Ubicada en una calle tranquila, sin salida, detrás de Victoria Park, cerca de la nueva zona de moda llamada "Barrio de Wynyard", esta casa recién construida, decorada y acondicionada no podría ser una mejor ubicación tanto para turistas como para empresarios. En 15 minutos a pie, puede estar en el puerto deportivo Super Yacht, o visitar todos los restaurantes, bares o negocios del centro. La casa está distribuida en tres pisos, con terraza o balcón en cada piso. Un garaje NO estará disponible hasta mayo de 2020. Si esto es importante, contáctame más cerca del momento. Aparcamiento de pago disponible a 4 minutos a pie ahora.

Great stay in a prime location

Great location for us to explore Auckland as a family, plus space for everyone. Communication was great with the host and she went above and beyond to make sure we were fed and entertained upon arrival.

Awesome stay in Auckland

The townhouse was located right in the city and was a perfect location. Property was well kept and very nice. Paula was excellent and answered any questions that I had. Highly recommend this place. If I ever come back I would stay here again.

Our New Zealand Adventure

A very quaint, secluded location. Just a few blocks from the pier and downtown. We were there over New Year’s Eve and enjoyed the fireworks from the park (a block away). Our host was available if I had questions and everything was self-explanatory on how to use the self-explanatory on Thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Great property close to water

We loved our stay at this property for 5 days. Easy walk to the wharf, lots of restaurants to pick from. We ate in a few nights too and the kitchen was well stocked to make that easy. Washer/Dryer was nice to have to clean cloths before our next adventure began.We would definitely book here again if we find our way back in NZ.Great host and easy to communicate with her.Thanks,Rose Hankinson

Fantastic stay

Location was fantastic with easy access to sights, buses, and grocery store. Apartment was clean and up to date with plenty of room for our group of 5 adults. Paula was great to communicate with. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the guidebooks.

Excellent place for Auckland CBD.

The apartment was great for our stay in Auckland for a wedding. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Great to have parking for our rental car. Highly recommended.

Our family had a great stay at the townhouse. It was clean, warm, and very comfortable. The location was great. You could walk to many sights, restaurants, stores and the ferries. I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent Auckland CBD Property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The townhome was very modern and clean. We were a short walk from both the Sky Tower and Viaduct Harbour. There was also easily accessible public transportation nearby. Our host was very communicative and even left us a fruit and charcuterie platter for our arrival!

Spacious accommodation and well stocked ( had ground coffee and pods for brewing prior to exploring Auckland. A def plus as other accommodations had instant or none!) hospitable with both a fruit and savory platter available upon our arrival. Responsive to our questions. Wonderful experience!

First time in NZ

This was the first trip to New Zealand for our 19 year-old twins and my husband and I, celebrating milestone birthdays, and anniversary. Our flight arrived at 6 AM so we rented the unit for an extra night so we could arrive directly from the airport. The apartment was comfortable, spotless, and an easy walk to restaurants at the lively Viaduct harbor. Paula was very responsive and treated us to a fruit plate when we arrived. Her restaurant recommendations are spot on. This experience provided the perfect introduction to NZ.

Great location for CBD and Auckland waterfront

Easy to walk down to all the restaurants on Auckland's waterfront, and into the CBD. Comfortable and quiet. Kitchen/lounge is on the 2nd floor, bedrooms/baths on 1st and 3rd, so this townhouse is not appropriate for anyone with ambulatory issues or toddlers. But it was perfect for my husband and I. Great little kitchen and nice to have deck space and lots of room. Would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located townhouse

Nice 3 bedroom townhouse conveniently located near the Central Business District. Just a walk or bus ride away from attractions, restaurants, shopping and a nice park. Fairly quiet neighborhood. AC in main living area, but not the bedrooms. Nice balcony and patio areas.

Decks in the City

Has a clean, brand new feeling - a classy townhouse in a very quiet side street 5 minutes from Sky City. Had all the facilities we needed, and a great host who was communicative and switched on about getting us in safely. Super facilities for anyone wanting a city break - and it even has a garage if you need it - gold in Auckland! And it has a deck and outdoor courtyard. Highly recommend.

Amazing Place

Lovely apartment, perfect for the four of us to have a short break away from work and school. Place was super clean and tidy which makes a nice change - matched the photos on line perfectly! Property Manager left us a nice surprise of a couple of platters in the fridge. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials which was unexpected but nice. Perfect location to explore Auckland City's CBD and Viaduct. Thanks for a relaxing stay.

Immaculate and comfortable with AIR CON on the first floor and a terrace on every floor. 2 off-street car spaces.

A Baby Package is available for $80 per stay/week with travel cot, bath, high chair and a few toys. Toddler step in wardrobe in master bedroom.

Super-clean with modern fittings in a quiet hidden side street. Walk to city or waterfront, or a quick Uber to Ponsonby shops and night life - all within easy reach. Return to a cool, modern, comfortable home for your stay in the city. Close to New World supermarket and two great pubs, and the fun of Victoria Park for Pilates and fitness groups - all within 5 minutes walk. The Les Mills gym is 1 minute away, and several coffee shops and snack bars are on your doorstep! A well behaved and recently SHAMPOOED dog would be welcome here for a fee of $80.00 for the extra cleaning in removing all dog hairs but please keep dogs off the the sofa or bring/ask me for sheet to cover sofa.
