Casa#A105 is an excellent, affordable Ground floor property that you will certainly love. Unit#A105 has great access in the complex, only 4 doors in from the general parking area. Close to the Pool too! Adorable Unit with Garden Views!
WIFI, Cable TV, Elevators at complex, Beach gear! Look no further!
There is a washer/dryer inside the unit for access!
This unit has Central AC & the Unit has a King Sized bed! Queen Sized sleeper sofa in the living room.


Casa De Emdeko offers owners and guests the perfect blend of Hawaiian ambiance with tropical gardens and the songs of the many colorful birds enjoying the water features in the garden. Enjoy our garden pool located in the middle of a tropical setting. Casa also has one of the few oceanfront pools where you can swim and soak up the warm Hawaiian sun while watching the whales or dolphins play, depending on the season of your visit. Swaying palm trees on our private, sandy sunning area at the ocean's edge offers glorious sunsets with a special sense of serenity. Our cabana, barbecues and lanai tables are perfect for dinner gatherings with friends and making new friends from around the world.

1. You have a complimentary concierge service to make Restaurant/Activity Reservations if you so desire to utilize
2. Need us to go grocery shopping or pick up certain items from the store before you arrive? We can ensure everything is in the property waiting for you upon your arrival! (Additional Service Charge May Apply)
3. Any guests who book 14 nights or longer will receive a Fruit Basket upon their arrival as a gift from the owner.
4. Face to Face Arrival/Departure Experience Offered Complimentary! We had a wonderful stay at Casa de Emdeko. Communication with the property managers was excellent and proactive. The place had everything needed for a week stay. Highly recommended and would stay here again. Mahalo!

Loved the 2 pools, clean and quiet grounds. Laundry on site was so convenient. Short walk to ali'i market gardens for shopping and snacks. Condo was clean and location is great.

We very much enjoyed our stay however the bed in the king-size bed the frame was broken and so we contacted the owners and ended up having to remove the frame and I had no results or contact with the actual owners. We just put the frame in the hallway and put the mattress on the floor the bed in the living room Hidee a bed we had an adult single sleeping on it, and it was so uncomfortable that he was unable to do that and had to sleep just as on the couch other than that the unit was clean handy items for beach were provided and we had a wonderful day.

Saltwater pool is amazing being right on the ocean. The place had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, although we ate local fruit and a lot of rice and spam. centrally located perfectly between town and beaches with a mini mart at the front of the condos.

Really good value for the money

This condo had everything we wanted: first floor, pool( bonus was on the beach) beach front, Secure for us and car, clean, modern, and had sports equipment to borrow.

We had excellent customer service helping us receive a package and hands on help with using the TV. I would always recommend Casa de Emdeko and this I do suggest you write instructions for using the TV and post them in the unit. The unit was especially peaceful.

Kitchen is well stocked, the patio space is nice to get outdoors, and the space is in a central location, close to all tourist attractions but not too far from the local places we wanted to visit as well. Only downside is no AC but that is common on the island. Fans in all the rooms were helpful in keeping it cool!

We loved our stay here and will definitely look forward to returning the next time we are in Kona. The pool and grounds were fantastic. The bed has a bit of a dip but was still comfortable. Sheets and linens great. We loved that we had all the amenities for spending a day the beach. Two things that were frustrating was that the washing machine (with a light load) would shake so loudly we were worried the neighbors would be disturbed. The other was the bedroom blinds that didn’t close all the way. We had to put a towel over a portion for privacy. Hopefully easy fixes. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and it was nice and quiet here with the convenience of a store for all our needs in front of the property. Thank you!

Happy to stay here

We love the lower unit and the complex itself. The saltwater pool is a plus in my opinion. Having an indoor washer and dryer is a plus. We love the location and there is a mini market right in front in case you forgot something. The management company is great to deal with and always accomodating. Can't wait to come back again.
