Gorgeous and 1 Mile to the BEACH and Restaurants! New dock/patio/pool!

This beautiful, breezy, and spacious four-bedroom, three-full-bath home is just under one mile from restaurants, beaches, and the movie theatre. It sits on an extra-wide waterway with a southwest-facing heated pool and lanai. There is also a new pool, patio, and lanai!

Enjoy the spaciousness of this spectacular and beautiful home! Twelve-foot ceilings and a large living room greet you beyond a sun-filled foyer. As you step forward, you immediately see the wide waterway. This property features a large dining room with seating for eight. Your main bedroom retreat has a king bed, all-cotton linens, and new furniture. The main bath features a shower, a Roman tub, and two vanities. You will also enjoy the beautiful view and access to the patio/pool from the main bedroom.

The patio has comfortable seating by the pool and a dining set for alfresco dining. Beyond the terrace is a vast new dock/deck, perfect for relaxing and watching the dolphins and manatees swim by.

The open kitchen has newer appliances, an island, and bar seating. The large, comfortable family room has plenty of seating and a big flat-screen "smart" TV. It also features pocketed sliding glass doors for maximum enjoyment of constant sea breezes and daily sunsets during cool days. Rounding out the main floor is a den/fourth bedroom with a queen Murphy bed, a full guest bath, and full access to the laundry.

Upstairs are two very generous bedrooms, both open to a spectacular southwest-facing veranda deck overlooking the wide waterway and luxury condos. There is also a large shared bath with a new shower.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas 2025. The house was very comfortable for our family of 4 plus two grandparents. We enjoyed the deck and pool everyday - perfect for games and cards. We used kayaks to go out to the islands for shelling. The bikes were amazing for getting to the beach without the hassle of parking. All in all - perfect stay and cannot wait to return. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great house, very welcoming

Our group of 6 ladies had a wonderful stay at this well appointed home. Very comfortable beds, nice indoor and outdoor furniture, kitchen had everything we needed. Cira was very responsive. Highly recommend this home.

Truly Amazing!

We had the most amazing stay at the house!!! It was very well kept and cozy. The pool was sparkling and beautiful. We enjoyed the view from the dock. Everything was super close. The communication for check in was great and Cira was very personable. We will definitely be back for future stays and would highly recommend!!!

Amazing House For Relaxing Getaway ! Just as pictured

We just returned from a 9 day stay here as a family and could not say enough great things about the house. The cleanliness of this house stuck out to us as we are VRBO frequenters when travelling. Cira was a gracious host and responded immediately when we had questions or asked for suggestions. Location is great, you will see plenty of dolphins while sitting on the dock. The pool and the dock have sun all day, or your walk to the beach is very easy. We were sad to leave and plan to stay here again in the future!

Great house, great location

A spacious house with many amenities - the kitchen was very well-equipped, new washer and dryer, we appreciated the beach wagon and cooler, rode the bikes every day and used the kayaks several times. The beds were comfortable and the linens were plentiful and of good quality. Nice, clean pool. The lanai was fantastic - we relaxed on the lounge chairs and ate dinner most nights while watching the sunset. This house was ideal for our teen sons - they had their own "suite" upstairs. The location could not have been better! The house is almost at the end of a cul-de-sac on a quiet street, but it was within walking distance (approx 1 mile) to Marco Walk Plaza, mini golf and the public beach access (at the Hilton). Cira was easy to work with regarding communication - questions, house information, general information. She was quick to respond and knowledgeable.

Thank you so much for the 5/5 star review. I thought I had mentioned that the home will not be rented between June and September of 2022 because we will be building a brand new seawall and dock, which does need "a little attention", although it works fine now. Other guests have asked why we are changing it. I'm happy you both had a lovely time and we are sorry we were unable to confirm your request for next year. Again, thank you for the 5/5 rating we strive to ensure our guests are pleased.

Relaxing retreat

We really enjoyed our trip! This is a good house in a quiet neighborhood on a beautiful canal! We had Captain Mike pick us up for a tour of 10,000 islands and experienced dolphins and pelicans galore. We went to Kirk’s fish market and had wonderful seafood on our night in. We went to CJ’s on the Bay for lunch twice. Their fried grouper is the best! The pool was so nice to exercise in every morning while my husband went to play pickleball nearby! Marco has a wonderful art center and great boutique shopping! At the end of the day we cozied up and watched tv and the bed was so comfortable! Great house!

Absolutely Beautiful! Great Location!

This vacation home is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. All the amenities provided. We kayaked through the canals, went biking to the beach, and enjoyed many nice restaurants in the area. Very quiet area where we saw manatees and porpoises off the dock. Beautiful pool area that we enjoyed everyday. The layout of the house is open and airy. We had a wonderful vacation with the family and the host Cira couldn't have been more Amazing! Thank you for opening up your home to total strangers! Its a beauty!

Best stay in Marco!!

We had a amazing stay at the Villa Marina! The house is absolutely gorgeous. What you see is exactly what you get! The house is so clean!!!! The views on the dock are absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed the pool! The house is in perfect location. We walked to the beach, the gas station is down on the corner, there is mini golf within walking distance as well. The house has everything you need for the week... cooking supplies, towels, beach gear, bikes and even 2 Kayaks! If you are looking for a quality home with amazing views and close to everything I highly recommend renting this home. I also want to make sure I mention the owner is outstanding! She’s very easy to get ahold of if needing anything and super nice! We drove about 20 hours from Chicago area and we would do it again in a heartbeat ! Thanks for making our stay absolutely wonderful and letting us use your home to create wonderful memories. Boater’s Paradise

This is truly an ideal spot for anyone wanting to boat/kayak with direct access to the gulf and the 10,000 islands. The house is clean and has everything you need. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay.

A Dream Vacation Home

This property is amazing! Quiet and sunny. Gorgeous two story Lanai with pool. Fantastic boat dock. Perfect location to explore the 10,000 islands. Exactly as pictured. Owners are great. We would love to return.

We are a family of four, but the "kids" are all grown. We are originally from South Florida, though we moved away many years ago for careers and to raise our children. During our first visit to Marco to see good friends, we fell in love with all the island offers - beautiful beaches and nature, great restaurants, friendly people, "walkability," and a small-town feel. After searching for the perfect home for over a year, we purchased our "Villa Marina" in early 2020.

This property is wonderful because it's only a few minutes kayak to the 10,000 islands, a few minutes walk to the beaches, a few minutes walk to restaurants.

It is light and breezy and beautiful!
It is comfortable with guest rooms upstairs and your privacy downstairs.
It has a spacious and comfortable family room and lanai perfect for gathering family and friends.
It has a well-appointed and comfortable kitchen.
It's "home away from home" or, possibly, better...

The wide-waterway location is so close to the gulf, and the dolphin and manatee are seen right off the dock! Really!
