Nuestro bien equipado condominio de dos dormitorios tiene todo lo que necesita para vivir sus vacaciones de ensueño en Maui. Relájese con comodidad en este singular plano de planta abierta de 1,036 pies cuadrados. Aproveche la excelente ubicación para caminar. Pasee por las mejores playas del sur de Maui, y después de la puesta de sol camine a algunas de las mejores tiendas y restaurantes que South Maui tiene para ofrecer.

Nuestro condominio se encuentra en Kamaole Sands, uno de los mejores resorts de South Maui. 15 acres de exuberantes jardines meticulosamente cuidados. Un gran pabellón de piscina con dos jacuzzis, una piscina para niños, canchas de tenis y 10 barbacoas. Está al otro lado de la calle de Kamaole Beach III. Hay un gran jardín donde todos se reúnen para la puesta de sol, y un parque infantil con columpios para los niños.

La amplia cocina con encimeras de granito tiene todo lo que necesita para preparar una comida gourmet después de un largo día en la playa. Hay ventiladores de techo en la sala de estar y el comedor. Mire la televisión en la sala de estar con aire acondicionado. El sofá de la sala se convierte en una cama queen size.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size de California con baño privado, TV, un gran ventilador de techo y una unidad de aire acondicionado para mantenerlo fresco. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas gemelas XL, ventiladores de techo y una unidad de aire acondicionado. Incluye conexión Wi-Fi gratuita, sillas de playa, sombrillas y refrigerador.

Great spot for midrange budget!

Kam Sands is a very nice resort for the money and this room does not fall short of the standards of the resort. Pros:- VERY well appointed!! I think a family could move into this place tomorrow and they would need to purchase very little to live like they were right at home!! Cons: - Cold water! You had been shower quick and not have more than one person who likes a hot shower.... :-/ All-in-all...Well worth the money for the resort, the area and the condo here! Would definitely return for all 3! :-)

Wonderful, family friendly home away from home

A great stay. The property itself is beautiful with manicured lawns and a pool hot tub area. Parking is excellent, and the apartment itself is excellently outfitted with cooking supplies, a brand new washer dryer, and beach gear. It made our whole family trip easy and seamless, which is what I so desperately needed from our vacation. I’m already sending the listing to friends who are going. Boris was very helpful and checkin and checkout was easy.I should say, for this season of our life the pool was perfect, full of happy families and kids. For a couple who wants a child free experience, it might be an inconvenience. But for us it was perfect.

Great location for seeing the whole island.

Beautiful accommodations, contains everything you could possibly need. Conveniently located…we traveled throughout the island. Owners promptly answered any questions we had prior to arrival. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable home away from home.

My family had a wonderful time staying at Kamaole Sands! It fits the budget comfortably, has AC, nice washer/dryer, quiet respectful neighbors, and best of all, location location location. The walking proximity to the 3 public beaches little shopping plazas, groceries, restaurants & a little further: food trucks @ South Maui Gardens, the Wailea malls (shops at wailea)... etc. Was worth every . Especially if you have kids, the convenience is worth it. You'll also find that they provide beach towels, beach chairs, a boogie board, and cooler bags!Some notes: maybe we just run hot, but we had to run the AC quite a lot more than we wanted. It was not easy to cool with just the windows open. Kitchen was well stocked with all items you can think of (Tupperware, blender, pots, cutting boards, cups, plates, etc.), but spices were a little lacking.The AC unit is also on the balcony, which makes the balcony hot and noisy when AC is on. And the master bathroom's toilet did smell a little funny at times but not so much that would have been a downer for our stay. Other than that, you should find the place exactly as pictured!

This booking exceeded my expectations! The location was ideal—peaceful and close to the beach—making for a truly relaxing stay. The space was immaculate, and communication with the host was effortless. Everything was well-organized and stress-free. I would absolutely book again and highly recommend it!

