionales en el bar para socializar o para una cena informal. Lavadora y secadora también están disponibles cerca del área de la cocina.

La sala de estar / comedor cuenta con 2 sofás y sillas desde donde se puede ver la gran pantalla plana de TV por cable / reproductor de DVD. El centro de entretenimiento también incluye muchos libros, varios de ellos en Maui. Una esquina de la sala tiene un pequeño escritorio para uso de computadora. Otro rincón de la sala de estar tiene una silla cómoda con una luz de lectura. Las puertas corredizas de vidrio se abren a un lanai cubierto, perfecto para el desayuno o las cenas a la luz de las velas.

Cuenta con 2 camas individuales que se pueden usar por separado o unidas para hacer un rey. El condominio tiene dos unidades de aire acondicionado y cada habitación (área de comedor y dormitorios) tiene un ventilador de techo operado por la pared para hacer circular el aire.

El condominio está ubicado cerca de la piscina con jardines tropicales del complejo. Aquí también encontrará parrillas a gas, mesas de patio cubiertas y un área de salón cubierta para relajarse, leer o reunirse con amigos.

El condominio también ofrece sillas y toallas de playa, sombrillas, tablas de surf y equipo de snorkel en un armario de almacenamiento ubicado justo afuera de la puerta principal del condominio.

Este excepcional condominio está ubicado en South Kihei, justo enfrente de Kamaole Beach III, una de las mejores playas de Maui. Es una excelente playa para tomar el sol, nadar y bucear. Está equipado con socorristas, duchas, baños, mesas, barbacoa y columpios. Tiene césped y árboles que dan sombra durante el calor del día. NICE and perfect central spot

We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was close to our place and condo was super roomy!! Full kitchen and plenty of utensils, pots/pans, and grill to keep our dinner costs from exploding. The good location was less then 5 minute walk to the first beach and snorkeling in a few places nearby. The extra of having available for guests beach seats, towels, and other beach gear was so helpful!!! We really enjoyed this place and would definitely recommend and come back. Only one tiny thing, my twin bed was more on the firm side but still workable.

Beachy-home vibe

My family of four enjoyed our stay at Daniela and Todd’s place. The only complaint is the 2-hour timer of the AC units, which made for uncomfortable nights of broken sleep, my husband and I took turns cranking the two knobs every two hours when we woke from sweating. The AC aside, the home is lovely and convenient to many beaches, and we enjoyed using the pool after a day at the beach to cool down. We would definitely stay here again.

Paradise

A large comfortable unit in a great location. Across the street from a great beach and within walking distance of a couple more. Restaurants and bars you can walk to. Also a great pool on the property. A few items were lacking in the kitchen. Saran Wrap is a must for leftovers but there wasn’t any. Who doesn’t have leftovers? No tin foil. No spices. And the TVs were a bit difficult to get working but the manager came right away to help with that. Overall a great time was had by all.

Would Stay Again in a Heartbeat

Fantastic location, super clean, check-in a breeze. Hosts very responsive which we appreciated. Only downside was the AC being on a 2 hr. timer which made it tricky at night and pillows could be plusher. Overall would stay again and recommend it to friends!

Great stay for a family vacation

Only 2 min to beach, very clean, spacious, has beach equipment ready in the closet. If I were to nit pick, it is about 5-10 min drive to restaurants or supermarkets, and the pool of the condo is rather small and not maintained at a level close to a hotel.

Perfect location

It was a very short stay only 2 nights. Location was as described right across the road from the beach. The kitchen appeared to have everything you would need but we didn't have the time to use it. Very clean and comfortable. Only hiccup was there was a car parked in our stall when we arrived but we were able to park on the street. just steps away

Das Appartement ist nahe am Strand in einer schönen Gegend von Maui. Die Beschreibung entspricht der Realität. Das einzig nicht so positive ist, dass es am Morgen in der Umgebung laut ist. Bereits vor 7 Uhr früh wird Gras gemäht und Müllabfuhr kommt bereits nach 6 Uhr früh.

Great Stay Overall!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It felt very roomy for our family of four, with young adult boys. They appreciated having their own separate beds and parents appreciate separate bathrooms! The location was great also - right across from Kamaole III Beach was a big plus. Great snorkeling with beautiful views! Stores, restaurants, and cafes are walkable.

The space was exactly as pictured/described, great central location for everything we wanted to do in Maui. Daniela and Todd were very responsive and understanding hosts when we had to make a last minute change. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful, Spacious and More!

We had a lovely stay at Daniela and Todd's condo. Even before we arrived, communications were friendly, prompt, and accommodating. And once we arrived, the condo exceeded our expectations. It really was spacious - perfect for four people. The decor was beautiful, everything was clean and well organized, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchenware was in great shape, making cooking/eating in a nice option. We'd love to return next time we're on Maui!

