Spectacular Sunset Views from this Top/3rd floor condo, 2 bed/2 bath

Enjoy commanding panoramic island views from all windows and decks of this top, 3rd floor condo! (only accessible by stairs) The front deck overlooks the North view of the sound and Ocean Isle bridge and the community pool. The back deck takes in views of the ocean and the South views of the sound. There are breathtaking sunsets to behold from the back deck and breathtaking sunrises on the beach. Amenities include central air plus ceiling fans in every room. Bamboo flooring in living room, tiled kitchen and bathroom, new carpeted bedrooms, and all new furnishings throughout. Living room has 55" smart HDTV and DVD player, 32" smart HDTV in both bedrooms. Condo includes wireless internet access, dishwasher, washer/dryer, stove, oven and microwave, Keurig single serve or full pot options, Instantpot, countertop oven, and well equipped kitchen. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Master Bedroom has king-sized memory foam mattress, 32" smart TV with private bathroom. Second Bedroom has 2 double (full) sized beds, 32" smart TV, vanity with operating faucet and sink. Bed linens are included. Graco Pack and Play Playard/Bassinet in guest closet. Dockside Landing has 2 community docks (great for fishing, crabbing or enjoying the sunset with friends), a small boat ramp, community pool and a short 2 minute walk to direct beach access, that is handicap accessible (in season). Each stay inludes complete bed linens, bath towel, beach towel, dish towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, dish washing pods, a roll of paper towels and sponge. Bathroom closet is locked and not for public use. This condo is a kayaker’s paradise and perfect for a family or romantic getaway. Please, no smoking inside. No pets allowed, HOA rules. Golf carts are not to be charged on any outlet connected to Dockside building 1, 2 or 3.

Perfect Beach Getaway for Our Young Family

We loved our stay at this condo! As parents of two little ones, we can confidently say this place checked all the boxes for a smooth, relaxing family vacation.The condo was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had amazing views. The layout was perfect for us — the kids shared the second bedroom and we had our own bedroom with adjoining bathroom. A nice Keurig for coffee on the balcony and big TV for downtime. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, and even beach toys and chairs were available. And not to mention a new pack ’n play for our 20 month old. All of this saved us so much packing space!Great location and a very short walk to the beach. This was critical for us pulling a beach cart and two littles in the summer sun. The complex was family-friendly, and safe. Parking was easy, and the pool area, while fairly small, was clean and not crowded. The only watch out is this is a 4th floor condo so be prepared for many stairs. However, once you reach the top the views are worth it! Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Super responsive, friendly, and helpful. We’ll absolutely come back and recommend this condo to those looking for a kid-friendly vacation by the beach.

The condo was super clean and cozy! The views from the back deck were spectacular! It was a quick easy walk to the beach. Lorena was easy to work with and communicated quickly. Overall a wonderful vacation! Highly recommend!!

Quiet, fun get away

This place is perfect for a small get away to a no fuss beach. Lorena is a 10/10 host. She’s thoughtful, great communicator, and willing to work with you to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. The place is VERY clean and she has thought of everything. This is a place you come and all the small things are already there for you (hand soap, paper towels, extra blankets, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, etc.) Parking is not too bad because Lorena has clear instructions on where guests can park and beach access is a straight shot out the same road leading into the building area. She has games and beach towels for guests as well. And there’s a convenient storage area on the ground for sandy toys, beach chairs, etc. so you do not need to drag those things up and down stairs. No need to worry if you forget something because she has probably thought of it.The only caution I would offer (and it’s in the listing) there is no elevator and it’s on the third floor. This makes it quiet but, if you have children that are small and need carried or need strollers to come up and down etc., please keep that in mind. This isn’t a problem for us but some families might find it hard. She even has a pack and play for families that are not bothered by the stairs and have small ones. Other than that, don’t hesitate, this place is great!

Very nice condo with beautiful views of Jinx Creek

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable. The view is gorgeous, and there is comfortable seating on the porch. We spent every evening out there. The beach is a 2 minute walk. The storage closet has a wagon, chairs, boogie boards, and toys for the beach. We loved the pool, too. The neighbors were friendly. The kitchen is well stocked. It was so nice to not have to bring linens and towels. There is not a long check-out to-do list like many VRBOs. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo with great views. We were booked for the weekend of Tropical Storm Debbie and the host went over and above to work with us to make sure we had a good vacation. Will be booking here again.

Beautiful condo! Perfect location!

Our stay was just two nights, but we would have loved to have had more time to enjoy this property. Our hosts were responsive and extremely prompt with all communications. The property is very clean and well kept/ equipped. The views from the deck were my favorite! You can see the ocean and the stunning views from the inlet are well worth the extremely reasonable cost. We discussed booking in the future for our next visit! 10/10 recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Beautiful Sunsets

This is a wonderful property. It was very very clean and well stocked with pretty much everything you need. There was even packaged snacks on the kitchen table. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. And the sunsets and views were awesome. We will for sure be back!

Wonderful time!

Condo was clean, comfortable, quiet and an easy walk to the beach! The views from the deck were fantastic, the beach chairs and wagon were much appreciated, and we will be back the first chance we have. And as an extra bonus, you get a nice workout for the beach bod with taking every up the stairs to the condo! If you are heading to OIB, this should be the first place you look to book your stay.

We LOVED pit stay at Lorena’s! It was perfect for our family. It was very clean, extremely organized and well equipped with everything needed for a perfect beach weekend. The host is so kind and attentive. Would love to book this again for our next stay next year!

Like the other reviewers, I was impressed by the location, cleanliness, and thoughtfulness of the owner. She even stocked the bathroom with floss, q-tips, and feminine products (which ended up being a lifesaver). We will definitely return.

Great location - unbeatable views!!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! Location is terrific - in a quiet neighborhood, across the street from beach access and on the beautiful sound! We loved relaxing on the back porch with views of the ocean, the sound, and the intracoastal waterway. Beautifully decorated with everything you need to eat in. Loved that the owner provided towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. Would love to return!!

My son and I stayed in this condo and could not have been happier with everything! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and stocked with everything you could need. Lorena responded quickly, was extremely friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to going back.

Beautiful Condo and Great Views!

We had a wonderful stay at the beach in this condo. You can tell every detail was paid attention to and there are a lot of extra little things the owner has put together to help guests have a great stay! The walk to the beach is short but there is beach access parking if you want to drive a little closer instead of walk. The condo is on the 3rd floor so make sure you are able to walk the stairs. Thanks for a great extended weekend!

Amazing OIB Condo!

Really amazing view of the marsh from the deck of this condo! Great place to have coffee in the morning and watch the wildlife on the marsh. Place is super-well stocked (both the kitchen and the storage closet full of all the beach accessories you could ask for!) It is a very short walk to the beach. Very comfortable beds, well-appointed unit. Could not ask for a better vacation getaway!

I was born and raised in California. In 2006, I was fortunate to begin vacationing in this little island paradise. After visiting several times a year, I made the decision to move to Ocean Isle in 2018. It has been a magical experience ever since!! I especially enjoy getting up early to watch the sunrise on the beach and looking for seaglass and sharks teeth. Ocean Isle Beach is full of little treasures, marine life and wildlife. Everyday is beautiful and magical in Ocean Isle Beach!!
