Vista al mar en el condominio de un dormitorio paraíso.

Bienvenido a nuestro recién remodelado un dormitorio que está completamente amueblado en la hermosa Kailua Kona. Estamos a poca distancia de la ciudad. Una cocina de tamaño completo equipada para su uso con microondas, una estufa de gas nueva y un refrigerador grande.
En la sala de estar encontrará un televisor de pantalla plana con cable Time Warner y conexión WiFi gratuita. También hay un reproductor de DVD con DVD para su uso. Hay una sala de lavandería que funciona con monedas al final de nuestro edificio. Nuestra piscina se encuentra en la orilla del océano y se puede disfrutar del café Kona mientras se observan los delfines. Hermosas puestas de sol se pueden ver desde nuestra piscina o costa. Nuestro lanai con un juego de bistró, es perfecto para disfrutar de sus comidas al aire libre y al océano. El lanai también tiene un ventilador de techo. En la terraza hay tablas de boogie, cofres de hielo y sillas de playa.

This was a great place to stay they had everything we needed and more… very nice unit with a wonderful view. It was in a great location close to town as well. The manager is out cleaning up every day this was great to see. What a beautiful island with beautiful people who were all so kind and welcoming.

Just lovely

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kona Shores. The property is lovely and the condo charming. We enjoyed snorkeling short distances away, afternoons by the oceanside pool, and watching stunning sunsets near the pool. If we return to Hawai'i Island, we'd stay here again.

Great place for a couple

The condominium was very nice, and conveniently located for exploring Kona. The kitchen was nicely equipped, and the apartment was comfortable. We only turned the AC on once, otherwise, the breezes kept us cool enough. The amenities were just as advertised. We would love to return.

Great Place in the Middle of Kona

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this cute little condo. It was perfect for the two of us and located centrally to everything we wanted to see. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to fix meals to save some money when we did not feel like eating out. Everything was as described and communication with Pat and Allen was excellent. They answered all of our questions quickly and the check in and out process was very simple.

Wonderful

We had a very enjoyable time in this property. Allen and Pat made us feel at home with their fast response and excellent communications when we had questions.The location of the property is about a mile from an active restaurant, bar, shopping area right on the water front. The ones we ate at were Foster's Kitchen and Humphys bar and grill. Both will validate parking tickets for 1 1/2 hour stay in a public parking lot behind the restaurants.The property was very quiet, clean and friendly. The kitchen was well equipped. The Internet was super fast clocking in at over 600 Mbs (megabits per second)!We would definitely stay here again!

🌺Perfect Couples Getaway🌺

🌺We stayed here for a month and it was perfect for the two of us. Pat and Allen are attentive and professional hosts, and we really enjoyed getting to know them. The location is ideal and the people we met at the complex were very nice. We loved going to the pool for sunsets and evening swims and relaxing and dining on the lanai. Everything we needed for beach days and picnics was provided and the kitchen had everything we needed as well. It was hard to leave, but we hope to return soon. Mahalo Pat and Allen🌺

Great location / clean

Little confusion with parking but all got worked out. The unit was clean, comfortable.and had everything we needed to make many meals ourselves. AC works but hard to get cool at night in bedroom area.It was great to have beach towels, coolers, beach chairs and boogie boards for us to use at the unit.Location is great! I walked next door to Green Flash coffee for breakfast, smoothies and coffee. YUMMY! Being a ground floor unit and an older complex beware you will hear the people upstairs walking around and going up/down stairway.

enjoyed our stay on the Big Island!

This condo is actually better than it shows in the photos. It is a good location… just a few minutes south of business area of Kona. We encountered some AC issues which the owner had corrected during our stay. The owner made a fair adjustment for this inconvenience. Please note, the AC has a strict control feature that prevents it from running all day (unattended) while you are gone.

Cute Condo in the perfect location

This condo was perfect for me and my girlfriend, and with the pull out couch would probably suit up to 4 just fine. There is a private lanai (porch) with a partial ocean view as well. The kitchen had all the dishes and cookware we needed to have a few dinners in to save on the absurd Kona restaurant costs. The real benefit of this place is its location. It’s a mile south of the shopping area and all of the restaurants as well as the pier. It’s about 2 miles north of magic sands (a must visit beach). If you are inclined to get around by bicycle, it’s across the street from the HiBike rental station where you can rent a bike for a few bucks. We would both definitely come back. The hosts were great and check-in/check-out was a breeze.

