We absolutely loved our stay at this home. It was exactly as described, and communication with the owners was phenomenal. From the start, you could tell they truly cared about making sure we enjoyed not only their home but also our time on the island.The house was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for guests. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage, the beds were very comfortable, and the living area was cozy with large windows offering incredible views of the water. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and pantry basics, which made cooking in easy and enjoyable.The outdoor space was just as wonderful. Being right on the water gave us a front-row seat to beautiful sunsets and the chance to watch boats pass by. Extras like sand toys for the kids and other thoughtful touches were appreciated, and the home was beautifully decorated, making the whole experience feel relaxing and special.We have vacationed on the island many times, but this was by far one of our best experiences. With such a comfortable home and amazing owners, we can’t imagine renting from anyone else moving forward!

We loved staying in your gorgeous home. The house had everything you could need, beautifully decorated and located just close enough to feel like your in town. We loved sitting on the balcony to listen to the live music played at Don's daughter and the Ropewalk. Thank yoy!

Perfect Chincoteague Getaway

The property is stunning!The pictures are spot on and the area is perfect. A short drive across the bridge to everything Chincoteague has to offer. Will definitely stay again.

Enjoyable Stay

Our group had a wonderful weekend. The neighborhood is perfect away from the Island noise but close enough to all the fun. The view was priceless and we spent more time on the patio instead of in the house. The only recommendation is a late checkout would be helpful.

The property was detailed exactly as listed. Exceeded our expectations upon our arrival. My only note is that we could not find the indicated trash/recycling bin upon check-out-- we ended up tossing our trash at the nearby Trash/Recycle Center on Deep Hole Rd.

Peaceful Waterfront Location

My family and dog LOVED staying in this beautiful townhouse on the water. We especially enjoyed the balconies, deck, and dock. We saw so much wildlife from these areas (turtles, crabs, sting rays, jellyfish, many types of birds, and DOLPHINS). We were also within 15 minutes of the beach, lighthouse, wild pony boat tours, fishing charters, kayaking, and restaurants, and 25 minutes from a nice golf course. My son caught a shark and we were within a couple feet of the wild horses. We liked that the townhouse was away from Main Street (for peaceful times) but within minutes of so many activities. We will definitely return.

Beautiful views, comfortable home

We enjoyed everything about this home and property. Our teenage girls loved crabbing from the dock. It's a private location but super close to downtown Chincoteague and all that has to offer.

Chincoteague Townhouse

Wonderful stay at this exceptionally clean waterfront townhouse. Stunning views and a short drive to town. We even were able to see dolphins from the balcony and caught crabs off the dock.

Fantastic and clean

Once again, we stayed here and had a great time. The place is clean and had everything we needed. Great for our family with young kids, we did a lot of fishing off the dock, and caught a lot of croaker and spot fish. Thanks for a great stay!

The cleanest property we stayed in.

Entire apartment is of 7 star ratings. The kitchen was well equipped with all modern gadgets and appliances. Chinaware and silverware was of top quality.

Fantastic place!

My family absolutely loved staying here. Great location, the house is warm and comfy, and it was so easy to relax. Right on the water with multiple balconies. We often just stayed outside watching the water and the wildlife. We saw a great sunset too! And the location is fantastic. Very close to restaurants and the wildlife park. We definitely recommend this delightful house!

End of Winter Getaway

We loved staying on the little island or marsh. The townhouse was beautiful and the views were unbeatable. The only thing we did not enjoy were all the loud seagulls on the dock everyday. They were a bit annoying, and took away the quietness of the location. The property manager & the owner were very friendly & very helpful.

Couldn't have asked for anything more

This place was perfect. It was clean, fully stocked and in a great location. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We specifically went to see the rocket launch from Wallops Island. We had a perfect view right from the property.
