¡Este condominio de segundo piso mejorado en Kona Shores tiene todo lo que necesita para disfrutar de su tiempo en la Isla Grande de Hawai! ¡Esta es una unidad de esquina que proporciona una ventana adicional con vista al mar! Este condominio cuenta con una cocina completa y baño completo con tocador de baño mejorado y electrodomésticos nuevos. Hay una cama extra grande extra grande del este de California junto con un sofá cama Queen para acomodar hasta 4 personas. Hay muchos asientos en la sala de estar, un televisor de pantalla plana con cable, conexión Wi-Fi gratuita, además de una terraza con mosquitero con asientos al aire libre. Hay una nueva unidad de aire acondicionado para ayudar a refrescarse del sol tropical después de sus excursiones a Hawái.

Overall a really nice spot. The unit is in the center of the property, so really just overlooks the parking areas but the pool is right on the ocean front and was beautiful, and you can just sit out front on the rocks and watch the sunset. Walkable to some stuff but not super close to the main area of restaurants etc. Clean, well equipped kitchen. We had some AC issues but the management was very responsive. One thing to note is the photos do not clearly show that it is only 2 rooms. The sleeping area and the kitchen area are all one like a studio setup. Just the sitting room is separate. Ok, plenty of room, not crowded (for 2) just was a bit of a surprise given the photos.

Great condo for a small family

This was a clean and cozy condo, well situated on Ali’i drive. It had everything we needed. The communication with the property manager was great - they were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The only surprise was the 49 damage insurance fee which was mentioned in the listing but not included in the quoted price. Overall a great experience at this accommodation.

Was a disappointing rental. The room was shabby, stick on flooring was lifting, and was advertised as a 1 bedroom. It’s a studio with the bed in the kitchen. Air conditioner was so loud you can’t sit outside on the lanai while it’s running…which seemed to be all the time. I cou

Convenient apt. in Kona

The apt. was small but efficient. It was clean and well equipped. The location was good for island convenience. We had to much luggage and we were on the second floor with no elevator that was a little challenging. We would stay here again.

Pool was right on the ocean with access to a lava rock cove we could sit on and watch the waves and spectacular sunsets. The king bed was comfy, but the pull out couch mattress was like many a pull out; uncomfortably thin and springy. Luckily they had an inflatable, double high queen mattress, but that’s where they lost a star. Extremely well located to the downtown, tourist central shops/resto’s strip, with beaches under 10 minutes away. Would go back for the sunsets alone!!

Great condo, great location and great response from the property management. This was a wonderful place to stay with all the amenities you could possibly need. The location was perfect for watching the sunset from the pool area and was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are back on the island. Thank you for a great stay!

Fantastic

The place was very clean, great location, and the management staff that took care of us was fantastic. The Internet was down and they took care of it right away. The location is near the water has a pool, laundry facilities. It was central to everything. I will definitely stay there again on my return to Kona.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Kona Shores condos and loved the property and the proximity to Kona. The location is easily walking distance to Kona. The property is nice and well maintained. We never swim in the pools in Hawaii because why would you when you have the ocean? However, it's such a great view looking over the ocean that we had to! The unit has a comfortable bed and really had everything we needed. Also, the A/C unit was definitely appreciated as other units we have stayed in did not have. This is our 3rd time renting from Knutson & Associates and we have had nothing but good interactions with them. They are a professional company and definitely take good care of their customers. You will not be disappointed if you rent this place.

Disappointed!

Ac wall unit in the kitchen/bedroom. No AC in den where TV is. Bugs were a problem in the beginning. No bar soap for bathing. Sheets were horrible but they did bring by a new cheap set which was better than the worn cheap sheets. Really not what we were expecting. We did rent another room for one night near the volcano just to have a break. That place was amazing!

This place was a dream! Super clean. Air conditioning for when it gets too warm… with a stunning saltwater pool on the ocean’s edge! A short walk into town too. I will definitely be back 221!

Quaint, quiet, modest efficiency place. Close to what we needed: 1 step, 2 step beach, shopping, and friends who live on island. Place had everything we needed. All communications with management were answered quickly.