Amazing Stay

We truly enjoyed ourselves here for my boyfriend birthday. Full kitchen for cooking. The swimming pool overlooking the bay is about a minute walk away. We rented a car and driving we were close to restaurants, beaches, a Farmer's market, bars and plenty of ABC stores. We didn't do laundry but loved that this was an option. Laundry detergent is provided. Plenty of bath towels ave towels for the pool/beach and other equipment. I do wish there was Netflix on the TV though. And a full length mirror. This isn't a complaint, but more so a note. We really enjoyed ourselves

Lovely little condo!

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks. The condo was very clean and very well-equipped, and communication with the hosts excellent. Beach chairs, two coolers, umbrellas (for sun or rain), plenty of beach and bath towels, coffee grinder and drip coffee maker, blender, and a fridge and cupboard full of spices and condiments - it was one of the best equipped VRBOs we’ve stayed in. The unit and shared space was very quiet. There is a glimpse of ocean views (we could see the cruise ships when they were in port) and the quiet, clean pool is very close by with lounge chairs and lovely views of the sunsets from there. There is a shared briquette bbq that was always in very clean condition. Nearby (like next door) is a morning and lunch coffee shop, but other restaurants and shops are a good 15-20 minute walk along a very busy road. No sand beach here but it’s close (walkable or drivable) to several small beaches and beach parks. We enjoyed our stay very much. Mahalo, Allen and Pat!!

Kitchen issue

Nice sunsets from the pool area, and convenient for Kailua Bay shopping and restaurants. But, we were surprised that this property doesn't have a dishwasher and we were only provided a used (sour smelling) kitchen sponge and dish soap. Unfortunately most of the "clean" forks still had food residue on them. Not only was this gross, but a health hazard to my wife as she has food allergies. We ended up thoroughly pre-washing all the items we needed using paper towels. This is the first rental where we haven't been provided a new sponge or clean cloth for washing.

Great Stay!

This is the perfect little spot for 2 people. It met our expectations and had everything we needed during our visit. This is our second visit to the Big Island but our first staying at Kona Shores. We were able to check- in earlier than the stated 3:00 check-in time once we communicated with the property manager. It was in the perfect location away from the busier part of Alli Dr. but an easy walk to the restaurants and shopping. The condo is very clean, and the bed is comfortable. There are plenty of stocked towels and beach towels along with supplied coolers to take to the beach and a beach umbrella. There was only one beach chair, and we could have used two. So, unless management adds another chair you may have to rent one if you don't want to sit on a towel while you are at the beach. Parking was great, as you have an assigned spot right behind the condo and it faces your patio. Just a short walk around the building and the condo is the first door. We had our days planned in detail ahead of time, so we really didn't spend much time in the condo except to shower and sleep. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice and inviting and the walkway leading out to the pool area was very charming and clean. The area is safe and quiet and has plenty of lighting at night if you arrive back from your excursions late. If you want an ocean view from your patio, this is not the place for you. You would need to be at the pool. We have stayed in ocean view condos down the way in the past and in our opinion, you don't really need that especially if you have your days planned out because you see plenty of beach/ocean on your outings. We highly recommend this property to others and would stay here again on a return visit to the Big Island. Maholo, Frank and Lori

Great place

Loved this property. The pictures don’t do it justice, it looks better in person. Very comfortable for two people. Access to a pool with ocean views. Excellent for evening sunset viewing. Condo was really well Equipped with everything you need, which is very appreciated as a renter. It had ample towels and some Pantry items like salt and pepper Would definitely stay here again.

Confortable for couples. Great location.

Close to most things, yet 'tucked away' in a peaceful community and somewhat away from the hustle and noise of the Kailua Kona Coast . The guest have created a nice interior decor, with tastefully decorated touch of Hawaii. Great sunset by the community’s shared pool.

What a location!

Great location, great tiny wave sound. Apartment has everything you need for a wfh getaway or a week vacation getaway. The breeze through the apartment was perfect. And the proximity to Green Flash Coffee was super helpful for my West Coast time zone phone calls!

We have visited all the main Hawaiian islands, but have always loved Kona. It is more like old Hawaii and not commercialized.

Kona Shores is a small community with friendly neighbors. Our main attraction was the pool. It is so beautiful being located on the ocean. Sunsets are amazing and a perfect place for photos.
