Spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom condo with a large loft. The living room has a great view of the main channel of the big Nianga arm at the Lake of the Ozarks. Many fun and exciting activities include coves to anchor out or lakeside restaurant with live entertainment and great food.

This condo also includes all amenities you need for a week long stay. The kitchen is fully furnished, private patio, and a gas fireplace. The condo offers 2 master bedrooms, one on the main level and the other in the loft.

The Clearwaterar amenities have many family fun activities which include two pools, a pavilion, basketball and volleyball court, and a firepit.

A cleaning fee of $140 to be left at the condo upon checkout

For boat slip rental for $25 per night, please reach out in advance to ensure booking

Great place to stay for a baseball tournament!

Spacious condo with lots of amenities. Great for families with 2 pools and a playground. Host answered our questions quickly.

Great location and condo was excellent. Only drawback was that the cleaning fee was not made clear up front. Didn’t realize that it wasn’t included in the payment and was an extra charge at the end. Maybe I missed this when I booked, but it needs to be clearer in my opinion.

Nice stay

Plenty of room and a nice balcony view of the lake. The amenities like the pool and pavilion/kids play place were just what we were looking for. Only problem for us was the grill was very dirty and still had chunks of food stuck on the grill from previous people. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Nice Location Great View

Check in was an easy process but the condo was not very clean. One room was in disarray and there were towels left on the dryer with a note on the counter. There was lots of dust throughout the condo, it needs a good deep cleaning! Plenty of room but beds were not super comfortable. Great view and loved the pool!!

Great Condo, but total inconvenience.

Great condo, great location. We stayed at the condo for a softball tournament. We came back Saturday night at 10 pm, we found we had no water. Total inconvenience to us, we were out in 90 degree hrat, we just wanted a hot shower. We did not have any warning from the host regarding the water issue. I had to reach 9ut to the host and VRBO to find out what was going on. Total inconvenience for everyone to not have any water.

The floors were extremely dirty upon check in. It looked like someone mopped the floors then walked over them with dirty boots on. I had to clean the unit before I can get comfortable. The water leaked in one of the bathrooms Non stop while using it. The owner of the property only provide 5 sets of towels for 6 adults for 2 days 😞. He charged me for using covers for the sleeper sofas and using extra towels. I’ve never ever experienced anything like this. Be careful booking this property.

Not as good as the previous stay in this unit

Checking in the Friday after a Monday holiday had the host a little off. He thought it was on Thursday. But he said the place was ready for us. (Totally get that, it’s happened to me before.) We stayed in the same condo last year so we wondered if something was up when We didn’t hear from him the day before. I’m sorry to say, the group thought the place was a little "dirty". Just a little, but enough I would expect other reviewer to report for me. There was dirt on the floor. Looked like a spot in the kitchen needed mopped. But still enjoyed the unit and great balcony. But when one couple went to take sheets off the bed before we left, there were SEVERAL long hairs under the fitted sheet. Once again, I hate to mention, but I would want to know from other reviewers.

I absolutely loved my stay! The price was in range, and my family had a blast! We will defiantly be coming back! The balcony was my favorite part and I set my alarm just to watch the sunrise!

Perfect place for three couples!

We loved staying here for the long weekend at the lake! We had three couples, and they layout was perfect for us. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, and a lot of privacy the way the floor plan is laid out. The kitchen and living area was a really nice size for all of us to hang out. The double patio was perfect to enjoy drinks together and take in the awesome lake view. Highly recommended!

Lake of the Ozarks

We had 10 people stay at this house. We all had somewhere to sleep, and the house was very well furnished and up to date. The location is right on the water, and has access to two pools, which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, and even made friends with some of the neighbors!

Great condo on the south end of the Lake

Loved the location on the South end where the lake water is calmer and less crowded. Lake access is great and the pool is close. Be prepared for stairs! Host was super prompt and was able to accommodate our requests for flexible check in and check out times which worked great for family traveling in from out of town.

Great location

There were 3 couples in our group, we were in Camdenton for a golf tournament. Enjoyed the beautiful sunrise from the deck each morning and the pool after our round of golf. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay

We were in town for a couple weekends for softball tournaments. Location was great not far from park. It worked great for our 3 families and owner was very fast to respond and accommodating. Will definitely keep this property and owner in mind for future.
