One of the Nicest stays we’ve ever had!!

The location, the property and the management were all exceptional!! I will definitely stay here again as the property is super close to all the action but no noise. The property feels brand new and everything worked great.

Beautiful place and location

Loved this place ! Location was in the middle of everything… the place itself was immaculate! only reason i gave it a 9 is becauase they have no swimming pool here but the rooftop jacuzzi made up for it! :)

Fabulous

First time staying at a VRBO in Cabo. Great location the condo is top of the line great! Couldn’t ask for anything else but no English tv stations lol it was ok we had Netflix. But who goes to Cabo to watch tv lol has keurig coffee pot as well As an espresso machine. Wonderful wonderful place!! We will stay again!!!

Cabo in Style

Steps from all the action in Cabo from this stylish uptown comfortable new condo. Walk the marina boardwalk, choose from an extensive list of foody venues, enjoy the beach and check out el centro. Do be prepared to repeat no gracias.

Great condo is an awesome location!

We spent three weeks here and the condo was amazing. Everything in the condo is exactly like the pictures. Furnishings are lovely and comfortable both inside the condo and in the outdoor spaces. The location is in the heart of the marina with every thing in easy walking distance. If you decide to venture out and about, there is a taxi stand right in front of the mall giving quick access to transportation. The large grocery store in the mall below makes shopping quick and easy. This was our first trip to Cabo. It was fabulous and we will definitely be back!!

Our stay was beyond words. This property is soooo sexy. The location is perfect to everything .

This property is Very Very Sexy. The roof top with hot tube is especially Beautiful and Cozy. Karen our host was fabulous and very attentive to our every need. The Location is everything!!!! You will be right in the middle of any kind of reauarunt and night life you could emagine. It's the Beverly Hills of California. Lol. Will diffenly book again. Thank you Karen , you and your team were wonderful.

Awesome villa and great location

Words can not describe this condo, The property manager was great and helped me with all my needs from transportation to getting birthday balloons, cake, champagne, couples massages. They were just the best made my stay that much better. The condo was so beautiful. It had everything I needed. The location doesn’t get any better it’s located in the heart of Cabo’s san Lucas everything is at walking distance. The grocery store was a 4 min walk. And didn’t need to eat out everyday. I just loved staying here. I recommend this place to 100%

Private Marina location with rooftop deck

Our stay was outstanding, the owners leasing agent Cabo elite services, went out of their way to fix a few of my problems, as well as arrange transportation to and from the airport. They will even help you with groceries delivered to your condo if you need that type of service as well as booking other excursions for you. We were met by Karen, who took us directly to the condominium and explained Its features. It’s a beautiful condominium located on top of the mall with private elevator access and security, which was always present. The condo is very clean and modern and spacious , and two separate air conditioners make it very comfortable inside. the outdoor private area as well as the rooftop private area with hot tub, make it a spectacular place to relax at night. It was very easy to walk anywhere in the marina district from here. We visited many restaurants and bars, while on vacation if I come back to Cabo, this is where I will stay again.

Amazing. Perfect. Raving fans for our first VRBO stay.

There are just too many good things to say. First off, I was working the first few days and the internet is the best I have encountered in mexico. For you digital nomads, you will be tickled by the secure 300/100mbs. Someone can stream in the bedroom while you are on zoom... it is great. The property is secure. It is safe. You are close to the action. You have a "cheat route" through the garage that gets you 1/2 way to the beach. There is an elevator to the marina that puts you a the front of the mall. It is amazing. Everything in the place worked, and we used everything. The dishwasher, oven, fridge, washer and dryer, grill and hot tub - all perfect. As of the week we were there... a new grocery store opened in the mall adding to this location. Cabo elite, the property manager was fantastic. Get the transfer from them, get the grocery service.. it was all perfect. We will be back. It was fantastic.

Awesome location and perfect condo!

This condo was so clean and well stocked. Everything from toiletries to kitchen stuff was stocked never did we need anything. The location is so amazing just walk out your front door a few steps and you are at the marina in the middle of it all. Noise level was great even though there was live music we never heard it once in the condo. We will be back!

The wife and I needed get away, and we wanted to stay in the marina. This place Is a gem, large, quiet, private elevator up from the marina. Everyone was wonderful as well. We will back again for sure.