Wonderful property

We had a great time at this condo. My family and I stayed for 9 nights. Kihei is a great little town. So nice to be able to walk to the beach and to get breakfast. Highly recommend The Cinnamon Roll Place, just a short walk up the road. Everything was as described. Beds were comfortable, condo was clean. Pool and grounds were gorgeous! Thanks for a vacation of a lifetime!

Family Vacation

This was our first time visiting Hawaii, we couldn’t have picked a better location. The beach was across the street, and Kihei has a lot of great places to eat. The condo was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning in the rooms was a little loud but worked great. We had a great time, my boys enjoyed the pool that was about 2 min walk from the condo. It was nice and quiet. If you ask my daughter who will be 2 soon what she enjoyed the most, she’ll probably say going down the elevator 😂.

Great Family Friendly Condo

We just returned from 9 days in this family friendly condo. Fully stocked condo, lots of extras to get you through your stay. We loved having access to beach supplies (chairs, sand toys and umbrellas), extra bedding and kitchen essentials. Great amount of starter supplies for your arrival. Smaller patio space if you are planning on spending time out there, can be crowded for 5 persons.

Great condo near the beach

We loved our stay in this lovely unit at Kamaole Sands. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the unit had a very cozy feel. The property itself is right across the street from Kamaole 3 beach and has great amenities on site.

Very clean and comfortable!

Loved the location so close to the beach and shops! Super clean and comfortable, would definitely stay here again. Washer and dryer were an added bonus. Kitchen had all the supplies needed.

Kamaole sands

Great Maui Condo!

A very well equipped and very clean condo. We were happy with the condition it was in and it was as pictured on line. Boris was easy to communicate with and took care of a minor problem we had as soon as possible. We liked that there was beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. The grounds were very beautiful and immaculate and right across the street from Kamaole 3 beach. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and turtles on the beach by the boat launch! Would definitely recommend this condo!

Condo owen and Boris saved our trip

Boris the condo owner is the nicest kindest easiest person to work with while booking this condo ! I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a clean nice fun safe place to stay ! We had a terrific stay … after having a rough start to our vacation after the hurricane and winds and fire . We were stranded and Boris was kind enough to let us stay ! I appreciate everything this condo has to offer and the beds are super comfortable! Thanks again for letting us stay here ! We will be back !

Great stay in Kihei

We really enjoyed our stay. Boris is a wonderful host and is very responsive if you need to reach him during your stay. There were a couple of issues that came up during our stay and he got back to us quickly with updates. We would not hesitate to stay here again. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and the beach chairs and umbrellas were very nice to have during our stay.

Enjoyed our stay

This condo is in a great location - close to the beach, restaurants and shops. There are beach towels, chairs, boogie boards available which we appreciate. Spacious and comfortable unit for our family of 5. The owner, Boris, was easy to communicate with and responsive. Definitely recommend!

Family Vacation

Very spacious condo in a great location to the beaches and restaurants in Kihei. Complex grounds have been immaculately manicured and pool and tennis courts are well maintained. I would recommend this location to others and wouldn't hesitate to return here on our next stay.

Nice vacation

Ideally located in a beautiful quiet environment and very close to a beautiful beach. Pros: The unit has everything one could need and plenty of space. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. Cons: The unit lacks some love when it comes to the upkeep which should be done much more thoroughly. For our part, the kitchen floor was very dirty, we had sand in our bedroom drawers and the grout in the ceramic shower took on a better color once I cleaned it with Clorox. If a major deep cleaning would be done and the regular cleaning was done with a little more attention to detail everything would be perfect. Overall: Once we solved the problems we really enjoyed our stay and I recommend it.

Perfect condo for our family of six…

We were very happy with our stay at Kamaole Sands! It was perfect for our family (2 adults, 18, 16, 13 and 10 year old). It was very clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen stocked with anything we would need. The boogie boards, umbrellas and beach chairs were so nice to have on hand and didn’t have to go out and buy or rent them. We would definitely stay again!
