This beautiful, breezy, and spacious four-bedroom, three-full-bath home is just under one mile from restaurants, beaches, and the movie theatre. It sits on an extra-wide waterway with a southwest-facing heated pool and lanai. There is also a new pool patio, lanai, and pool!

Enjoy the spaciousness of this spectacular and beautiful home! Twelve-foot ceilings and a large living room greet you beyond a sun-filled foyer. As you step forward, you immediately see the wide waterway. This property features a large dining room with seating for eight. Your main bedroom retreat with a king bed, all-cotton linens, and new furniture. The main bath features a shower, a Roman tub, and two vanities. You will also enjoy the beautiful view and access to the patio/pool from the main bedroom.
The patio has comfortable seating by the pool and a dining set for alfresco dining. Beyond the terrace is a vast new dock/deck perfect for relaxing and enjoying the dolphin and manatee as they swim by.
The open kitchen has newer appliances, an island, and bar seating. The large, comfortable family room has plenty of seating and a big flat-screen "smart" TV. It also features pocketed sliding glass doors for maximum enjoyment of constant sea breezes and daily sunsets during cool days. Rounding out the main floor is a den/fourth bedroom with a queen Murphy bed, a full guest bath, and full access to the laundry.
Upstairs are two very generous bedrooms, both open to a spectacular southwest-facing veranda deck overlooking the wide waterway and luxury condos. There is also a large shared bath with a new shower.

We are a family of four, but the "kids" are all grown. We are originally from South Florida, though we moved away many years ago for careers and to raise our children. During our first visit to Marco to see good friends, we fell in love with all the island offers - beautiful beaches and nature, great restaurants, friendly people, "walkability," and a small-town feel. After searching for the perfect home for over a year, we purchased our "Villa Marina" in early 2020.

This property is wonderful because it's only a few minutes kayak to the 10,000 islands, a few minutes walk to the beaches, a few minutes walk to restaurants.
It is light and breezy and beautiful!
It is comfortable with guest rooms upstairs and your privacy downstairs.
It has a spacious and comfortable family room and lanai perfect for gathering family and friends.
It has a well-appointed and comfortable kitchen.

The wide-waterway location is so close to the gulf, and the dolphin and manatee are seen right off the dock! Really!