Wonderful place to stay in Cabo

The place is very clean, quite and comfortable. The location is great with a lot of very nice restaurants in walking distance. We always felt safe and comfortable at the unit and while in the area. We took advantage of the hot tub at the top of the unit several times during our stay. The upper area is very nice if you want to use the hot tub or relax in the sun. It was quite the bonus for the unit. Communication with Stephanie was outstanding. She gave us nice suggestions and always responded quickly. We utilized the transportation from Cabo Elite Services which made getting to the unit easier. The use of google or apple maps does not help in finding the unit. The unit is above the mall. Once we got to the place, we had no problem finding it again. We just used the mall as our reference. We only used Cabo Elite Services for the transportation. Getting Covid test is very easy to get in the area for a lot less money ($20 per test). We should have taken advantage of the grocery service. There are no good markets near by. We thought we would be able to get items from nearby markets, but this was not the case. We suggest placing an order and having the unit stocked with some basics if you plan to cook in the unit. We had to eat all of our meals out. If you do plan to cook, bring some spices if you want anything beyond salt and pepper. We highly recommend staying here. It is far superior than staying at a hotel. We will definitely use this again if we come back.

The location was good. The Jacuzzi was broken and never fixed. The furniture was uncomfortable.

The property was fine but the Jacuzzi was broken and no one would help fix it. So they should not advertise a jacuzzi when it does not work. This was a major downfall.

Great Location

Great location. Located in Marina. VERY clean and well maintained. The only downfall we had was trying to locate the property. The condo is located above the mall. We were unaware and got stuck walking around for an hour with all of our luggage. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway Spot

My husband and I were coming to Cabo for a relaxing long weekend before the holiday rush. Stephanie's condo was the perfect place to stay. Conveniently located in the middle of the marina made it super easy to walk out the door and be able to get to anywhere we wanted with ease. The condo itself was immaculate and fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay. The concierge service, Cabo Elite, arranged everything we requested from transport to and from the airport, multiple excursions, and even in condo COVID testing for our flight home. I would definitely stay here again!

Best place to stay downtown!

You cannot go wrong with choosing this condo! It's located right above the mall, and right along the marina, in the heart of downtown, yet far enough away where you cannot hear the late night music from bars. Stephanie was an excellent host, staying in touch with us from when we booked, till our last day. She answered all of my questions within a day or so and even went above and beyond by adding a safe in the condo after I asked a question about having one. Stephanie also connected us with CaboElite where we met the wonderfully helpful Flor who helped us with checkin, a tour or the condo, and any additional questions we had along the way through text or phone call. Flor also stocked our fridge with groceries before our arrival and helped arrange a private SUV to take us back to the airport. Other perks: - VERY clean, well organized, bright and airy - The most comfy bed my husband and I ever slept on (Seriously. My husband loved it so much, he is looking to replace our current bed at home with this brand and model) - Well stocked with towels and linens - Both a coffee maker and a Keurig (next time I’m bringing some pods from home!) - There are 2 TVs in the room, both of which were smart tv’s - Included 3 beach towels, full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotions. - 24 hour security and a private elevator entrance on the marina With all of the little touches Stephanie and her team put into this condo, they really made us feel that this was our home away from home. I cannot wait to come back in the spring!

Oh my Goodness!

Stephanie Dupzyk, Place is incredible! Perfect location. right on the marina. Sitting right above the mall. Not noisy at all. The perfect spot if you plan to charter a fishing trip. The place is immaculate i can't stress that enough. Luis from Cabo Elite Services was TOP NOTCH!! he was always available willing to help out with anything I needed help with. He makes a killing margarita! LOL. The pictures are spot on! You will not be disappointed I will be looking for this place on my next trip! Thank you Stephanie for allowing me to stay.

Outstanding!!!

The photos are intriguing but are nothing compared to actually being there. From the first contact with the owner all the way through checking out, this was a great experience. The unit was more than we expected. The rooftop terrace was a great place to sip a little wine and watch the sun go down. The location was perfect for exactly what we wanted to do...relax! Cabo Elite Services was exactly as the owner described, they knew what they were doing and were available to help the whole trip. Thanks Luis!!! And thank you Stephanie, we will try to get back here again!!!

Absolute Perfection

We were blown away by this condo. Photos don’t quite capture how amazing this place is to stay. Clean and quiet, close to the marina, stylish and comfortable. Groceries that we ordered were chilled and ready when we got there. Even so, we enjoyed many restaurants and bars that were close by and delicious. Sunsets on the rooftop patio were enjoyed from the hot tub. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property in a great location on the Marina. The transport from/to the airport was great and our fridge was stocked with the food and beverages we ordered. Both of these services are extra but well worth the cost! The owner and property staff are friendly and very accomodating. We also appreciated that the property has 24 hour security with private elevator. We recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again in the near future 😀

Great for Working Remotely.

Right in the heart of things... but quite inside condo so I could work remotely. Wifi was great. Short walking distance to anything you need... including the beach! Super clean, gallons of cleaning products. Flor at Cabo Elite Services was EXCELLENT communicating with getting me rides to & from airport, COVID tested, etc.