Hope to return again sooner than later!

Loved this condo for the last 3 nights of a week long trip to Hawaii - 'girl's trip" to celebrate my best friends 70th birthday! The condo was spotless when we arrived - beautiful decor and furnishings. The wall unit a/c's and ceiling fans in each bedroom provided plenty of cooling when need. The in-unit washer and dryer were much appreciated. We didn't end up cooking in the kitchen - but it looked like it had everything you would need (and more) if you had wanted to eat in. After a full day "out and about" - coming back to the complex pool was simply delightful and refreshing. Communication with the hosts was wonderful - they responded quickly to any inquiries, and provided all the necessary info for checking into the condo and the community in a timely manner. We had a quick call back from the property manger Danielle when we initially tried to access the condo and couldn't. It was later and dark, and we were trying to access the mechanical lock box on the side of the door, instead of the digital lock ON the door! She got us back on track in the front door within minutes :) The beaches across the street were just wonderful! In fact, after checking out of the condo on our last day, we just parked the car at the beach parking lot, and sat on the grass under the trees - soaking in one last chance to enjoy sights, smells and sounds of the Maui beaches - before heading to the airport. Beautiful condo, in a great location - we'd definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home right next to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at Daniela and Todd’s home. It was very spacious, had everything we needed, and was beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated, there was plenty of kitchenware, and they provided new sand toys and all the beach equipment one would need for a great stay. The chairs in the lanai were new and the washer/dryer worked perfectly. They also provided welcome chocolates which were greatly appreciated. The beach is right across from the condo which was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend their place!

Our first vacation to Maui

Great location, they provided a helpful binder with plenty of places to go dine and shop. The beach was across the street from the building. They also had beach chairs and umbrellas for our use, which came in handy. The place was cozy and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Bequemer Aufenthalt

1) Lage gut, in der Nähe von Supermarkt und Restaurants und Strand. 2) Parkplatz für SUVs etwas eng. 3) Kontakt zu Anprechperson vor Ort hat sich als schwierig herausgestellt. Leider konnten wir niemanden erreichen, aber unser Problem konnte sich glücklicherweise nach etwas Zeit alleine lösen. 4) Im Großen und Ganzen eine saubere Wohnung, nur in der Küche gab es ein paar Ausnahmen (zB.Teller schmierig, Kaffee in Caffettiera). 5) Super war die Ausrüstung für den Strand, es gab alles von Schirm, zu Stühlen, zu Bodyboards oder Schnorchelausrüstung und mehr. 6) Ruhig - man kann gut schlafen. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt.

Wonderful

Due to some health issues, my husband & I were unable to go to Maui. Fortunately our son & some family were able to use the condo. The owners were absolutely wonderful & understanding and accommodated this change. We stayed there last year & loved it. The condo is fully equipped and spotless. The condo manager is awesome & she dealt with a problem with the TV’s promptly. Evelyn & Dennis

Beautiful condo in Kihei

Mahalo for the lovely accommodations. The condo was clean and very well kept. We were only there for the weekend so we didn't have time to explore the amenities of the complex and surrounding areas but we very much enjoyed our stay. Communication with Daniela and Todd was effortless. They responded quickly to any inquiries and were very lovely to correspond with. this was my Mom's first visit to Maui and she absolutely loved it! 4 Week Stay

We selected this property for its proximity to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shops, square footage, and high speed internet. Everything was exactly as advertised. We loved being less than a 2 minute walk to the beach and most of our favorite Kihei restaurants were a short walk as well. This spot also is close to the restaurants and shops in Wailea. If you get tired of Kam 3, there are so many other beaches with public access just a few minutes down the road. I tested the internet speed several times during our month in Kihei and it was blazing fast every time. We ran our company from the condo and never had an issue with video conferencing. The parking is convenient, the pool is very nice, outdoor grills are easy to use, and the cleanliness of the property was very nice. We would stay here again for sure! A very good price for a 2BR, 2 BA condo that is close to the beach.

Wonderful Location and Clean Condo

This condo was a lot larger than I was expecting! Everything was very spacious to include the bathrooms, plenty of room to move around. There were plenty of towels, all of the kitchen cookware you could ever want or need and everything you need for the beach to include beach chairs and a little cooler with wheels. All you do is walk out of the condo, across the street and voila! You're at the beach! Everything went smoothly with check in and I look forward to staying here again!

Todd and I love traveling and discovering new cultures. We visited Maui in 2012 for the first time and fell in love with the island and the people there. We went back many times over the past years until we decided to have our 2nd home there.

This property was the first place we rented our first time in Maui. It was beautiful, felt comfortable, spacious, and with easy access to one of the most popular and family friendly beaches in Maui (our daughter was only 3 years old at the time).
